Staff is awesome, so friendly especially since it was Thanksgiving Day Special thanks to Nick for being so nice. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of hot and cold foods. Room was very comfortable and nice having the pullout couch for the extra bed. Shower was awesome. Microwave and kitchen area came in handy with the thanksgiving food we brought. Location very nice with Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden and Cracker Barrel all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

The lay out of the rooms is poor. TV is in an unusual place, not easily seen from bed or sofa. The shower/ toilet is separate space from the sink. Doesn’t make sense. I would think that after you use the toilet you would want to wash your hands. To do that you need to open the door, and potentially contaminate the handle. If a person is sleeping you will wake them up if you turn on the light where the sink is. The lighting by the sink is poor. Would not recommend this hotel for this reason. Otherwise, the staff was courteous and the facility clean.

I just stayed for 2 nights during PSU orientation. I liked that I could be on the campus in about 6 minutes which I think was closer than the Springhill I stayed in the last time. The room was good and the bed was comfy. I am not a fan of tub showers, but they made up for it by have miniature shampoos etc and not those gross 'environmental' bug pump ones that gross me out. One negative was the first morning with ”Do not disturb” on the door, we were woken up by housekeeping because she was doing inventory and wanted to know if we had a microwave in the room. I was not happy at all, and after I told her so, as she was walking away she called me rude ( I wasn't). But outside of that incident I was happy with my stay.

Traveling for business, I tucked into the Courtyard for the evening. It's a well established facility that provides great old fashioned service. I was warmly greeted by Jose Felix, a well skilled service professional. He recognized my membership and thanked me for my loyalty. It's the little things that make a long business trip less laborious. My accommodations were tidy and clean. The hotel's location is wonderful. Close to many key spots in State College. Jose and many of his team members reached out to me at breakfast, asking about my stay and discussing local sports. Great place with high level of service excellence.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. The central air-conditioning heating air outlet arrangement is not very reasonable. One of the air outlets is facing a bed. Fortunately, I stayed alone in my room and avoided it, otherwise the other person stayed. That bed was just uncomfortable being blown by the air outlet.

Clean, friendly, helpful and centrally located to most/all that PSU town and campus offers. Would quickly recommend to anyone staying for parents' weekend, games, or random visits. Nice addition to PSU.

The hotel is not far from the State University and is on a golf course. The entrance to the lobby is a little bit of a classic style. The room is on the first floor. The bed and sofa are a bit old. The desk is a bit gray. Fortunately, the bathroom is a little big to make up for the shortcomings. When I walked out of the room, I found that this hotel was not made a mistake. It is worth a Live, because the outside of the room is so beautiful, like in Wonderland, like in the fairy tale world, I will consider staying next time.
- CHUNYAN
No breakfast, extra bed, can bring a child, the location is very good, the environment is beautiful, suitable for weddings, there is parking free parking, just in the golf course!

Reviews From Real Travelers
This time in the United States for the Spring Festival, booked the apartment hotel in advance. The hotel is located in the south of the gate of Penn State University. The surrounding environment is good and the transportation is convenient. The free loop bus White Loop inside the university passes by the hotel. The hotel is fully equipped and the free WiFi signal is very good (login is valid for one week, and you need to log in again after expiration). The room is large and the facilities are complete; Open kitchen electric stove, various pots, bowls, dishes, knives and forks, refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee machines and other kitchen utensils are very complete, can meet all kinds of cooking needs, but lack of hot water bottles. This time I booked a 4-person room. There is actually a big bed. The sofa in the room can be easily opened. It is also a big bed. Pillows, sheets and blankets are provided for free. The family spent the Spring Festival in the hotel, went to the supermarket to buy daily, cook by themselves, very convenient, comfortable, cost-effective. Highly recommended for long stays, users with cooking needs.

Overall satisfied. The location is great, close to the university and local restaurants. The only downside is parking. Pet fee is relatively high

Big hotel with lots of space and nice rooms. I felt very comfortable during my stay. Decent breakfast. Nicely located on South Atherton in walking distance (for me) to the downtown. Chinese visitors can use Unionpay cards at the lobby ATM. Great hotel!

Most of the front office staff were pleasant and accommodating. We didn’t have reservations. They honored a price we had found on a website. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were hot items as well as fruit and pastries for breakfast.

I stayed here for three days before and after, and I felt very good. It is convenient for parking, environment and breakfast. There are restaurants and Wal-Mart nearby. About 3 kilometers from the school, you can take Bus.

International students studying at penn state university stayed for a few nights before staying in the apartment. The breakfast is quite good, it is very convenient directly downstairs, and the taste is OK. The location of the hotel is a bit far from going to the penn state university. The bus may take 18 minutes, only the p line can be reached, and the waiting time is longer. Walking directly may take a little longer, and it is recommended to have a lot if you have a car. There are many restaurants and markets around, very convenient. There is a large parking lot in front of the door. The normal facilities inside the room, equipped with a microwave refrigerator, quiet at night.

My son went to PSU to study, and we accompanied him. Hotels near the school in the school season are more difficult to book. This hotel features a microwave and refrigerator, as well as a computer and printer in the lobby for added convenience.
