Great location. A number of cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a large Westfield shopping complex about a 10-minute walk away, with even more restaurants and retail stores for your perusing. For those taking public transport, Parramatta train station is a similar distance (shopping centre and train station are side-by-side), which is an easy/flat walk to and from the hotel. During our stay, we were liaising with Claire, who was brilliant throughout. We had three rooms booked, and she looked after us all very well. The staff overall were friendly, and the rooms were renovated and modern. The buffet breakfast was not an overly large in selection, but a good amount of options to choose from.

The amenities and all utilities provided were very good, The rooms were clean and decent sized, Staff was cordial and helpful. The best part is its location. Close proximity to the Harbour bridge, markets, malls - everything is stone's throw away. Enjoyed my stay fully.

I have visited Parramatta for work on quite a number of occasions now and despite there being many hotels for me to choose from - this is the only place I will stay. From the moment you arrive the staff are just wonderful. Thanks definitely need to go to Jessica, the last 2 times I have been greeted by her, I've been tired after my drive. The first time she gave me some snacks and suggested I go to my room, put my feet up and enjoy...this time I arrived to 44 degree heat and she immediately offered and handed me a cold bottle of water and made my check in a breeze each time. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything your own home would have, plus more. The pool - I could have stayed by all day. This place is a must stay when in Parramatta.

We came here for the Backstreet Boys concert, and it was a very busy weekend with Harry Styles also on at the other arena. The checkin was seamless, we had prepaid with Qantas hotels and then just paid our parking directly to the hotel as we had self parked underneath the hotel. Parking entrance was monitored and checked against booking name due to the large events, so well done on the hotels as the parking is shared with the novotel across the road also with limited parking spots available. The room has everything you need, was clean and well maintained, bathroom immaculate. Kettle and fridge with huge amount of floor space. We didn't get to spend much time in the room as we were there for an event, but the bed was fantastic. Staff helped with all enquires, no problem. So close to concert venues, and we ubered to homebush DFO to kill time before check in.

Vibe Hotel North Sydney is in a great location close to North Sydney train station, buses and metro. The beds are super comfortable. Checking in was a breeze. Swimming pool is small. There is a Woolworths supermarket next door and a BWS bottle shop. Large food court next door. 10 minute walk to Crows Nest. Highly recommend

Located in the heart of the Olympic Park, the hotel is 50 meters from the T7 rail line station and is very convenient for travel. Hotel facilities are relatively complete, the overall service is higher. The parking lot costs $40 per day for capping, not very cheap. There are more fast food and restaurants downstairs, and eating is still very convenient. There is a large drug store near the T7 station, and there are many things.

The bed is large and the environment is very quiet, not far from the beach.

I stayed 4 nights in the 1 bedroom apartment. Check-in was smooth. The apartment has a fantastic view of the city. It is clean and room amenities are complete. The kitchen appliances are clean and in good working condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Westfield shopping centre and just 2 minutes walk to the main shopping street on Victoria Ave. The only thing is that it would be great if a clothes drying rack is provided as I don't use the clothes dryer machine. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Over all excellent on most other aspects of our stay. Outstanding selection of breakfast foods and beverages. Evening meal took longer than expected due to staff shortages. My lamb evening meal was a little under cooked, but the staff member was only too happy to have that addressed.

The business trip to this company, the hotel agreement. The cost-effective room is very large, and there is a bus stop at a convenient distance from the door. It is very convenient to go to the city or the Sydney Grand Theatre. The self-funded breakfast is very good!
