Amazing staff and quality accomodations. After checking out I realized i had left my keys in my room! I rushed back to find that Queenie had kept them safe for me, which was especially important to me, since I am a corporate pilot and the keys to the aircraft I was about to fly were on on my ring. In addition to the amazing staff, the rooms were spotless and quiet. One of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I travel a lot!

Stayed there 3 nights in July for a business trip and the staff was amazing. Always greeted you when you entered the building and were very incredibly friendly at check in and check out. Jada was fantastic and always had a smile on her face. Can't wait to go back for my next trip.

Hotel is in a business park, and it was clean with easy parking. The rooms were great, and the breakfast was excellent before starting the day. Staff was very friendly, and the bar was packed when returning from a day at the office.

A guest booked a reservation at this property and 10-20 minutes after the reservation was made I called back to inquire about the earliest that would be possible for check in and to see if the requests of the guests would be able to be accommodated. When I realized that those requests could not be met I requested that the reservation would be cancelled with no penalty. The night auditor let me know the cancellation policy was typically 48 hrs in advance for no penalty. I responded letting him know that the guest just made the reservation a few minutes before I called. The agent finally said that he would cancel the reservation with no penalty but there seemed to be confusion on how to do that. When I relayed the information to the guest they wanted their cancellation number. I called the property back and I requested the cancellation number so that I could double check this that this in fact was cancelled with no penalty the night auditor became very rude with his responses. I understand the frustrations that can sometimes come with the night audit shift especially during this strange time in the hospitality industry, but there should be a level respect that is extended to all guests regardless whether or not they work for the company. I was unable to get a manager's name or even the night auditors name because when I called he hotel he just answered saying ”Residence Inn”. When I asked for this information the night auditor said ”oh my God” huffed and then hung up the phone.

It tried to be a great hotel but kept disappointing. It was listed as contactless checkin. Their version was that you could reserve through the app but you still had to go to the front desk to pick up keys. We brought our food to eat in the room which worked great. But leaving the next morning we found out that they had no ice machines. Had to stop at gas station to buy some. Couple of lights didn’t work. Felt a bit worn around the edges. The bed was nice. Room was quiet. Nice toiletries in bath. It was good for the price. Could have been great if they worked a little harder.

This was a last minute stay due to our AC at home going out. Hilton came through with great cold room and comfortable bed. Our Boston Terrier totally approved of this hotel. It was cool and had a great walking space behind the hotel.
