The service at the front desk is very good, very welcoming, and the location of the scenery is also very good, but there are no slippers provided in the room, and finally bring a pair by yourself

Hotel is well located. Grocery store, pharmacy, BC Liqor, restaurants all nearby. Kitchen is well equipped. Room heating has a mind of its own. I stay here quite often, but will start looking elsewhere because the top tier internet is too slow every time I stay.

Advantages: The decoration can be called a 4-star hotel, the traffic location is convenient, quiet, safe, and the front desk service is in place. At this price, it can be said to be cost-effective Disadvantages: no refrigerator, no indoor swimming pool, a few hairs on the bed, in addition, the air conditioner of this hotel is adjusted to 32 degrees and it blows cold air. This is the case twice, and finally complained about the parking lot that the hotel cooperates with, and clearly told the front desk about the license plate I also confirmed that the license plate number is correct. The hotel system entered my license plate number. The parking lot still put a warning on my windshield the next day saying that this is a hotel parking space. Fortunately, there is no ticket or tow away.

Everything was great but this is the first hotel I have been where they don’t provide tooth brushes. Location and near by restaurant were good tho. Thanks since I only took naps at the hotel I don’t have any other pictures except taking a picture of the pizza we ordered. Room was clean and cozy The huge windows was great to see the skytrain passing by. I just hope that they provide tooth brushes next time

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. The questionnaire you emailed me “after my stay” to comment on my experience does not have sufficient space to fu

We had a wonderful stay! The room was lovely and clean, very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and the little cafes along the boardwalk were all very good. Watching the boats on the river was very relaxing. We would definitely go there again. And, believe it or not, parking underground was free!

Great location, easy access to a food court downstairs and also the Metropolis mall. Service is great, we requested for some toiletries and they came very fast. Easy to use app to communicate with the staff there, they are very friendly as well! Love the buffet breakfast, waitress was nice. The only downsides are the pools are bit small and not the cleanest we have seen. The gym is small comparing to the size of the hotel.

We went to Canada for business purposes. Each of us had a room on a different floor - I ended up on the 7th floor and a room with a mountain view. A colleague ended up lower and there was already only a view of the shopping center. But these are not aspects of the hotel's rating. I subtract one star for the dry air and buzzing air conditioner in the room. The rest OK. Breakfasts correct, service courteous.

The location was very good and near to all essential places and amenities. The rooms were very clean and service was tailored to customer needs to avoid contact with clients who did not want it. Access to food and entertainment is so close and available. Excellent front desk and customer service.

The hotel staff didn't deliver on anything they promised. House keeping didn't do a good job for 4 out of the 5 nights that we stayed. We asked for a Microwave to heat up food for a small child we have and they never followed up. We called 4-5 times for the same and nobody ever bothered to follow up. Whenever we called they lacked empathy and worst thing is that they kept lying. Very frustrating experience. They must have done some cost cutting and appointed some junior low cost$$$ staff at the front office and everywhere. All junior staff who has no sense that they are in a service/hospitality industry. The Director later called back to rectify the situation but it is too much to reverse the experience delivered by the rest of the junior and senseless staff. Stay away from this hotel. This isn't the Sheraton experience you would know of. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

During the epidemic, the restaurant and ** were not open, and the facilities were not available. The hotel parking lot has sufficient parking spaces and the location is often convenient. You can go to the room through the lobby.

The hotel did not provide breakfast. There is a safeway nearby. It is open until 11 pm. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the subway station. There is an underground car park. There is also a bus to the city.

There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, the price is not expensive, the parking is free, the room facilities are outdated, the service is very intimate, and the children are sent awkward, good, recommended! !

Staying for 3 nights. Staff lovely, room fantastic and location perfect, just on the edge of wonderful hiking areas as well as downtown Vancouver. Bar, restaurant, liquor store and general store on or next to the site. Great hotel. Would 100% recommend.

Western breakfast is particularly delicious. Many waiters are Chinese who speak Mandarin. They are very kind to introduce you to the place. There are also Mandarin speaking rooms at the front desk. The air-conditioning is very late. They also come to help us with cleaning. Standard but nice people. One day it was three o'clock in the general election and we could get off work. We cleaned the room and cleaned the room before work. The cleanliness was very comfortable. Jin Jiang Shanghai Restaurant is next to it. Eating is very convenient. There are too many Chinese restaurants on the main road of Kingsway. Very good experience. I will stay here next time. The only thing is the deposit on the credit card when I checked in. It ’s been more than 20 days after check-out. It seems that I have n’t returned.

Breakfast is average, that is, eggs and bread, bacon and sausage alternately appear, is a motel, room size can be, Ctrip is slightly more expensive than some local methods. Sometimes the front desk can speak Chinese, sometimes it doesn't. Don't count on the swimming pool, just a pit. It's far bigger than the Eight Immortals table. . .

The room is good, it is very good, there is a 4 star style, but the front desk service is too bad, please open a window, wait until ten o'clock from two o'clock, urging a dozen times is useless, the next day said that can not open the window, It is clearly a room with a window, the result can not be opened, then what is the use of the window, complaints Ctrip is useless, but also waste dozens of dollars
