"A well-regulated hotel, the service is OK, breakfast is good, you can make your own muffins, children like it. The location is also good, the price is still relatively high."
"RENO is a small town. The hotel brand determines that it is a budget hotel. You park your car downstairs or at the door. Breakfast is a very simple American bread coffee sausage."
"Hotel facilities are good, although the renovation, but the impact is not big, cost-effective, it is recommended. Breakfast is also very good, with parking and WiFi"

"My wife worked with the Director of Sales, Kelly to reserve a block of rooms for a family wedding in October 2020. Kelly did a great job communicating with my wife on the details prior to the hotel stays and when guests began checking in they were impressed with the hotel overall. The location is convenient, the kitchenettes are a great feature especially when traveling for multiple nights and the price was very reasonable. We actually had a member of the bridal party stay somewhere else initially and after one night she moved over to the Home2Suites. If you are in the Reno area and prefer a non-smoking, non-gaming hotel I would encourage you to check them out. Also, if you are planning an event reach out to Kelly to discuss the options!"
"My hotel reviews follow a point system. All points (aka stars) are all or nothing which equals to a potential 5 (duh). Each of these is worth one star; Shower/Bathroom, Bed/Pillow, cleanliness, overall room, amenities. 1 - Shower/Bathroom (it’s perfect) 1 - bed/pillow. 1/3 of the pillows were flat/lumpy but I had enough to make it good. 1 - Cleanliness perfect. 1 - overall room 1 - First place to have breakfast back, and self serve coffee. Great hotel. I'd definitely stay there for work again."
"I've stayed at this property before and have always had a pleasant experience. During my latest stay, it was important I could arrange a late checkout because I had a video presentation at noon on my checkout day. I called the evening before to confirm a 1pm checkout would be possible and was assured it would be no issue (I've never had trouble with a one-hour delayed checkout, especially as a Diamond Hilton member). I was asked to let the morning staff know as well. When I called in the morning, I was greeted with someone with a terrible attitude who told me that due to reduced staff, a late checkout was impossible. When I asked her if I could speak with a manager, she said he wasn't in yet. When I asked when he would be available, she said, "Um... I'm not sure if he's coming in today." I rarely write a negative review for anything, but I am appalled at the complete lack of consideration, absence of any sort of supervisor on duty with no ability to state when one might be available, and the patronizing tone I received when the hotel is responsible for committing to something and then not following through. I understand that COVID presents unique challenges, and had (a) I been told originally that this was not possible, (b) been able to speak to anyone with any sort of decision-making authority, and most importantly (c) spoke to someone with any semblance of kindness, consideration, or service, this would be an easier pill to swallow. This interaction and property has made this loyal Hilton patron switch brands."

"The transportation is very convenient. Whether it is from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to other places, it is very convenient to transfer the high speed I80. In addition, there are more places to eat next to the hotel. If you want to eat Chinese food, it is recommended to go to 110, drive is also very close, next to the hotel. There is a stadium and the walk in the past is very good! The service facilities in the hotel are also good, there is a gym!"

"This property could use a review of protocols and procedures to make out of town travelers feel safer during the pandemic. My experience included: (1) check-in with the front desk clerk who was not wearing a mask; (2) The desk clerk attempted to hand me the pen he had just used; (3) free breakfast was a to-go bag with a 1/2 liter bottle of water and a cereal bar (I received more on the plane coming in) - after 2 days of my 4 day stay, there was no to-go breakfast at all; (4) the indoor pool was clearly unsupervised - I saw at least 15 people using the small enclosed area - I wasn't even sure if they were hotel guests; and (5) check out from a different front desk clerk again not wearing a mask. Hilton makes a big deal out of cleanliness protocols on their website which is why I reserved a room at the Hampton. But this property clearly had not trained the staff on those protocols."
"Bring your own pillows. The beds are incredibly bouncy & aren't comfortable overnight. The rooms are clean & breakfast offers quite a nice variety. The location offers easy access to the freeway yet is secluded from the main road which means less freeway noise. The staff is incredibly friendly & very helpful. I wish they were as kind everywhere as they are here. I would absolutely stay at this location again. "
"Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough. Quiet and clean. Did not know about the fitness room or pool till last day but looked nice. Awesome breakfast, fresh fruit variety of waffles and coffees. Fresh smoothies as well."

"This was our second time staying at the Peppermill. We love this place. We got one of the suites with a jacuzzi tub. Last time, our room had a sauna in the shower. And that was a regular hot tub room. No suite. The suite did not have one. was definitely disappointed. The room was nice. We were in room 1234. We were hoping this would be lucky (It wasn't. lol)Nice, elegant furniture. The bed was good. Not great. But it worked. The room was pretty clean. A few fingerprints of the glass shower door, and some on the bathroom door. Some bracelets hanging on the lamp left by previous guest. Black tape holding a grate to the side of the hot tub kept coming off, and I stepped on it a few times. ouch! None of these were big issues. We didn't feel it was dirty, or we couldn't stay there. Those are just little bit picky things. However, my one complaint, I feel is justified, is, you couldn't see out any of the windows. We had, what would have been an awesome view... if we could see it. The windows are obviously double pained. They weren't put in correctly. There is sensation between the panes. It looks terrible. We had a window right above the hot tub. And another one in the sitting room. Both had the same issue. I was extremely disappointed about this. I really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the city. But, it is what it is, I suppose. We stayed 3 nights. We ate at Biscotti and Milano Cafe, both in the ******. Both, we found to be the quality of a buffet. Nothing impressive. The steak house was full and had no reservations all 3 night. And the Asian was closed 2 of the 3 nights. We decided to walk across the street to Ruby River. That was an AMAZING meal. The ****** was pretty dead. We won nothing. Boo! lol. The front desk staff is kinda just there. Not friendly. No smiles. No warm greetings. Kinda like, Welcome to Peppermill, get your stuff and get out. haha. Overall, we enjoyed it. You can't beat the price! "
"The hotel is particularly good, the environment is also good 👍, pure vacation, we don’t like gambling, and we didn’t go in, the restaurant 🍴 was also great to eat a more expensive beef for $198, which is good but a little expensive, and the waiter service is also good, then We tipped $100 for a meal, distressed. Special thanks to Ctrip's customer service, I went to check in a little bit of trouble, Ctrip's customer service specially helped me communicate with the front desk so that I could check in quickly, otherwise I would wait about an hour."
"My wife and I recently vacationed in Lake Tahoe and Reno. We were so impressed when we drove up to the Peppermill Resort and Spa. Upon checking in, Julia at your reservation desk was the sweetest and informative Angel to us. She completely informed us about all of our options to maximize our stay. Our room was outstanding with beautiful views, and luxurious bedding. If you are in the area, stay at the Peppermill, and say hello to the delightful Julia!!"

"Very good, breakfast is free, no one collects money at all. There is a self-service laundry room. The room is large. Look to the snowy mountains. It takes about ten minutes by car to get to a Chinese buffet restaurant, king buffet."
