Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Aman Tokyo is definitely amongst the top 3 hotels in Tokyo, if not the best when it comes to the rooms. The lobby is spacious although perhaps too happening if you are used to quieter Aman surroundings (in the past it was for hotel guests only now anyone can access the bar), but the rooms, gym and pool are top notch, with some nice restaurant offerings. You will not be let down in this place.

Until 3 days ago, the FS on Koh Samui was in a terrible eye. This time, the master's medal (the smallest medal) was the Imperial Palace, and the ceremony was Chinzanso Tokyo. ”I want to go to the Grand Hyatt club because it's okay to be early in the morning 1” Darling pinched Da 々 Now the hotel price in Japan is soaring, so I can't get a hand, so I can't get a hand. Point accommodation 2 20 year for the first time in a year Staying at Grand Hyatt I loved without it. After all it calms down. Mahogany (Kana) Granite. High-quality space that is not gorgeous. Beauty of lighting. I don't feel the age of 20 years old this year. It's great to return to your appearance. The artistic pool is a waste. In the last few years, the plane has not flew in Corona. I have stayed at a domestic color 々 hotel. There are various hotels that do not match. But my husband, ”Why do you like Grand Hyatt?” I wondered if it was the number one in Tokyo, the number one in Japan, the number one in the world, ”Well, so I don't think I'm satisfied wherever I stay.” (I like Mr. Aman too) The club lounge was overseas without passports because the customer base returned. Thank you for taking a lot of pictures of all the Bell staff. There is a dignified air in Ray, and everyone at the Grand Club, I swelled my stomach to the fullest in the club lounge (this time it was 20 years 1 delicious). When did you lose money? Thank you for your wonderful memories. This time, I took a commemorative photo from Mr. S tudio S. Thank you for your wonderful professional work. It became a dreamy commemorative photo. Thanks to everyone, the best. 1 It's a day. It's been a day. It's been a day. It's been a day. It's a day. It's a day. It's a day. It's a day. It's a day. It's a day. It's a day. It's a day. The Grand Hyatt is a quality hotel in a premium location. Great access to the metro and the best parts of Tokyo. Plenty of food options near by and walkable to Aoyama and Omotosando, the best areas in Tokyo (in my opinion). The hotel is clean, well maintained and managed. The food options are decent, but the breakfast options aren’t great. The club lounge breakfast is below average. It has a strong smell of fish from the Japanese breakfast dishes, and there are no eggs available. I’d look elsewhere for breakfast and wouldn’t put any value in this if that is a consideration to upgrading to club lounge. PROS: Quality rooms with nice wood upgrades and a very nice rainfall shower with strong water pressure. Rooms are a decent size for Tokyo. Service is very professional Location is ideal CONS: Dated rooms. TV’s are from about 1995, and the rooms are probably 10 years past due a remodel. With that said, they are quality rooms which do date better. Club Lounge breakfast isn’t great. No eggs, strong fish smell. Mattresses are hard and older, so not level. Globalist status did zero for me at the hotel. No upgrades, not even a higher floor as requested. Not a place to come if status upgrades are important to you. While I understand that a full hotel means no upgrades, it’s still possible to get a higher floor, which was requested but not granted. Overall I would say for the value this is your best Hyatt option in Tokyo given the service, quality, and location versus price.

The highlight of the hotel is a small courtyard with hundreds of years of history, a small waterfall and a nice view. There is a Japanese-style breakfast and a buffet. There is a good restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. There is a good Kobe beef and pine yak that can be fed or sukiyaki.

Everything is great! The various grades are obviously higher than the main last time! The courtyard is as beautiful as ever!

This newly opened Bulgari Hotel still has a lot of problems: 1 If you don’t drive in, you have to go through a shopping mall every time, and it’s impossible to take a taxi all the time when you go out. Every time you come back, you have to go through the back door. 2 There is basically no service at all. When checking in, it said that non-alcoholic drinks are free, but the actual checkout juice is 2,500 yen a bottle, which feels very bad. 3 With the price of 1w8rmb, you can live in a hotel with better location and service in ginza, and there are also a bunch of Japanese people complaining about it in Google reviews. 4 The concierge department of this hotel booked restaurants almost a month in advance, and only one can be booked after giving a list of more than a dozen restaurants. The hotel has almost no strength in this regard.

It is grateful that you can arrive directly from Tokyo Station and the premises without being influenced by the weather. Overall, the whole hotel was definitely a comfortable stay with a good space full of sensibility. Afternoon Tea Restaurant Bar Breakfast Repertoire was also perfect. Above all, the smiles and conversations of the staff 々 were attractive, making the best use of the individuality of each 々. It seems that not all the staff are humble and engaged with themselves, not in accordance with the hotel manual.

The service attitude is very good, but there are only 2-3 people checking in and checking out, which is not enough. There will be a lot of queues. Although there will be helpful receptionists to ask for reservation information in advance, it will still take a long time. The advantage of the lobby is that it is on a high floor. The privacy is good. There is a dedicated elevator to get to the guest room, but the disadvantage is that you need to go to the elevator every time you go out/come back. Compared with the accommodation experience eleven years ago, the facilities feel obviously outdated. Breakfast is not a buffet but an a la carte menu. I don’t know how often it changes, but it is the same for two consecutive days. Although there are many ways to prepare eggs, the appetizers, salads and fruits are the same. It may be a bit boring if you eat it for two more days. Freshly baked bread will be served. Come here and let me choose, but they are all shortening and French tart, which are quite greasy. Several kinds of homemade yogurt are good. The puddings are all sweet. When I ordered on the first day, I ordered pancake as the main dish, which was relatively normal. The waffle that came with the second day was also shortened. The chocolate after housekeeping is delicious. There are two kinds of dark chocolate and milk chocolate. The hotel’s chocolate lobby restaurant also sells it. It's not too far away from Roppongi Tower. It's about 1.00km or 10.20 minutes walk. You can see the night view of Tokyo Tower from a distance.

I booked a deluxe twin room with double basins and a wide view. The breakfast is rich in variety and the bread is very authentic. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to go shopping in Ginza The lady who checked in was very classy and the service was very attentive. They will communicate with you in the simplest English, so don't be afraid, speak English words boldly, and they will use software to translate them into Chinese for you.

Overnight with friends. At first, I was planning to go to a hot spring, but it gradually became closer, and in the end it was a plan to say that there was no hot spring and only the atmosphere ... but as a result, the answer was correct. The place is in the Grand Prince. The entrance is a little difficult to understand, and for some reason there is no front desk or entrance, and I wander around the lobby. Finally I found a staff member and was guided to the 4th floor. Check-in with matcha and sweets at the club lounge. Although the lounge is a little simple and small, there are only 14 guest rooms, so this may be enough for capacity. It is worth mentioning that you can access all the lounges of the three hotels in this Takanawa Prince area (actually four because it is a plus Hanakoji) (I was waiting w) This seems to be a privilege only for this Hanakaji, and the tension rises. I was supposed to come slowly to conquer all of them in 2 hours of cocktail time from 17:00, but I suddenly changed to an erratic and fluttering project! I went to the lounge of Hanakoji just at 17:00, but there was no previous customer. We are embarrassed. Drinks are a small number of elite drinks such as champagne, wine, sake, whiskey, and good juice (laughs). Nine snacks on the plate? Since the concept here is Japanese, it is a Japanese set. After that, I went to the lounge on the lower floor, but there was a line, Shin Takanawa had only beer and the rest of the daytime cake, and even though I went to Sakura Tower, there was nothing nice about alcohol or snacks, so I ended up returning to the beginning. As a result of returning to the beginning, I found that there is a drink here even after the cocktail time (no hors d'oeuvre) I finally found that it was the correct answer to use only here, so from the next time I will do so. Although the introduction has become longer, the room has the same setting as that of the inn and has a bed on tatami mats. The view of the garden is good from the window, and you can see the garden from the bath (can you see the bath from the garden?) The bathroom is large and comfortable. No unnecessary rain shower for me. No toiletries (I wanted this). I am grateful that breakfast is brought to my room and I can relax in the room while looking out at the garden. The contents are a little like an inn, and there are many items. Another feature is that all the staff in the hall are very responsive. After that, there is nothing to say if you can dig in the hot springs.

It was my first time staying here and it was very relaxing. First of all, the room had a great view of the garden, and it was in a position where other hotel rooms didn't bother me so much. The bedroom was comfortable, and I was relaxing on the tatami mats for the first time in a while. I had breakfast in my room and loved it. In addition, room service was delicious, too. In addition, the lounge dedicated to this hotel was nice with a calm atmosphere, and I was able to use the lounges of the other three hotels, and I was able to experience the differences in the atmosphere and service content of each, which was interesting. The garden was beautifully decorated for the summer festival. Finally, the service was also very good, ensuring a high level of quality in this difficult situation. It is a very good hotel, so I would like to visit again.

Reviews From Real Travelers
Wonderful hotel where even the smallest details have been well thought through. I don't usually write long reviews but I have so many good things to say about this hotel. We stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Japan, for two nights at the start of the trip and three nights at the end. The two rooms we had were both fantastic with amazing views over the Imperial gardens. Every member of staff was kind and friendly, they greeted the guests in such a genuine and warm manner. Breakfast was delicious - we enjoyed the buffet, and the Japanese style breakfast. They serve lots of different teas, coffees, and juices. We had a few shots of the very healthy green juice which was surprisingly tasty! The bar is very chic and it has a long cocktail list. It has a very glamorous aesthetic, with glossy floors and cute tables to enjoy a drink. We had dinner on the terrace on our last night; the food was fabulous. We thought it was quite reasonably priced (we're used to London prices!) for the set menus, with wine pairings. It was well worth the price. The wine is great and we really enjoyed chatting to the sommelier about his speciality, Californian wines. The rooms have lots of storage, and we had two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom). We had a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The loos feature classic Japanese high tech which is quite interesting. We were given pyjamas, slippers, and dressing gowns in our rooms. There were lovely toileteries including a whole set of facial cleansers, toners, and moisturisers, as well as bath oils and salts. We even got some steam eye masks which were so luxurious. They have toothbrushes in case you have forgotten your own! The hotel has easy access to the underground system, and you can walk to the main Tokyo station in around 10 minutes. It's close to lots of shopping centres with cafes and restaurants. There's also a beautiful Starbucks next door - I'd definitely recommend trying the Japanese Starbucks! It's really different from the UK and has some great treats. The concierges are helpful and knowledgable. They booked me in for a wash and blow dry (reasonably priced for a city centre hairdresser at around £26 at the Shisheido salon which uses high quality products). They also arranged tickets for the Tokyo Skytree, and they recommended places to visit and various restaurants. We really relied on their expertise, and they were so generous with their time. All in all, we had an amazing and very memorable experience at this hotel. We hope we'll be lucky enough to return one day again.

Very nice stay at the Palace Hotel. We had a fairly large room with a balcony on the 23rd floor with a beautiful view and club level services. Although the room was large, the layout made it feel a bit cramped. We had room service a couple of times and there was only one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. I think they could use some better spatial design. Service was generally excellent, although there was some confusion when the club concierge was arranging train tickets for us, requiring some extra calls. One strange thing: I swim laps for exercise and use a snorkel. For some reason, they told me I couldn't use a snorkel in the pool. They didn't explain why, and I have swam throughout the world and never heard this before. Weird and a little irritating. In spite of these small complaints, I would definitely stay there again.

The room is not too big but very clean and modern There is a lot of mineral water in the refrigerator convenient facilities waiter's english is good Service enthusiasm The breakfast is also very good, not too many varieties But everything that should be there is worth choosing The location of the hotel is very convenient. LV is just outside the door. This LV can make reservations for cafes and Tokyo-specific tourbillon watches. It's close to Ginza

The room is very spacious for Tokyo. The hotel is modern and clean. Service is friendly and convenient for English speakers. Buffet breakfast is good. The hotel also has a small gym with cardio machines, benches and weights.

Reviews From Real Travelers
We wanted a hotel right next to Tokyo Station as we were traveling by Shinkansen, and it doesn't get much closer than this. Like many modern hotels in Tokyo located in office towers, the actual lobby isn't on the ground level. This was a little annoying but it is what it is. Our room was spacious as expected, with views of Nihonbashi and the east side. Plenty of room to open up our big suitcases. The chaise longue next to the windows was a comfortable place to spend time on. The bathroom had a large wet room, equipped with a rainshower next to the bath tub. The glass wall meant that one could be in the bathroom and look out not only at the room, but at the rest of Tokyo if curtains were drawn. My main complaint was the shortage of TV channels with English or non-Japanese broadcast. We stayed in local Japanese hotels where they offered more international programming, so why didn't Shangri-La?! Service was otherwise fine, with check-out available via the Shangri-La app on one's mobile phone.

We requested for an early check in as our red eye landed early AM. We were given the standard reply, no guarantee, as it depends on availability but will try our best. When we arrived, at Tokyo train station, someone from Shangri La met us at train platform and accompanied us to the hotel. That’s helpful as we wouldn’t have been able to find our way to the hotel easily given how large the station is. Upon arrival, Mr Matthias, GM warmly welcomed us & delighted us with news that our room was ready. He took time to get to know us and provided good restaurant recommendations. Everyone we came across served from the heart. Service was excellent. Shoutout to Ms Morita Kinuka of Concierge went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans& bookings. She’s fast and efficient. Housekeeping fabulous. Room very clean, everything worked well. We enjoyed our breakfast. Food excellent, staff friendly & attentive.
