1, the hotel parking lot is outside, 30 pounds a day is very expensive; 2, the hotel house is a wooden structure, slightly crisp, but the overall decoration is good; 3, the hotel comprehensive quality, but the price is too low, Stay for one day with breakfast for around 450 pounds.

Booked a basic room for one night for my girlfriend's birthday, the hotel upgraded us to a luxury room type for free after learning, and placed a bottle of wine and a handwritten greeting letter in the room. The room was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The hotel's hot spring facilities are small, but very clean and not crowded. The hotel's bar is much smaller than expected, about 12 people can be accommodated, but the bartender is very good and professional, there are a lot of wines to choose from.

Very disappointing....We booked a courtyard suite for my birthday as a treat, we got upgraded on arrival to a deluxe double room with garden view, not what we asked for, and don't accept that a double room compared to a suite is an upgrade. All the spa facilities need a refurb, tiles missing, dirty and various functions not working, not to mention the tiny robe they gave me which I couldn't get my arms into. All the drains smelt terrible, some serious cleaning required to rid it of the smell in all the various treatment chambers. The room was lovely in terms of size and the double bed was comfortable. The heating in the room was set at 25 degrees, far too hot, ended up using the AC to cool it down to sleep. The bathroom door missed the toilet by 3mm, no soft close lid, and the flush never worked properly, the bath panel was a disgrace. We ate out in town, so wont comment on the restaurant. We had two drinks in one of the side bars, bill arrived in the morning with three drinks itemised, had to go to reception and resolve, only two slips signed because we only had two. Breakfast service was awful, took an hour and as mentioned in several other reviews, very poor, and several dishes requiring a £6 supplement. Reception on arrival was okay and fully staffed, not sure why they think checking out would not require the same staffing levels, one person and had to wait an age to get out. Might be advertised as a 5 star, but no where near it, will not return. Such a shame as the location, building and gardens are beautiful.

Bath is a great hotel. It is a beautiful town with a quiet location. The hotel has an excellent environment and beautiful service.

Nice hotel, although a little distance from the scenic area but Bath itself is not big, just walk around.

The Bird is a unique hotel, different from others. It is a large villa with a quite comfortable ‘house room' and also below in the restaurant it is atmosphere and pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Unique, therefore, very recommended!

It is already the best in the hotel in the itinerary, maybe in Bath, the price is moderate, the room is a bit larger than the London, but it still can’t compare with the domestic ones. Note that there is no microwave, it is not convenient to go to the supermarket to buy cooked food It is very close to the surrounding attractions, basically you can walk around, there is a big supermarket within a 10-minute walk, but it closes at 10 in the evening, and the transportation is convenient. The bus station is right next to it
