The Springhill Suites is a great choice to visit the Fort Worth stockyard area. We walked to everything and had room in suite to entertain family. The room was comfortable, reasonable and we watched fireworks from our balcony. The room furniture was outstanding.

From the time I arrived I was treated very well. The valet service was there as soon as I pulled up, and the front desk staff was over the top friendly and professional. This hotel is very historic, and it has kept it’s history, while being very high tech. The window shades are opened and closed with the touch screen control panel near the door. There are lighting settings for the morning, bedtime, social, and romantic. The bathroom mirror is set up like a computer screen, with news, weather and music, and has great speakers on both sides of the sink. The shower has 5 or more colors, and it is also controlled with a touch screen. Shower has overhead, wall, and handheld wand. The bathroom is also beautiful with marble slabs and they they go from floor to ceiling. You really have to experience this hotel to fully appreciate all it has to offer. Management has obviously made service a top priority, with the staff being extra friendly and helpful. One block from Sundance Square with numerous restaurants in the area. This is a top notch property, and I would give it 5+ stars.

The customer service at This Hotel is amazing, room was very clean, great amenities. I will always choose to stay at The Embassy Suites Downtown Ft Worth. It is in walking distance of great restaurants.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was good. User friendly location. It’s around everything. Lots of things are walkable. They entertained my early check in and Kate. Heck out. Hotel is clean. Great bar if you want to stay at the hotel bar. Hotel is very techy, you can control the tv with your phone. Elevators are techy. Super neat. Would recommend this hotel 😀

I usually book through Marriott’s Bonvoy program in order to accumulate reward points. However Expedia had a better rate. Upon check-in I was told that there would be an $18 per day charge for parking and given a parking permit with which to park in the garage. The day I checked in there was no valet present nor was valet mentioned. The following day, early evening, I returned to the property and parked in the garage. As I was exiting my vehicle I was accosted in the dark parking garage buy a man demanding that I give him my keys. He did not have a uniform on but identified himself as the valet attendant. When I told him that I would not be giving him my keys as I had no idea who he was, He told me he would be parking other vehicles in front of my vehicle and that it would then be my problem, not his. When I explain to him that upon check-in the front desk clerk did not inform me of valet or increased parking prices for the weekend once again I was told that this was my problem, not his. I am shocked by how rude this person was. When I spoke to the manager on duty about the incident, rather than solve the problem, she was more concerned with finding and reading the fine print on Expedia‘s website to me, never mind the fact that the front desk clerk never did this upon check-in. We were told upon check-in that the included breakfast I’d paid for with the room would be provided in grab and go bags. Sadly, there were no bags, but instead, mini muffins. Furthermore I completely lack confidence that this property is regularly sanitized between guests. Upon our initial entry to our room there were various hairs on the toilet and in the shower, Suggesting that the room had not in fact been thoroughly sanitized. Over the years, I have come to expect far more from a Marriott property and am extremely disappointed with my stay.

Nothing exceptional for the higher price. If you wanna warmup your food there is no microwave in the room. You have to step down next to the lobby to do that. The cooling and heating system is really noisy and old. You may listen to the blower that is almost retired. The 🛁 tub faucet was not sending the entire water flow up. 1/3 of the water i just waisting. The bath tub drain is also stuck and water doesn't go away quickly. There's no fan and ventilation - it's getting humid during your shower. I'm sure the management can hire some professional services for this money that's being charged! You guys need a lot of improvement!
