Booked a deluxe king for 5 nights through the Hyatt website. The hotel is very large and the common areas are large, beautiful, and decorated in a very classy manner. Views are amazing from pretty much everywhere. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The swimming pool is smaller than I imagined and yes, you do need to reserve a time to use it. The hallways on the floors where the rooms are were quite dimly lit with dark wallpaper. I would say these hallways could use some updating in terms of the decor. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way as the closest metro station (Shibuya) is a 15-20 minute walk. I usually ended up taking the bus or a cab to the station, or when it was early - walked. The shuttle wasn't all that frequent so I never took it. Check-in was very service oriented with someone leading me from the lobby to the check-in desk and giving me the low-down on the hotel. Actual check-in took took longer than I had hoped but I had just come from a 16 hour flight and really just wanted to go to sleep. As a Hyatt Explorist, I was upgraded to a larger corner room with more light. At first, they said they were willing to offer me the room at a special rate and when I said no thanks, they just upgraded me for free. I felt this was weird as you either have the availability to upgrade someone with elite status, or you don't. The room was large by Tokyo standards with lots of windows. I didn't find the decor staid as other reviewers have noted. I would say the decor is classic and refined. I've been to Tokyo several times already so I actually spent a bit of time in the room in the morning before heading out. It was a good amount of space to spread out, have some room service, and just relax. There are power plugs near the bed for those of us who like to charge their phone nearby. TV channels are limited though and there is no way to cast streaming services from your phone. The bathroom has a Dyson hair dryer which I enjoyed. Housekeeping was consistently great. The room was always clean, toiletries replenished, and requests were always delivered promptly. I had the breakfast buffet the first morning I was there and then room service every morning after as it doesn't cost any more than eating in the restaurant. The buffet was great and I would recommend trying it at least once. You get to order one main egg dish or french toast/pancakes and then there is the buffet. The spread wasn't as large as other hotels/resorts I've been to but everything there was high quality and delicious. Oftentimes, larger buffets have a mix of decent food and just edible filler stations. But everything here was really good. All of the food stations were actually very small as the kitchen kept replacing them with fresh food. Room service was always delivered quickly and set up perfectly. I ordered the Japanese breakfast one morning (it's the only breakfast available for delivery at 6am) which was tasty but kind of left me a bit hungry. All other mo

Been to Tokyo and stayed in several places around the city. You can't beat the Park Hyatt in terms of location to the action. I've been there with my parents (>70 y/o) and kids (<10 y/o). There's something for everyone within a short cab, walk or subway ride. Of course the hotel itself is iconic, with exceptional service and quality.

There have been some twists and turns in booking this hotel from the beginning. In fact, as long as the booking situation is not smooth, try not to book a hotel. Even if you succeed, you will be like me. This hotel is not suitable for high-end tourists from ************** who love fitness and are easy-going. . The gym has various difficulties for hotel guests. First, they have to fill out an application form (very strange). The gym is shared with the office building and is not exclusive to hotel guests. Sneakers that are brought in from outside are not allowed. If you want to rent, you will not be charged cash, and there is no Alipay or WeChat payment! I received a Visa and some incomprehensible payment methods, but in the end I didn’t succeed in fitness. We checked in after 5:00, but we were told that the museum tour the next day would only accept guests who made reservations before 5:00. We were clearly told that we were not eligible to visit the museum if we missed that time. We only had 2 nights here so no accommodations. Breakfast was average! The Japanese-style breakfast requires a waiter to serve rice, soup, fry fish, etc. It is very inconvenient. The aroma on the floor is very strange and I’m not used to it! Not cost-effective! There is also an indescribable feeling of not being taken seriously!

Facilities: very good Hygiene: very good good environment The service was excellent Free access to executive lounge: good Breakfast: very good The hotel I have always dreamed of finally got my wish. I like the hotel very much. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is delicious. There are many varieties. The executive lounge is also very quiet. It is refreshing to taste the food and rest. It is a hotel with a lot of history. I will choose this hotel next time I go there.

Hotel opened less than a year ago. Everything is new and the design is very modern. Location is in the middle of Shinjuku so it was close to everything. The hotel staff was very attentive and the connection between the lobby (on the 18th floor) to the concierge in the ground floor was always in sync. Breakfast at the main hotel had a great view for a nice clear day but selection is limited. They have a second buffet in their neighbour hotel (17th floor) that has more selection. I would not really recommend this hotel for younger kids due to its design but overall great hotel.

The hotel is located above the 43rd floor of Kabukicho Tower. The feeling of tidying up is that people are more expensive than others. First-class service and first-class environment. It is a real pleasure to stay in a hotel with a floor area of more than 40 square meters in Japan. Overlooking half of Tokyo, I feel very happy here after going on a business trip to wholesale.

Fantastic hotel in prime location in Shinjuku. We stayed on the Grand Premier levels which includes a really nice lounge with snacks and drinks and a private dining room which has a gorgeous breakfast of both western and eastern choices. LOVED breakfast. It's a huge hotel but has a huge staff to run it. Our room was large, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Best part is that Keio Plaza is on the Limousine Bus stop route but we didn't want to wait an hour for the next one from Haneda Airport so took the bus that stopped at Shinkjuki Station and it was truly a 5 minute walk from where the bus dropped us off. Get off the bus and turn left and walk straight and you will see the hotel. That easy. Taxis are inexpensive and plentiful in Tokyo. We had 4 people in our group and often it was worth it just to take taxis vs. the train but the train system was easy and the location to our hotel couldn't be beat.

The hotel was simply amazing! The premier grand rooms are brand new and extremely comfortable. High quality toiletries and accessories kept in the bathroom and good provisions made in the room make a very comfortable stay. The breakfast at the executive lounge was wonderful. Complimentary tea in the afternoon and drinks the the evening were an amazing addition. The views from the lounge on the 45th floor add to the experience. The service is excellent and the location of the hotel all adds up to a fantastic stay!

Terrific newish hotel in the top 4 floors of an office building. About 320 t0 30 minute walk to Shibuya, Ginza or Harajuku or 2 minutes to the metro station. The metro is easy to use as instructions are in a lot of lanuages and you can pay with coins, notes or cards. We paid a little extra and were in a larger corner room with 180 degree views. Free generous minibar refilled each day. Staff were tops. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor which is independent of the notel. Excellent and fair prices. Breakfast was part of our package and it well above average. If you have bags or cant handle stairs ask the taxi to go into the basement from where you access the hotel with ease Tokyo is not cheap but I will certainly be back here

I stayed with my daughter for two nights and three days. On the night of the first night, after watching the live performance, I returned to the hotel a little before 21:00. When I went to the restaurant on the 4th floor to eat, the last order was not possible until 21:00. What about room service? When I heard that, room service was also finished with the last order for the meal at this restaurant. From Kyushu, I booked this hotel for two nights and three days to enjoy the live viewing, and the next day's lunch, I booked the cherry blossoms in the hotel. I went back to my room, ordered a cup ramen room service, boiled water, and ate it. Sure, 21 o'clock may be the last order, but isn't it first-class to serve with wit? I never imagined that I would bother to stay at a high hotel and eat cup ramen in my room. Also, on the morning of the second night, when I was relaxing in the room, I got a ping-pong. ”I brought water, deodorant, and coffee.” ”I didn't ask.” It's not a professional to make a mistake in the room. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

The Westin is just beautiful. All the staff were extremely helpful. the club lounge was very nice and had a lovely view. We chose to have breakfast at the buffet downstairs which was delicious. The walk to the subway station is about 10 min and all underground with some moving sidewalks. We thought Ebisu was a good location for getting around Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is very good, quiet in the middle of nowhere, it is very convenient to visit Harajuku and Shibuya, it is a little walk to the subway station. There is a convenience store next to the hotel, and there is a restaurant with a roast bird at the door of the hotel, open until 11pm. I will stay in the next time, just a little popular and not very good room.
- LINBO
Checked in for the second time, very stylish boutique design hotel, a little distance from the subway, you need to walk ten to fifteen minutes. But in a very quiet area, there are very good shops around, and it is also close to Omotesando. The bar is great and the skewer is great. One of the trendiest hotels in Tokyo.

Self-service, no service staff, very inconvenient
- brabdforces
Unfortunately this is the worst place we have ever booked- it was very small, too small to put bags on 'bedroom' floor. Unsuitable for three, let alone the six people it suggests On the third floor with twisty, narrow stairs and no lift- difficult with baggage. The apartment was hot and stuffy with warning signs everywhere about the police being called if you are noisy and yet the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbours. Strongly recommend viewing in person before booking, we chose to forfeit our booking and not stay here despite understanding we would not get a refund
