Not bad, recommended, suitable for retirement

Incredible service, especially the director of the hotel is very nice. The food was excellent. Everyday the menu changed. The quality of the meat was great, the deserts amazing. The food was like in a Michelins star restaurant. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and cozy, I also liked the Aqua di Parma staff in the room. all the staff is great. Especially, Roman, Fabio, Elisa and many more. Ludmilla did a wonderful Job, facial of Biological Recherche, Mani and Pedicure, Massages. Also the hairdresser is very cool and did a fantastic job. The temperature in the hotel was good, warm and cozy.

I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

I’ve booked my bachelorette party with my mum a few days earlier than my wedding, to give ourselves a nice moment of relax. Not that I was expected anything particular, but from a 4star hotel at least some congratulations.. but no, nothing. We have arrived in the morning, and for one hour earlier of the check-in they’ve charged us 15€ each to start use the swimming pools. I’ve booked for my mum a mani/pedi with semipermanent to do 2 days after, than 2 scrub massage and inalhations; all went quiet well apart the fact that when today my mum asked some semipermanent colors, they did not have pretty much anything. The beautician proposed her only mani/pedi but the price was higher than expected, so she decided to skip the services. At the check-out we went fully charged and the manager, after 10minutes of ridiculous discussion, gave us the 50% discount on it. We went out completely disappointed, nervous and felt deceived. On top of it: glass from the bar broken, spoon at breakfast with still trace of lipstick. Really bad experience, they did not care at all about their client’s experience, but more they try to charge extra money. I will never raccomand this hotel to anyone and for sure I will never come back.
