He hands me the electronic card for room 212. I head exhausted after the desperate wait but the door does not open. I go downstairs, tell him and with a certain snub he accompanies me but he can't open it either. He goes up and down a couple more times until 20 minutes later he manages to open it. At 1:15 in the morning I finally get into the damn room and fall asleep. At 7 I get up and decide to take a shower but the hot water doesn't come out. Incredulous and stupefied, I go to reception to complain and settle the bill. They apologize for the inexperience of the night manager and in a fit of generosity he says that they will keep the original price of my reservation -110 €!- and that they invite me to breakfast. ”No, thanks.
