You can see the Cologne Cathedral and the railway bridge from the room. You must try the German pig's trotters next to the cathedral. It is very delicious. Highly recommend climbing to the top of the cathedral to see the city.

It is the hotel with the most complete comprehensive evaluation that can be booked at the exhibition. I cannot raise higher requirements.

I spent 2 nights there which was really lovely ~~ location is convenient, 5mins’ walking distance to Cologne Cathedral & the station ~~ staff there r warm and considerate , I hurt my knees badly after TMB hiking, they tried best to help on this . Nice experience, I would like to stay there again next time when I go to cologne :)

The hotel is right next to the Cologne Cathedral, and there is a great restaurant downstairs, next to the train station, the traffic is very convenient. The room you stayed in was very spacious and you could spread out your suitcase at will. Drinks in the minibar are free and good value for money. The reception staff were friendly and happy to answer questions. The bellmen are also friendly. Parents stayed very satisfied.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the DOM is out, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. The hotel service is very good, with the foundation, elegance, and the living experience is very good, recommended!

The design of the hotel is very special, being housed in an old insurance company’s head quarters. The theming around space is very cool without feeling cheesy or over the top. Very instagrammable elevators! We arrived late but the front desk team was ready for our arrival. The friendly front desk team member got us a generous upgrade to a larger room facing the dome! The room was spacious with an integrated bathroom with a large shower. We loved the modern design of the room. Everything you might need as available, free minibar, desk, plenty of space, big TV, many windows, live plants. We went to the bar for a drink, there was a big group having drinks and the staff was busy but still friendly. Drinks were decent! Breakfast at Neni was delicious, with loads of choices and very high quality! We would have expected some other Middle Eastern specialties than hummus. The breakfast is 100% self service so there was almost no interaction with the staff. But the little contact we had they were very friendly! For a breakfast without any service I would have expected them to be more attentive when cleaning plates/ setting up tables. Check out was quick an really friendly. Still my favourite 25hours Hotel in Germany so far!

Had a great stay at 25 Hours - mega quirky hotel with awesome decor and a great work space in the lobby. At first our room's AC didn't work and it got to 30 degrees in our room even with the windows open. The staff were quick to respond and happy to move us once they realised the AC was broken and moved us to an upgraded room on the same level at no cost to us, as our family so we wern't too far away - that was greatly appreciated. Range of options at breakfast were great but as it got very busy there was often a wait for restocking of cups/tea pots etc. The lunch food was delicious as were the drinks. I would absolutely stay again so thank you for having us! Kristina & Shanta

I'm not going to lie - I wasn't a fan of this hotel. That is NOT to say it wasn't nice but it really wasn't for me. It totally lacked personality. For the price you can't really complain but there was nothing that particularly stood out for me. I felt like I was staying in an office building. The WIFI was really quick (which was a bonus) and there was towels and soap provided. The staff were OK but I didn't really get a customer service feel to be honest. The cleaner offered me a fan in the heat (which was lovely). This review might be a bit harsh (simply because it wasn't my type of place) but I was glad I only stayed here one night. The view from my room was absolutely shocking (a building under construction) and no provision was made for the loud noise by the construction workers. On the plus side, it was in a really good location (next to the shopping centre). I wouldn't come back to be honest!

Although the hotel is relatively simple, German hotels are the first to earn a living regardless of whether it is a Samsung or a four-star or five-star. Most Germans think that when they are away on business, as long as they are safe and alive, they do n’t have to pay for style. Hotel fee. The hotel's managers are Japanese and Malaysians, the service is still serious, the hotel's breakfast is very good, (food) value for money. If you are planning to visit Cologne on the last day of your business trip, you may wish to stay in this hotel.

The hotel charges city tax. At check-out, the previous batch of customers was quarreling with them and arguing for City Tax. I checked the order and found it already included the City Tax. Why they charge the City Tax again?

Located directly at the fair, rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast is just super good.

Very close to Cologne Cathedral, the location is quite good! But the room was small, the equipment was very rudimentary, and the door was opened with a key, which looked like a room that was separated.

I would like to congratulate the staff as I stayed during the Covid epidemic as a flight crew and it was obviously not a normal experience for all. Staff were friendly (not always the case at the moment) and helpful. While social distancing in the restaurant wasn’t ever going to be a pleasant meal the food was good and appreciated. Many thanks.

Most difficult check-in I’ve ever experienced. I had called 1 day in advance to extend my reservation. The hotel hadn’t updated the booking, and wanted to charge 50% more and only agreed to honour the rate with much huffing, puffing and cursing in German. They then demanded payment in advance, and asked me if my driver’s license was real, as I’m obviously not German. They then informed me that there were no cleaning or guest services due to corona, despite having stayed all over Germany this month and getting basic services provided. They said everyone else was breaking the law. At this point, after 30 mins of arguing I decided to find a different hotel. Absolutely rubbish.

After a long hard journey we had a pleasant enough checkin, but after having paid a lot extra for booking first class rooms, we were told that the first class lounge was closed. I asked what was the point in paying sky much more for first class rooms, and I was told the rooms have coffee machines. For the price difference I could have gone and bought coffee machines, but frankly I am not interested in a coffee machine, I paid for the rooms so we could use the lounge, so I felt ripped off. My room was boiling hot, and the air conditioning does not work. They sent someone to the room, but they could not get is below 26 degrees. They changed my room to a much smaller one, but it was a bit cooler. I came back to my room having left the aircon on all day and all evening. It was still very warm. I chose this hotel as it is described as air conditioned. It is not air conditioned at all. I could not sleep, it was too warm. I called reception and they brought me a fan. I am so disappointed to have not had what I expected, and most annoyingly the room was described as air conditioned when all it really has is a noisy fan. I should ask for partial refund for our two rooms, they were not worth the money. Then, the service at the bar was terrible. We ordered a round of drinks, it took more than half an hour to bring three beers. Not busy, just really slow.

breakfast is good, but...we reserved the suite because we needed working space. we received the suite on the 1st floor (there are 2 suites in the hotel - so make sure you get the one on the 6th floor). unfortunately, our bedroom didn't have a window. the cleaning was below average, the body towels thin, no proper desk , so we used the wide shelf under the tv as a working desk- but due to its height, the chair was too low so it was an uncomfortable experience. when closing down the lights at night, the electrical sockets were out and we couldn't charge our laptop and phones, so we ended up sleeping with a closed door, with full lights on in the sitting area. the small dressing area between the bedroom and the bathroom had a light sensor which - when going to the closet - turned off because the area wasn't covered, but when getting up at night to the bathroom - turned fully on. location is excellent.

We stayed at Steigenberger Hotel for one night, and at the entrance it was exactly how you would expect a five star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, that can help you where and when needed. Though when we got to the room itself we had a little unpleasant surprise. The room itself was nice, good view over the Rhine and the interior is nice. But when I dropped my phone and it fell under the bed, I went to pick it up and underneath the bed was a dirty tissue with a substance on it that looked to be semen. Also when I shined my flashlight under it to take a video of it, I found a pair of socks from the previous guests. This indicates the room was not really cleaned properly. There also was a lot of dust on the bedside tables, and a lot underneath the bed (which I myself don’t mind as it’s a hard place to vacuum). Not really up to the high five star standard, but the rest was really good. Nice views with a good bed and spacious room. The Biergarten is also beautiful, especially at sunset. I have to give it 4/5 because of the stuff we found in the room, for the rest it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was great . The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and you can order pancakes and French toast with fresh orange juice and they were very delicious. And the area where the hotel is located is very beautiful and cozy.🥰
