The front desk guide is very patient. The whole service was very attentive, treated the children kindly, and gave them small gifts. 1 minute walk from Tower Bridge subway station, convenient travel. It is very suitable if you choose to stop and go in London instead of stepping on the scenic spots. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The roast duck is very authentic, and other small dishes are also good. It is the first choice if you want to change the taste occasionally. In addition, there is a Michelin star on the first floor. I don’t have time to try it. I will try it next time.

I am very satisfied with the accommodation experience. On New Year's Eve, rabbit cakes were specially given away. It was very thoughtful. The front desk served with a smile all the way, very warm. The hotel facilities are also very good, the room is large, spacious and quiet.

I had a fabulous time at the hotel, check in was so smooth. The ambiance at the bar was perfect and not noisy. The bathroom was very spacious, I felt like a king for one night. I recommend this hotel to anyone as there’s no way you can regret it.

I booked this stay for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The interior of the yacht was amazing and loved the glass chandelier in the centre of the staircase. The chocolates in the room was a nice touch. Just wished that there had been an acknowledgment of our Wedding Anniversary in some way as reception were advised it was our 35th in emails to them. Nevertheless, we had a memorable time.

Having seen the hotel from outside whilst visiting excel 2 years back, had always dreamt of staying here , was like a bucket list.so had managed to book it like 6 months back as a surprise for my husband on his birthday. Walking towards it on the bridge, the hotel looked so elegant and we were so excited but all of it sort of vanished once we entered the hotel and reached the reception at 3:15 pm to join a long queue for check in! Definitely not a five star welcome. Another family complained that there were glasses there buy no water!! Obviously needed some after an half an hr wait in the queue! I had booked the executive River View and was on the 5th floor where you need a key to enter. It took us more then 10 mina to open this lock!! It said wait for 6 secs before you take the key out but apparently you needed to swipe the key .even the receptionist told us to be patient. Finally another staff came and said you don't need to wait just jerk it out!! Anyway we finally gor ro our room at 4 . the photos of the rooms are deceiving on their website as it shows a bath tub which we were looking forward to but there was a small shower instead!! After flushing the toilet there was a terrible stench and the smell which didnt go. Another thing we were looking forward to was sitting in the lobby and enjoying the river view however the balcony metal is so high that if you are sitting you can't see the view so Another disappointment. Then we visited the overpriced bar which was OK. Next day we went for oir breakfast where a rather unfriendly guy welcomed us and have us a list where we needed to tick only 1 thing!! How luxurious! And weren't even told that we can get a cappuccino. And we were told unlimited buffet which includes toast crossaint and cereal and yogurt..seriously! Even holiday Inn has better breakfast. So basically my expectations were quite high considering the price I had paid but all shattered to pieces..laughed at myself. Really this was on my bucket list !!!

The location is southeast of central London, not a hot tourist spot, but I do business nearby, so I chose this one. There are not many rooms in the hotel, but the decoration and facilities are very online. The front desk is very friendly, not only upgraded the room for free, but also gave an extra free breakfast. The breakfast is very good, not only a variety of drinks, breads, fruits, but also a hot breakfast made by order. I ordered the classic benedict, which tastes good.

My wife stayed at the Half Moon in April 2022 for one night whilst we celebrated a birthday nearby. The pub is lovely, with well decorated and furnished rooms, a geat beer garden and great breakfast! The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend the Half Moon.

The hotel is just above Canary Wharf and is just a short drive from the ferry terminal. By ferry or metro bus, you can easily reach the city centres such as Westminster. It is close to the financial city, surrounded by office workers, no tourists, relatively quiet. It is the East London Indians who have more points in the Middle East. On the edge of the ferry terminal is my favorite Cantonese restaurant dynasty. For me, this Chinese restaurant is very good in London, at least it is much stronger than the Chinatown, and the price is very high. So for me this location is excellent. The old hotel is old, but when the four seasons hotel was designed and built, it was made of good materials. The room of about forty inches was very big in London. The bathroom was especially spacious and exquisite, wet and dry, with rain and bathtub. , multi-angle mirror, super like the bath water of this hotel, very large, very comfortable to wash. This bathing water is the best in so many hotels in London where I have lived. The hotel gym and swimming pool are also very good. It’s just that the swimming pool is outsourced to Viking. I have to go to the hotel front desk to change cards. I walked over from the back garden and went through the public areas. I can’t go straight to the bathrobes or swimsuits. I have to take the swimming things to the locker room there. Change, this is very bad for a five-star hotel. And because the swimming pool is outsourced, there are a lot of people and it’s not good. The departure hotel helped to call a taxi, but it was not a watch. It was a fixed price, which was five pounds more expensive than when I was on the table. Overall, the hotel's price/performance ratio is not bad in London.

The service of the hotel is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. It is very close to the financial center and a few hundred meters away. Generally speaking, it is definitely not as convenient as staying in the city center, but at this price in London, the price/performance ratio is not bad

Staff were lovely. The room was very clean. Great that I could get a takeaway from the Beefeater Pub next door. I have stayed in many Premier Inn over the years but feel now the provision and price is not now good value. My friend and I had separate rooms and paid £209.00 each for a room for two nights. The internet connection was very poor, I had to sign in each time. Two teabags and four milk pots per room is plain mean! Yes I can restock from the reception but it is not always convenient. Also 1 medium size bath towel and I hand towel is also mean, again I could get more from the reception but what a faff. My break was wonderful because I shared it with a very special friend but I do feel the price was over the top.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I also enjoyed dining at the Beefeater restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend .

I stayed at the Stratford the first week of October 2022. The location of this hotel is great, right next to the Stratford International Train station and the Stratford Tub station. I flew in from the US so I arrived to the hotel around 11:30 AM. They said my room was not ready and they “reminded me” the actual check in time would be 3:00 PM. I understood since my arrival was early, I headed to the lobby for drinks and lunch. I checked back with the front desk around 1:30 thinking maybe they called housekeeping to get to my room cleaned quicker but no, still not ready. As I sat in the lobby I would see other customers arrive and get checked in, I found it strange their rooms were ready but not mine. I patiently waited until 3:05 PM, went to the front desk to get my room key….. room still not ready. I have now been sitting in the lobby for almost 4 hours and my room was still not ready. I don’t think they ever called housekeeping to work on my room. It was finally ready at 3:30 PM. Not a good start to my stay, the front desk staff was not helpful, apologetic, or even caring at all. Later (after I requested to speak to a manager) I did get a call to apologize and offer me some free food, I declined stating they need to better manage the cleaning and check in process. Front desk staff on Sunday 10/2 not great at all. But the lobby, bar, and restaurant staff really turned around my initial poor arrival. I cannot say enough about how attentive the wait staff and bartenders were all week. Remember I had to sit in the lobby almost 4 hours on my first day. But each day after work I would come to the lobby/bar areas for drinks and dinner each night. Each morning I had breakfast in the restaurant and it was great. Again the service was amazing and the hostess delivered a great morning welcome. Room was nice well appointed. Coffee maker, safe, and small refrigerator. Large flat screen TC and nice desk to work at. I was in room 419 with a nice view. Bathroom was nice and the shower was very nice as well, walk in. I had an early flight out the 7th so I was worried about what sort of front desk staff would be helping me at 5:30 AM. Well they young man that was attending the front desk was efficient, professional, and very friendly. A nice end to my stay.

We stayed here as we were going to see abba at the arena & thought we’d treat ourselves to a really nice hotel that was within walking distance to the arena. We booked the 48 hour package which seemed a reasonable offer. Positives:- friendly staff really comfy beds very clean everywhere great shower nice pre-abba concert meal Next to the Westfield shopping centre Opposite Stratford international train station Negatives:- a lot of staff didn’t seem to know a lot of what I’d have expected them to within their roles ie what the 48 hour stay package was, there was an Abba pre-course menu, what the cocktails in the happy hour consisted of. The ladies WC by reception/bar smelt horrendous like public toilets despite appearing clean & water would not flow from the taps The room was not ready to check into until 1615hrs despite check in stating 1500hrs. No signature cocktail as part of our package on arrival, had to ask for them Was told that a check out time 48 hours after arrival didn’t exist but as a goodwill gesture would extend check out to 1300hrs instead of 1200hrs Coffee/milk not replenished after a clean of the room & dirty glasses not taken away Charged for mini bar items that we didn’t have. Was not presented a bill upon checking out so didn’t see until I looked at my bank statement. Also had to ask for my £50 room deposit to be refunded or that would have been taken too. A refund was provided upon asking. We didn’t feel it was close enough to walk to the arena so got a taxi which is approx 10 mins drive and £12
