We stayed in the Tree House for three nights This was our fourth visit and everything was absolutely fantastic. I would say that Chewton Glen have really improved their standards The tree house was so comfortable and relaxing, possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in We loved the laid back atmosphere and hot tub on the balcony Breakfasts were great, much better now as you can add hot items to the hamper which already has a lovely cold selection Our meal in the newly decorated ( much more modern) dining room was excellent The refurbished spa looked modern and up to date , we had some treatments which were great Although the hotel was fully booked it never felt too busy or hectic Above all, the improvement in staff was most noticeable. Without exception, everyone was brilliant, especially in the lovely bar Can’t wait to come back again

What can I say about our stay at the Rhinefield Hotel? Absolutely outstanding. My partner booked an overnight stay in the Walker Suite (Bridal Suite) for my 30th Birthday and we lived like Kings & Queens! On arrival we were greeted by Harry at the door who checked us in and carried our bags to our room, as well as a history tour of the hotel. So friendly & welcoming. The hotel decor is beautiful, the attention to detail is second to none and the staff are so attentive and thoughtful. We were offered complimentary champagne, prosecco & other drinks and snacks which was a lovely touch. I also had a 55 minute full body massage which was definitely needed and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only criticism is that there was very few chairs in the pool area to use when it was busy. The menu tasting experience at dinner was delicious and we had a very friendly and knowledgeable waiter (Jeremy) who made our evening even better. The morning after we were welcomed with a stunning breakfast delivered to our room by Jeremy. We left our order hung on our door the night before and there was so much choice. We opted for the full English breakfast, pastries & fresh orange juice. Jeremy called our room phone to let us know our breakfast was on its way to us which was great. 10/10 - delicious! What a treat to tuck into our food overlooking the hotel gardens. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Such a special way to celebrate turning 30 and I will most definitely be back. Fabulous stay! My husband and I had such a delightful stay at The Nici and can’t recommend it enough! The rooms are super comfortable, the nicest pillows and the beds are plenty big enough for tall customers to sleep like babies! Room service quick and in room products gorgeous! The food was fabulous and vegan options plentiful- the gnocchi delicious and the kale and pecan salad frankly the best salad I’ve ever had! Staff are cheerful, accommodating, super efficient yet still warm and relaxed - I didn’t get everyone’s names but Hattie, Jonny and Gabriel stood out to make our stay a real delight! Thank you! We can’t wait to come back to stay longer to make more use of the wonderful facilities. Book a visit! You won’t be disappointed!! :)

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !
