We had a pleasant three-day stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious but a little bit dated and worn down. It could use a refresh. The bed was very comfortable, however, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We enjoyed using the beautiful infinity pool. Service was friendly and efficient. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. Although there is a good variety of items offered, many just weren't very tasty. The best thing on the buffet was the homemade ice cream. Overall, this is a good place to stay when exploring the island of Penang.

I love the hotel’s landscaping, I feel tranquil and calm sitting on the bench at the beach side. The resort is near to the beach, hotel staffs are friendly and attentive, room is clean with beautiful garden view, pool view & partial seaview. Hotel’s breakfast with lots of varieties, food are tasty and very fresh. My boy and I love the pool too. Wish they have the usb port for gadgets charging in the room.

The location is great. Breakfasts very good. Perfect pool to cool down (cold water, seriously), good choice. For me, the location and the swimming pool (because of my daughter) is ok. I recommend it. But: Zero wardrobes, cupboards etc. We had to keep everything in suitcases and there was not even a towel rack in the bathroom. It is much more important than an extra toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Besides, calls from a nearby mosque are awakened. These are the details that irritate. And the pillows - high and hard. In addition, the hotel complies with the description and you can safely spend a few nights in it.
