Make sure you compare your credit card charges to your actual reservation charge prior to checking out. My credit card was charged $210 more than what my total reservation was. I didn’t know why the difference was so much. When I went to check out, I was told it was for high speed data charges. I have an unlimited phone plan. I don’t need to be connected to the hotel website. When I connected my netbook, I made sure to select the free Wi-Fi. The hotel receptionist told me they would take the charges off my bill which they did. As a Marriott Bonvoy member i rec'd a message to check in to my room. I checked in on the app and requested an early check in and extra towels. When i got to the hotel, the receptionist was okay but not warm and welcoming. i did not receive early check in and no extra towels. This doesn’t matter to me as much as being overcharged but Corporate Marriot should not be sending emails or messages to its members offering early check in or other requests if the local hotel cannot provide such things. Overall i had a good stay, and i would have rated this hotel 4 circles but they lost a circle b/c of the overcharge. The location of the hotel was good, a 10 minutes’ walk from Westlake station. The room was a bit smaller than other Residence Inns' i stayed at but still good. Kitchen was nicely equipped. The room had a closet and dresser. The shower was great. Good pressure and hot water. Beds and towels were comfortable. What was a bit annoying was the way the lights worked in the room. The master controls the lights in the entire room. It is also connected to the nightstand so if you charge your phone, the power will shut off in the middle of the night! I woke up a couple of mornings to phone not charged 100% and wasn’t sure exactly what it was. The lights have some sort of motion detector thing which shuts off the power at night. I finally figured it out and was able to adjust the nightstand light. The breakfast was good but the area of the breakfast cannot hold the amount of guests this hotel has. Within 30 minutes many of the items available were gone. Replenishing took a little bit. The hot water used for tea had a slight coffee taste. What would add to the breakfast would be peanut butter. They had jams, cream cheese, jellies, butter, but no peanut butter.

I stayed here for a week. As a Residence Inn, the hotel is suited for generally longer stays. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable and come with a pretty good kitchenette. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the complimentary breakfast. There wasn't a very large variety of food, but it was all delicious and was a great start to the day. The hotel is centrally located, about a 20 minute walk to pike place market and very close to the light rail to the airport and the monorail station to Seattle Center. There are also a couple of malls within walking distance and an amazon go store almost next door. There is also a small fitness area which is quite well equipped given its size. The only downside I found was the housekeeping. They offer it every other day which is okay but they never seemed to clean the bathroom properly. It seemed like they would just change the towels but not really clean the sink and I would always still find hairs on the floor. Other than that I would still recommend staying here.

I was determined to book this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary trip to Seattle, which is good, because frustrations with the All.com, fairmont.com websites and the Accor ALL app made it a challenge to actually do so. When I finally booked, I put a note on the booking that it was a very special occasion. We arrived by cab. While the four bellmen at the front did help unload the luggage, they also told us we seemed capable of carrying the bags in ourselves. I'm not sure if that's because we didn't arrive in an upscale SUV, or if the hotel just takes a passive approach to greeting guests. The underwhelming continued when we checked in, and I was asked what brought us to Seattle. I reiterated what was on the booking -- very special anniversary, chose to come to the Olympic Hotel to celebrate. ”Oh, congratulations. Elevators are behind you across the lobby.”. As a platinum member, a certain number of perks are granted. We arrived to a plate of bonbons and some fresh fruit. It's the fist hotel I've stayed at that actually did supply fitness gear (per Platinum perks), which was a nice surprise. I was less pleasantly surprised to find no mini-bar in the room, not even an empty fridge. I'd booked the Signature King Corner View, and it had what is likely one of the best views in the hotel. The room was nicely sized, with a desk, sitting chair and ottoman, and the king bed, with windows all around. The bed was super comfortable (as expected!). The bathroom was spacious, but in need of renovation -- at very least, to replace the old, tiny tub/shower and under-pressured, inferior shower fixtures, as well as the tile throughout. It was clean, or at least mostly, and while towels were showing some age, they were still fluffy. Amenities were a bit more limited than other properties, but we knew we could call down for extras if we needed to. Staff in hallways were friendly, and anything left in the hallway seemed to disappear quickly enough (ie room service trays and other detritus). Requests for amenities (pillows, coffee/tea replenishment) were met quickly and graciously. But... the door/bellmen were routinely disinterested -- the number of times we pushed through the main doors while they stood off to the side talking to one another was surprising. (Guests arriving in elegant dresses? Lots of help. In a shiny SUV or luxury car? Loads of reaction. But two 40-somethings dressed casually, but paying plenty to stay at the hotel? Not so much a glance or offer of help.) Housekeeping is rather annoyingly ”on demand only”, but we happily found our room had been serviced on our first day while we were out -- and when we called on subsequent days to request service, the response was gracious -- and the room was always done by the time we returned. Room service (breakfast one morning) was fast and delicious. Service in the lobby bar was friendly and the drinks were delicious. There are two restaurants -- The George and Shuckers -- and the lobby bar offers

We came to Seattle for The Who concert at Climate Pledge Arena. It’s location was perfect. Lots to walk to and enjoy from the Olympic, and come show time we just hopped onto the monorail which took us straight to the Seattle Center. The facilities are gorgeous, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The combination of comfy bed, blockout blinds, and a very quiet environment allowed us to sleep well, and sleep in! Thanks for all you do Fairmont!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, you can walk to the subway station, there are shopping malls and bus stations nearby. The sanitary conditions of the hotel are average. There is a lot of dust in the indoor air conditioner. After staying for two nights, the refrigerator in the room made a lot of noise at night. It is located on the third floor and the outdoor machine is very noisy at night. It is recommended to avoid the third floor.

Clean and tidy. When I picked up my stored luggage, I searched for a long time but couldn't find it. I wanted to go in and see for myself, but I was refused bluntly. Also quite speechless.

The location is very good, and the hotel design and decoration style is also my favorite. Cost-effective. It is because the parking fee is too expensive, plus parking tip, you can book another room a little bit. It's just that this class of hotel has no slippers in the room, and the phone number was sent twice. Also, the room was a bit small this time.
- BEI
The rooms are really small, but the transportation is very convenient. In the very city center, Macy's is out. It's only about ten minutes away from the world's first Starbucks. I got a cup when I walked to the Pike Market in the morning and didn't need to line up. In the afternoon, I formed a long line and walked to the Sky Needle for almost half an hour.

The location of the hotel is downtown, with Macy's next to it, H&M in the opposite building, old Xi'an fast food (liangpi and shaozi noodles are very positive), sushi restaurant, the only disadvantage is that there are too many homeless people in the surrounding area, begging + stealing + robbing, So if you are alone, you have to be extra careful. You can hear the sirens one after another when you sleep at night. The interior of the hotel is very safe, the elevator needs to swipe the room card to enter. The little brother who made the card, repeatedly made us go back and forth from the counter to the elevator five times to make the right card, the room was not as big and luxurious as we imagined

When I a arrived the lobby seemed to be a very nice place to lounge in the bar was elegant and the receptionist was patient and helpful with me when I was having issues with my card. And to top it off I got a great room with complete silence. The hotel is at great walking and tram distance from everything you want to see in Seattle. I had a great time and would stay here again

Very nice hotel. Close to Pike Place Market. 3 minutes walk to Starbucks's first store. There is Internet Bakery Russian Bakery next door. The location is particularly good. I was lucky to upgrade to a sea view room to see the Ferris wheel. The hotel room has a kettle (this is important for the Chinese). 🛏️ Very large and comfortable. There are bathrobes. I bought it in the market for only $ 10. I bought a bouquet of flowers just in time for Christmas.

The window can't be opened but the view is good. The bar on the top floor is very charming. There is a market nearby. It is convenient to go around and you can arrange a car.

The location is good, very close to the pike market space needle and the aquarium. Many restaurants next to the aquarium and pike market. The scenery is great. A few nights at 10 o'clock, it is still safe. Typical American hotels do not have slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste and other disposable items, you need to buy them yourself. The parking lot is very convenient to the lobby. There is a charge for parking, and forgetting how much is very expensive. The parking garage is too small, and the rented mini van is tired. The hotel service is not very useful. I do n’t know. Anyway, no one cares about getting in and out. Because of jet lag, I didn't have breakfast in the morning. Tweak, the marked breakfast time is Monday to Friday from 6 to 9 o'clock. It's a bit awkward, if it's 10 o'clock. The weekend was postponed to 10 o'clock. Facilities are not new or old. The shower in the bathtub cannot be held by hand. It is inconvenient to bathe your baby. The balcony is small. Because it was cold in November, I didn't see the scenery on the balcony, and the marina was opposite. Don't expect too much. You can see the seaplane taking off and landing. Prices fluctuate greatly every day. I came back and researched. In the same week, the daily unit price can be 2-3 times worse. I lost because I was in a hurry. It is recommended to make a good comparison. Post a few pictures of Perry Market near Kerry Park.

We have a suite with a kitchenette and living room, the room is not too big and just right. Although I can't see the sea view, it is convenient to go out a few steps, and we are quite satisfied.

Everything is fineThe hotel may have a long history, so the gates are not automated, you have to manually do it yourself, but it is a five-star hotel after all, so the service is still okay
