The hotel is suitable for couples, very romantic, only 8 rooms, each room is different, the bar on the first floor is very good, the little girl and the young man in the breakfast restaurant are Chinese descendants, very warm, there are no attractions around the hotel and Shopping for food, there is no restaurant in the hotel, you can only go outside to eat, everything else is fine.

Good location and nice view from the room,and the host also good,i stayed for 3d2n at there at 29th floor really nice night view from the room,and the room has Netflix that i like it Disadvantage only for the parking is turn round up to 6 floor will felt uncomfortable and also for the room toilet shower don have a glass cause after shower the toliet will get well at all on the floor,some slippery.

We just made a booking from Agoda. In our confirmation from it is stated that Refundable Security Deposit (Pay at the property). Upon received the confirmation may be about 30min later someone from Tropicana 218 contacted us and ask is transfer them 200RM into their bank account. I mentioned that I will pay at arrival because I am foreigner and I don't have any bank account in Malaysia. They proposed me to give them a credit card details and of course I refused it. Later they asked me to contact the Agoda for cancel the booking. I proposed them several times I can pay cash on arrival but they refused. They are not helpful at all. I have no choice but Agoda call me and canceled the booking. Be careful when u make a booking and if you are foreigner.

The location is great. Breakfasts very good. Perfect pool to cool down (cold water, seriously), good choice. For me, the location and the swimming pool (because of my daughter) is ok. I recommend it. But: Zero wardrobes, cupboards etc. We had to keep everything in suitcases and there was not even a towel rack in the bathroom. It is much more important than an extra toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Besides, calls from a nearby mosque are awakened. These are the details that irritate. And the pillows - high and hard. In addition, the hotel complies with the description and you can safely spend a few nights in it.

We stayed with a daughter in a family room and we were fine. The room was spacious with a 2p bed and bathroom on the ground floor and the second 2p bed and bathroom 'upstairs' on a mezzanine. Everything was well taken care of. Breakfast is not a buffet but a menu from which you can choose (European, lots of eggs and pancakes). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The biggest plus is its central location in the historic center, around the corner from Armenian Street.

I am really satisfied with my stay this time. From the front desk staff to the restaurant, the security at the door, and the black guy who does the cleaning, they all treat guests very politely and the overall quality is very high.

Our stay at the blue mansion was amazing from start to finish. The staff were excellent and efficient. The room was great, with some nice touches like biscuits and sarongs to use by the pool. It’s worth noting the room had a fan and air conditioning which we didn’t expect from a historic residence. We were blown away by the hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Georgetown. It really added to our trip.

The room is very stylish. The quaint Chinese architecture and Western-style French food make the hotel class very stylish. The hotel service is very good. Just coming to the hotel with a glass of mountain water makes you forget your fatigue. It was a great experience.

Pros: spacious and suitable for big families. Kitchen is accommodated with lots of utilities and super nice view. Excellent wifi connection. 12 minutes walking distance to Gurney plaza.
Cons: Check in process was very hassle. Trip.com didnt expose name or phone number of guest names. We ourselves had to get the contact number from the security guard upon arrival. The staff appeared at sharp 3pm to pass us the check in card and carpark. Booked 12 3A but ended up we got 8 3A on the same day. Cleanliness was 3/5 as we saw cockroach at living hall. Aircond at master room was dripping throughout the night and it really disturbed our sleep quality. When we called the pic, she informed that technician has repaired in the morning.
