The location is very good, just beside the pier, walking to the tate museum, the Liverpool Museum and the pier, the view from the window is also very attractive. You can watch the day and night at the pier. The hotel has some connection with the Titanic. The door of each room is a sense of cabin.

Maybe I was a bit naive booking a hotel that has more than one double bed in the room but even so, shouldn't it still be clean? This place is far from it. The whole hotel is grubby. The room was the worst. I've included pictures. Dirty plughole with glass down it, dusty, cobwebs on chandelier.curtains hanging off, filthy book with info about Liverpool, confetti and someone's false eyelashes on floor. The breakfast was basic and to top it all we couldn't leave our bags as there was a wedding in the room they use to store luggage. The only consolation was you could see the 3 Graces albeit through dirty windows.

I went to Liverpool specifically to watch a Liverpool game.
If there is a chance next time, I will still choose this hotel. The attitude is very good and very enthusiastic!
And it's very close to Liverpool Lime Station, take a train from London to Liverpool, you can see the hotel as soon as you get out of the train station, and it's only a 2-minute walk to arrive!
And it's right in the city center, basically everything you need can be met on foot.
If you want to go to Anfield, you can get there by taking No. 17 at the bus stop coming out of the hotel.
If you travel to Liverpool, it is recommended that you live here.

The hotel is located in the center of Liverpool, the city of Liverpool is very small, you can walk everywhere from the hotel. It is very close to Liverpool Station, and it is convenient to move to other cities.
The room is quite big, and I brought two 28-inch boxes and opened them without affecting the traffic in the house. If we rent a car and drive by ourselves, we can park the car at the Q-PARK next to the hotel, and pay the parking fee when picking up the car.
The breakfast in the morning is pretty good for a European hotel.

Liverpool, a city that is so beautiful when the weather is fine. When I first arrived at the hotel, because the decoration was outside, the name of the hotel was too small. My son and I didn’t see the hotel in front of you. Then I turned around a big circle and found that I found the right place for the first time. The facilities are good. The room on the fourth floor where we live, even if the decoration does not affect the view, the lower floors are not clear. Hotel location is very good, go to the museum, go to the train station are very close, anyway, we stayed for two days, no car 😄 good experience 👍

Beautiful room and a great welcome, all the staff were brilliant, especially Alda, she went the extra mile to make our stay brilliant, the hotel is ideally placed for all of Liverpool’s city centre attractions

We booked an overnight stay so we could go to a concert in Anfield and when we checked in with Amina were informed that our booked room was upgraded to a superior double
She also gave us information about the transport to the venue without us even asking and was generally very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the concert and the hotel including:
Value for money and cleanliness and you provided us with a good quality breakfast with everything we needed
We would stay again and the receptionist, Amina was an asset to the hotel

First time visiting Liverpool & was excited about staying in the mercure Til I got disappointed by the hotel. Check in staff were very polite & friendly, hotel room door had a temperamental lock, room was small with no fridge, No complimentary bottles of water, No hotel bathrobes, closet doors that didn’t close properly & were a nuisance while entering & leaving the room as the closet was right next to the room door, also no room service when tried to call from the room telephone, There was no instructions for the WiFi & the tv only had a few channels that could be watched. I choose this hotel as I use mercure hotels in different locations which have been a 10/10 . It saddens me to have to write a bad review for this hotel when I have always spoke highly about mercure hotels.

I prepaid the hotel room online, and received the check-in voucher. However, when I checked in, the Hotel could not find my booking record for half an hour.
I then contacted Trip.com, and Trip.com immediately helped me contacting the hotel and the issue was resolved immediately.
I selected Hilton City Centre because of its Brand and location. It is next to the Albert dock and next to the transport and shopping. It’s approx 15 mins walk from the the Liverpool Lime Station.
I stayed for one night but unfortunately there was no hot water for shower/bath. When I called the room services they said they are busy and requested me to speak with the front desk. When called front desk, I was just told the hotel was investigating the problem. There was no call back by the hotel before I checked out. Very disappointed with this Hilton Liverpool City Centre.

Location is excellent close to albert docks and city center. Car park is limited. I was lucky ti get a spot right as we arrived, but it is very unlikely. Parking fee is extra. The room was good but when you have a shower the water seem to flood the bathroom. I think there was a missing seal on the shower screen. Breakfast was ok with everything you would expect. All in all good value if it wasn't for the Open Championship being held at the Royal Liverpool.

Arrived to find none of the check-in portals working and a queue forming at reception. None of the staff acknowledged me as I waited 30 minutes to check in. A bored looking IT guy just ignored everyone, staff and customers. The room was clean and what you would expect for a PI, it was cold though and the heating didn't seem to be working (or not working well). The bar area was good and there's a car park directly across the road (warning, the entrance is VERY tight if you have a large car). Wish PI would upgrade their hairdryers, they are about as much use as someone blowing on your hair, took ages to dry. The shower gel didn't work. Breakfast was a shambles. I paid for a continental but as I was on my own, I don't leave a bag or phone behind at the table when I'm choosing food. Every time I left the table someone tried to move onto my table, although it was clear someone was sitting there. It nearly drove me insane. Groups insisting on sitting together - I get this BUT people can see how small the breakfast room is - just find a seat and sit apart, what does it matter?!!!! In the end I paid £7.99 for one bowl of cereal because I gave up trying to get any additional food or drink. When I left, the lifts weren't working, so it was a bit of a struggle down the stairs with baggage and a suitcase. Ignored again by reception but a manager (?) did help with check-out. Not the best PI but ok for a 1 night business stay.

While the location of this hotel and the deal on the carpark was great, our night was terrible. Firstly on arrival to our room we discovered one of the beds had not been made up and no bedding provided. My son reported this to reception with the assurance it would be resolved asap. Unfortunately it was in fact after 21:30 when someone knocked on the door and handed my son a duvet! No sheet or pillows! This made it very uncomfortable for him. Also we had an extremely inconsiderate family above us that sounded like a herd of elephants. Children running around, jumping on and off beds, shouting! I completely understand children can get excited but this went on until almost midnight and we were exhausted. I had a young child so she was upset at the disturbance and was shattered. We had no internal phone so had to google then ring reception off my mobile...3 times and no reply despite claiming to be 24hr! Not good enough! We had a terrible night. We could not raise issues upon checkout in the morning as there was nobody on the desk!
