From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out I felt pampered. The staff was great and the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent for the Bellin Women's Half Marathon.

Reviews From Real Travelers
We stayed one night at this hotel at the beginning of a vacation to celebrate our 58th wedding anniversary. My husband enjoys ******s, so this was a good option. We have stayed there in the past and it used to be a vibrant place. A few years ago we were there and had to change rooms because the original was so dirty. This time we were in the newer tower, room was pleasant and clean but had uncomfortable chair and weird decor. There were no restaurants open in the hotel, only a bar/grill at the far end of the ****** and a couple of places in the ****** food court. And then the hotel coffee bar that did have a few options but room had no place to comfortable eat and lobby was the only other option. We were also disappointed to find that the $20 we paid extra for a ”breakfast included” meant having one of 3 breakfasts sandwiches, a fruit cup, and a coffee from the hotel coffee bar. People working there were very nice, but we missed the elegance of a Radisson as experienced many years ago, and we missed restaurants.

I usually don't sleep well in hotels but this room was exceedingly quiet & comfortable. I slept wonderfully both nights! Spacious, clean and beautifully modern room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, gracious and helpful.

We planned a night away in Green Bay to watch a Gamblers hockey game for my son’s 10th birthday celebration with another family. Friends had recommended the Delta as an alternative to a popular (and crowded) waterpark hotel in Green Bay. What a fantastic option! I reserved a suite directly through the hotel’s website, as we planned to return to the room after the game for cake and celebration. Prior to my stay, I received an email from the Guest Services Melissa M which welcomed us and asked if we were coming for any occasion. When we walked in the room, we were not only impressed by how great the room was — we were surprised to see hockey birthday decorations along with treats and handwritten notes from Melissa! This was so thoughtful, so wonderful and beyond any expectation we had for our stay! Our friends were across the hall and also were excited to find treats and a note in their room as well. The lobby of the hotel is warm and welcoming, with a fireplace and modern furnishings. There is a very stylish spot bar/restaurant off of the lobby. We ordered drinks there but didn’t have dinner (due to going to the game). There is a Starbucks counter that has a couple of limited breakfast options as well. But, no traditional breakfast option at this hotel (there are options nearby though). The pool is a huge draw at this hotel! It has a big waterslide as well as two large pools, a kiddie pool with fountains, and a hot tub. The pool area is beautiful and large, with high ceilings, and lots of chairs and tables to spread out. The kids REALLY enjoyed the slide and pool, and even convinced the adults to give it a try too. Plenty of nice beach towels available at the pool. The rooms at the Delta are amazing. We had a suite, with a very comfortable king bed in one room, and another room kitchenette (with sink, fridge, and microwave, as well as a counter that seats three) and living room area. The pullout couch in the living room was very comfortable (no springs!). The bathroom is very nice and had an awesome Kohler showered with removable handheld — perfect for helping kids wash the chlorine out of their hair! (Parents of littles, be aware that there is not a tub—just a shower.). I really appreciated the hooks by the door of the room (key for all the Wisconsin winter coats) and the Keurig coffee maker in its own little nook. There was an additional fridge and free bottled water in the bedroom and of course two TVs— one in each room. Lots of outlets and USB plugs available all over the suite, as well as modern artwork and decor. I highly recommend the Delta for any trips to Green Bay—we will definitely return!

This hotel is fine. Not the best, but it served our needs for the one night. It's a remodeled Ramada, and Marriott has done a fairly good job of updating things to fit the expectations of a slightly more upscale hotel. The staff were all very friendly, and most of the areas of the hotel, especially the rooms, were clean and comfortable. That being said, a few detractors: 1) There was a tampon in the water dispenser in the hallway. Obviously not the staff's fault, but that should not have gone unnoticed for any length of time. Ick. 2) The water slide was closed due to lack of staffing for a lifeguard. We were disappointed by this because it's the primary reason we picked this hotel for our kids for our overnight getaway. The pool area is big, but the hot tub was more of a warm tub, and there was a TON of hair floating in the water and on the pool deck. Pool towels were not well-stocked. 3) Some of the remodeled things were clearly just given the ”landlord special” of being just painted over, like the window trim in the rooms and the ugly 80's/90's ceilings. Under the surface there are clearly many things that are many years old, and should just be replaced. 4) The bar/restaurant is just sort of plunked into a former conference space, and seems like it was on one of those Gordon Ramsay ”save this restaurant” shows. It just felt very temporary/makeshift. That being said, the drinks were good and the staff was nice, albeit very slow. 5) We had connecting rooms, and one room's heat didn't work. The room stayed warm enough since we just kept the connecting door open, and we didn't want to try and mess with it because we didn't want to have to move rooms, but this should not have been an issue. We might stay here again for the water slide, but there are other newer Marriott properties in Green Bay that we'd probably choose in most cases (like the SpringHill Suites near Lambeau).

Reviews From Real Travelers
Issue #1: There was no hot water the first morning that I was there. As I rode the elevator to the breakfast bar, others voiced the same complaint. The comment from the front desk was ”a lot of people take showers at the same time in the morning so that's why the hot water ran out”. Which the response from us on the elevator was ”isn't that what happens in hotels? We need to get our shower to get ready for our day ahead?” I had to contact a friend in the Green Bay area and ask if I could come to her house to use her shower. The second morning, I waited until later to use the shower, but it was a barely warm shower and the water turned cold within a few minutes. Issue 2. The beds in my room were so bad that I could see springs poking out of them. They were like craters! I was traveling with a senior citizen who has some back issues. She was unable to stay with me room because the bed mattresses were not only very uncomfortable, but even unsafe. I ended up using the coach in the living area of the suit to sleep on. Issue 3: Noise level. The acoustics are poor in this hotel. It was a full house every night but everyone was well behaved. There was no big loud group of any kind there to party for some sports event. But ordinary conversations could be clearly heard intelligibly from my room. even being as far away from the door as possible. There is a good inch gap from the bottom of the door to the flooring which could be one reason. But I could also hear people talking at normal conversational level in the room next door. If this is where you staying during a Packers game weekend, be prepared to hear lots of noise. I am a 25 year Marriott loyalty customer. This is the only Marriott property that has not met Marriott's standards in my 25 years of staying on Marriott properties. While I found the housekeeping service and breakfast attendant extremely pleasant, competent, welcoming, and helpful, the front desk seemed to be unempathetic of their hotel in need of much updating and proper maintenance. It does appear that work is being done as they were recarpetting the stairwells, so perhaps this is part of the updating process. However, no one should pay $168/night to stay in a hotel that does not have hot water, and beds that are unfit to sleep. To the point that I had to leave the hotel to get a hot shower and the other person in my party was unable to stay with me.

I stayed in one of the suites with a living room which was very nice and spacious. The rooms include a mini fridge and microwave. I travelled to Green Bay for an assignment at the a local hospital and was less than 10 minutes away. Overall Springhill Suites is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel is in close proximity to everything Green Bay has to offer including Lambeau Field. The indoor pool and hot tub were in working order. The gym had everything I needed and was larger than other hotel gyms. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. No maid service due to Covid but my room was immaculate when I arrived and I didn’t stay long enough to require maid service. The breakfast bar also had a good variety. Would recommend this hotel.
