First time staying here and blown away. From checkin- front desk was super helpful and welcoming making sure we got settled properly which was much appreciated- TC was awesome. Reception area was super posh with fireplace etc. Room was elegant and comfortable with big windows nice bathroom etc. kids loved the tv in the bathtub. Pool was beautiful loved the swan floats and pool staff were lovely and beyond accommodating. Thanks Hannah! Loved just walking the grounds which were California jungle chic. I am so happy they preserved the old world glamor of this hotel, in the best, most modern way. The restaurant is such a special indoor- outdoor setting with booths and trees and fountains. We loved eating here. Kids liked being able to spend time with both parents in a relaxed setting. All in all a great stay and look forward to returning to this special spot solo or with friends.

We stayed at the Bel-Air on a layover to Hawaii for 2 nights. It is perfect for access (via taxi) to the Beverly Hills area. Normally the hotel will drop you off, but it was not running every day of the week when we visited. You can't easily walk anywhere from the hotel, but they offer free coffee in reception from early in the morning. The grounds are lovely and tranquil. The bar and restaurant are great places to relax, as is the secluded pool. The room (372) was a very good size with really high quality toiletries.

In addition to the bed, the bathroom is the only thing that can be said about the price of this hotel, the price of 4000, well, the whole hotel is too small! The lobby is also small! I don't know what the seasons are, I will try it next time. This review is higher than the 4th season. The reality is very general.

The interior decoration of the hotel is very beautiful, the photos are beautiful, the room is very spacious, the facilities are relatively complete, the big bed is very comfortable, and the various restaurants are also delicious. It is recommended to stay in the hotel.

Nice lobby and vibe around the hotel. With Rodeo drive right in front of the hotel. Also a lot of restaurant, cafe and stores nearby. Great location.

Everything you'd expect from Four Seasons and more. Super friendly and professional staff. Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms. Higher floors have great view, with balcony too. I liked their aluminum canned water. Excellent Italian restaurant Culina. Manager David even emailed me assuring that they'd save my room preference profile for future stays, very impressive, thanks! Four Season is often the answer when I struggle to find hotels that don't compromise on having both location/neighbourhood and views, this is another example.

Great one night stay. Staff was fantastic as was the room which was incredibly clean. Atmosphere had a real nice vibe and food was terrific! Would recommend staying here whether it be business, getaway, or special occasions.

The style of the old hotel is excellent. The location is average, go to the shopping street for ten minutes. The breakfast room, garden, and lobby are small, but the service is really good, waiting for free drinks, snacks. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, especially the bathrooms on the peninsula are always so comfortable

The front desk service was very good, led us to the room, and introduced the environment and facilities of the hotel and the room, but unfortunately did not remember the name of the employee. Because it was just before Christmas, the Christmas atmosphere of the entire hotel was very rich and warm.

WOW! My wife and I stay at every level of hotels from Best Western To The Roosevelt to Waldorf Astorias...This one impressed. First of all, the Valet was absolutely their for every guest. Non-judgemental about having a motorcycle delivered to their location, they were even curious about the BMW r1800! Travis (I believe his name was, he is the boss) has an incredible crew, as he himself was very pro-active. Friendliest and most responsive valet service I have ever seen! The Front Desk.. Attentive and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and expeditious in their service. As you walk through the beautiful lobby, the front desk is right to your right, along with the concierge (Dave ROCKS!)...no lines (On Memorial Day), and forthrite information. The Food... So delicious, The rooftop dining had a more casual atmosphere, with beautiful view of the Bev Hills Mountains. The menu is delicious, and (relatively) cheap. About $200.00 will get you a ice dinner, dessert and wine. All with great service. They have a new wine manager, at the time this review was written, who is full of knowledge and energy. The first floor restaurant, Espelette, has a new Executive Chef, Stephen..French...Lively personality and loves greeting his guests. My recommendations? Try the Bronzini, both restaurants are superb. The rooftop makes it over potato, with asparagus, while Espelette allows the fish to shine utilizing sides to compliment. The fish in Espelette is dried for 72+ hours, and is full of flavor..The true winner, though is the eggs benedict...OMG the creamiest Hollandaise I have ever had the joy of tasting bar none! The eggs Benedict is served with either ham or salmon, try both! And the service is incredible! The Room... Beautifully appointed with a touch of class..A mattress on the bed worthy of this level hotel..And maid service multiple times a day, and on call. So you never come back to a messy room! 24 hour in room dining... The Bad.. The only issues we ran into were considered minimal..and IMO, no fault of this property. The reservation people claimed they were at the hotel...they were not..the gave us misinformation, which is par for the course with hilton reservations...a never ending battle. And the house car did not show for the pick-up..the concierge said that the driver had called wondering where we were, and we called wondering where he was! I still give this property 5/5.

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. The lobby, each floor, the roof and the rooms are outstanding. I don’t think the photos on the website do it justice. The check-in was easy and quick. The staff are very friendly. Great features like complimentary car to take you to local restaurants. Housekeeping are superb, their service is really on demand. Switch on service button and all is taken care of. The rooms are beautiful. Luxurious and comfortable. Roof top pool is very nice as is the roof bar. The staff remember your names and welcome you back each day. Couldn’t fault the hotel and we are actively seeking out other Waldorfs in the hope that they are as good as the Beverly Hills hotel.

The rooms are tastefully appointed and every detail and been attended to. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice lighting including a motion-activated dim light for any trips to the bathroom during the night. The staff is universally wonderful and could not be more attentive and focused on your needs. This hotel hits all the right notes. Not cheap but worth every penny.

A very special place in Beverly Hills- impeccable service on all fronts. Staff turnover is minimal which ensures each trip is special. Boutique nature of hotel allows you to develop connections from the GM to each staff member

Let me start with the positive. It’s a beautiful hotel that is very minimalism and I stayed in a loft terrace room which was spacious and comfortable and had a great view of the city. In addition as a Titanium member they offered me an upgrade to a suite but as it didn’t have a view I decided against it. Now for the staff and management. I had a charge added to my bar tab that I did not authorise and a valet charge added when I did not valet park. Two staff members here were dishonest and the management, both front office and director of sales seem to think that this is acceptable and did not apologise. They did refund me those charges. And give me back the resort fee. But they told me there was no wrong doing happening at the hotel. I am of the opinion that if someone in the bar adds a service tip that was not authorised that this is fraud. It was a purposeful and deliberate act with the expectation that I would not notice. And clearly an understanding that the management would let it slide. I have spent over 80 nights in Marriott hotels this year, including more expensive brands than this hotel and I’ve had better experiences and better management. Any hotel that allows employees to commit fraud and says no wrong doing happened and does NOT apologise should be investigated and anyone who stays at this hotel should be weary. I’d strongly advise double checking your folio when you leave the hotel. I’m very, very disappointed with this hotel management and Marriott. Be warned.

We stayed here for two nights recently to attend a golf tournament and have close access to LAX. It was okay…nothing special, but nothing bad either. I can appreciate the property was at capacity with events, etc…we did have a room with a “terrace”, but it was just a sliding glass door with boxes of what I guess should have been flowers, but were just ****s. I think we’d stay here again.

The Ritz-Carlton Los Angles is one of our most favorite hotels but on our recent trip it was a whole new level for two reasons 1) super sweet upgrade (thanks Bonvoy Ambassador team)and 2) club level access. The Room The Executive Suite is a stunning room. The hotel offers several configurations. Some have a half bath, some offer a connecting room and some are accessible. Regardless of configurations all offer a spacious living/dining room, spectate bedroom, stunning bathroom and killer views. The executive suite is great for couples looking for a bit of extra space (more than a thousand square feet) to spread out, families or those travel on business and need space for work. Club Lounge If you’ve never had the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton Club Level it is an experience to be had. Unfortunately Ritz-Carlton does not offer elite access to the club level so you’ll have to pay for it - Burd it’s worth it. The offerings vary by hotel but this club offers a full hot breakfast, lite lunch mid day, snacks, evening appetizers and desserts, beer and wine all day and evening cocktail service. This is all included in the room rate along with an incredible concierge team. The Hotel The hotel is tranquil, private and offers discrete luxury. Even though the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton share a building the experiences can not be anything farther from each other. From the private lobby, to beautiful rooms, to the well equipped fitness center to the tranquil rooftop pool The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles does not disappoint.

I've been looking for a new go-to hotel in L.A. and tried the Ritz for the first time. Loved it. The service was so welcoming, friendly, helpful, from the front desk welcome to housekeeping and guest services. The room was beautiful, especially the bathroom (love the separate bathtub/shower design). I checked in late and had to leave before breakfast, but the lounge was stocked with helpful extras (drinks, snacks). I already have 2 more stays lined up for next month. I felt really relaxed and comfortable, on par with the best 5 star hotels I have stayed at around the world.
