"This hotel is a bit older, but it has been nicely renovated and feels up to date. The rooms are very quiet and I slept well. They have USB ports for your phone. There is a nice cafe on the corner called unike that had nice coffee and breakfast if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. I would stay here again. The hotel has moved away from using single use shampoos and they have a range of Australian botanical items that they put in on the second day I was there. There was a bit of dust on some of the air conditioning vents, but otherwise the room was very clean and I’m a bit picky."
"From the friendly welcoming to all the staff who just cannot do enough to ensure you enjoy your stay hassle free. A big thank you to the cleaners who helped with additional towels and a fun little message left. Rooms extremely clean."
"Great service, great rooms, all very clean and efficient. Lovely staff on a very busy weekend. Good location right next to Woolies and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and very quiet rooms. Nice and cool in the hot weather as well."

"The biggest thank you goes out to Jess at Cache Apartments. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry, I know the work that goes into doing little requests and sometimes it’s not appreciated. Jess, please know that what you did for us was 10million percent appreciated. We had a very specific request and you delivered above and beyond. You made our stay one to remember and I’ll forever recommend this place to everyone I know! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, thank you, thank you for simply going that extra mile. We left a little note for you Jess, we hope you receive it! Until next time ☺️"
"We booked 2 Apartment's that were interconnecting at Cache for our girls weekend and everything was spot on! The service, the location, the price, the cafe and the apartment's were all fabulous and the overall experience was a great one, highly recommend. Big thanks to Renee and the team :)"

"Tina is a real asset to this hotel, she was willing to assist in meeting my requests, and offering advice on dining and shopping options. The hotel is walking distance to several supermarkets, however, there isn't a microwave in the room. My room was next to the stairs and I did hear people coming and going. The main and only windows in this room opened directly to the car park, which meant that curtains had to be closed. Otherwise good value."
"This beautiful little hotel is the perfect getaway spot! The location is right in the centre of town and close to everything. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean and very modern and functional. The service was excellent with friendly staff, and the check-in and check-out was quick and easy! I’ll definitely be staying here again when I’m next in Wagga! "
"This is a great motel. The rooms are large, tastefully furnished ,& very clean. Showers are fantastic. You can get continental breakfast for $12 in the restaurant & coffee is extra $3 but good coffee. Its an easy walk to the main shopping area of Wagga. Staff are very nice as well. "

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa and I found it fantastic with a baby. Plenty of room for everything and allowed us to stretch out during a week long stay. Close to everything and easily accessible from main road. Very short walking distance to a few restaurants, service station and coffee. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had great heating and cooling. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make some home cooked meals while we were away. Loved that we could park right in front for easy access to the car. "
"Loved it. Friendly staff. Can park right out front of unit, quiet and didn’t hear the other guests nor traffic. Only there for weekend but kitchen had everything, even fresh milk for tea/coffee. Rooms cleaned daily. Pool looked great but weather too cold while we were there the use it. Great value for money. Only downside - bed was double and uncomfortable for us. Ok for two nights Would definitely stay again and recommend to others "
"The owner/operators of this hotel are welcoming, helpful and all around genuine hosts. The room are clean, tidy and are quite modern. We have stayed here quite a few times mostly in the apartments when travelling with our children, and in the rooms when travelling just with my husband. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Wagga."

"We enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. The room was maybe a bit small for a family of four, we had to move furniture around to be able to pull out the sofa bed. But otherwise it was comfortable enough. The bathroom is in need of a few minor repairs, but was a decent size. The pool is partially covered by a shade sail, which was a life saver, as it was so hot. It is within walking distance to everything. A great playground and skate park for the kids is about two minutes walk. It's only a few minutes walk to get to Aldi, Woolworths, big W, chemist etc, there is a whole shopping centre there, which is directly across the road from the Aquatic Centre. The center of town is about 5 minutes walk from the motel. "
"Stopped for 2 nights here on the start of a road trip from Sydney. Great room with included continental breakfast, easy walking distant to a large choice of eateries in town for dinner, and a very competitive tariff. Off the main road so nice and quiet. Not far from visitor information centre but owner was helpful with local info. Highly recommended. "
"Stayed for 2 nights at this welcoming motel. Recommend if you are looking for clean and comfortable accommodation. Cooled off in the pool and enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast each morning. All staff were lovely and helpful. Great stay! "

"Stayed here for one night for a family event. The motel is in a very convenient location, quiet but not far to the shops. The room was spotlessly clean, beds comfy and plenty of room for everything. The kitchenette was a nice addition. The problem with the room was that it was very cold. The air conditioner blew cool air for a long time before it very slowly started to warm up (wished I had brought my own little heater). Once the room warmed up, the air conditioner would switch to "defrost" and turn off and would restart sometime later when we were already getting cold. The back outside wall is brick and seemed to store the cold, The bathroom was like an ice box and feeling a major draught, I realised that the bathroom window is not sealed properly between the window and the bricks! The other issue was the electric blanket on the queen bed, the controller cord had been fixed with electrical tape, Really?? An accident waiting to happen, we unplugged it from the wall and did not use. I would probably stay at the motel again, however never again in winter or in mid summer for that matter."
"Our family had great time staying in this motel over Christmas time in Wagga Wagga. The room is spacious, clean and comfy for our family of four. The airconditioning in the room and the pool are definitely big pluses to ease off the summer heat. The host is super friendly. They came to the pool every afternoon to say hi to everyone. No doubt this motel is full and big thumbs up to them. We will definitely come back another time."
"Staying here for couple nights with my family is more of an experience than accommodation, totally personalized customer service, the hosts go far and beyond to make sure the stay is pleasant !cleaniess, the pool, nice landscaping, definitely will come back when in the area"

"We were really happy with the room once we got in there. We'd said we were arriving at 1pm and this was acknowledged, but we arrived to a locked reception area and, upon calling the number provided, the call was diverted twice and terminated (not at my end) after the second diversion. If they had no intention of being there, alternative arrangements could have been made eg. there was a night box so our key could have been placed in it and we could have been sent a code. Unable to drop our things and freshen up before our appointments, nothing was said when we checked in (on my part either, as by this point I just wanted to be in the room more than ever after a long drive and then running around town) and while the (management?) staff were pleasant enough it felt that their hearts really weren't in it so there was hardly a warm welcome. Perhaps they didn't like the fact that I'd booked through an agency, but I did this in order to avoid the (very unusual for motels) credit card surcharge, because generally I'd always rather book directly. Fortunately, all went smoothly with our stay and the room was good (and good value), as I had no confidence in obtaining any assistance from management after this experience. I hope this improves, as we will be regular visitors to Wagga and will require accommodation for most of our visits, and the location and amenities (and price) of this place suited us well so we would like to keep returning. The cleaning staff were lovely and friendly, and do a great job with keeping the rooms clean and well stocked. An extra pair of towels would be useful for the spa room(s). Great location near the hospitals and in walking distance to a number of food places, and relatively quiet (we were around halfway along the property) despite being on a main road you could only hear the occasional truck - sadly it was inconsiderate fellow guests who made far more noise, but you often get that."
"we stayed 4 nights x 2 rooms, quote was $1054 charged $1255 when questioned it was an extra $35 per night for cot and $20 per night for a twin room?? Found a vulgar porn magazine under the bed, told the guy at counter and said about cleaners need to be more careful. Reply was that the magazine was my son's (this was in mine and mums room) and denied the magazine there, we left it next to tv. Simple to say sorry rather than accusing my son for having the magazine!!!! Then we left a highchair there and asked for it to be kept till we pick it up, this was ignored. Then we received an email from booking.com to say the motel advised them we were "no shows". Really disappointed with their actions. Grass at swing area in desperate need of mowing and removal of bindi and cigarette butts so unable to have a child play there."
"Great place to stop over on our trip from NSW coast to Mildura. Customer service was good, and room was excellent for the price. The room had all the ammenities we required and very clean. Location is very central and easy to get to."
