I was staying here as my friend suggested me this hotel to stay during my trip to a wedding ceremony at Kulai. I'm surprised that the lobby have quite refreshing smell with good ambience. This trip to Kulai and staying in this hotel totally blows my mind. -Each floor have water dispenser just in case 2 bottles in room weren't sufficient enough for those who are drink a lot. -They have complimentary chips and chocolate wafer, black coffee and tea with creamer. I wasn't expected that all rooms have mini bar in it and safety box -They provided praying mat for guest with kiblat in room, which is quite thoughtful and Muslim Friendly. -Curtains are fully blacked out. Bed are super duper comfy with 4 big fluffy pillows ! Had a great sleep during my solo trip -Iron with iron board are provided as well with hairdryer in bathroom. -They've amenities kits such as Shampoo, Shower Gel, Comb, toothbrushes and toothpaste, cotton bud and cotton pad, Shaving kit,and sanitary bag. Which surprise me as well because other 3 star hotel that i'ved stay most of it only prepared shower gel and shampoo and toothbrushes. -Breakfast buffet was amazing with adequate choices which is not just nasi goreng, mee goreng, fried chicken, egg ,nasi lemak just like 3 stars other hotels. I was told by receptionist that the buffet menu are different everyday. I've enjoyed their Salted Egg fried rice and KungPao Chicken. Their kuih muih and some sliced cake as desserts are amazing too but too sweet for me as I didnt have sweet tooth. -It was safe at night as there are security at the entrance and I saw notice in lift that the door locked starting 8:00pm. Only those guest with room card are able to enter. Another bonus : - Many eateries nearby with Aeon Mall just around 3-5 minutes walking distance. Have many banks nearby withing 5-10 minutes walking distance. -Can get Grab and Foodpanda easily. But Foodpanda are unable to send food to our room for safety purpose. They only can wait for us in the lobby. Although it is quite pricey depends on individual budget, but for the breakfast included are worthy. Downside is that hard to find parking space as it is a shop lot hotel. Only 1 washroom in lobby. Too many mirrors

Managed to get adjoining rooms, but only through the hotel directly because it was kind of last minute work trip down and couldn't get cheaper through other means. The rates on their site are room rates only, but you could get ala carte breakfast at an extra cost because the dining area was under renovation. Didn't know about the RM50 per room refundable deposit (no mention of it anywhere) myself (because I didn't check us in) until check out the next day. The staff were accommodating to the best of their ability. Location was in the commercial area and not far from the nearby AEON mall, and lots of eating options within walking distance. Only parking option was street parking, but they have several reserved parking spaces out front and if you didn't get one of those, you can ask for local council parking coupons if you're parked there during the day. Rooms were clean and comfy enough. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch I guess, but YMMV because they're the local brand versions of popular snacks. There's also water dispensers on every floor. There might've been mosquitoes because I woke up with some bites in the middle of the night. There was also a hole in the bedsheet I was sleeping on which I didn't notice until I lifted the comforter to check for other things. The experience was comme ci, comme ça.

It is a great experience living in Impiana Hotel Senai. Nice environment and friendly staffs. Having dinner buffet with affordable prices, comfortable room, just that one comment is on the water draining system need to improve, the water flow is very slow, hope the technical personnel can help to look at the piping to fix it soon. Overall is satisfied.

Room was alright, basic amenities are available. Toothbrush, hairdryer, shampoo, towel, room slippers. Bed and pillow was comfort and had a good sleep. Lighting in the room was nicely done too.. doesnt look shallow or dark/dodgy. Basic and simple breakfast. Keep it up.

Very near to airport, suitable for early flyers, but unable enjoy their breakfast. Fast check in, but room light is too dim during night. Just for a night sleep. Quite spacious

A secluded resort with loads of activities to choose from. The staffs were all able to converse in English and answer all questions we had. Nice bartender which made our trip better . The room was very spacious with a fantastic view of the sun as shown in the pictures . The only downside is you can tell it’s a relatively old hotel but it still eludes a classy vibe.

Beyond expectation...cleanliness A, reception A, pool A...(2 big pools..one is inside, second is outside)..breakfast pun ok..see picture for 2nd pool

Very satisfactory accommodation with existing facilities such as WaterDispenser, ironboard. A very strategic accommodation location. Good service from the hotel. The price is very worthwhile by using the Trip Application. Guaranteed safety. I am very satisfied with this stay. Thank you.

Pros: Lobby is good staff is friendly Cons: bathroom has no shower curtain, every time you take a shower, the whole bathroom floor is wet, I think it is a safety issue for elders and toddlers... sheets and pillowcases have a lot of stains. I asked them to change twice. Location: Not bad, because it is very close to the airport and the Japanese concession hall... Others: wifi is very slow, the air conditioner is hanging on the wall, the air conditioner in my room I called the staff to fix it twice. But this is not a big problem, except that the bathroom is a floor problem... Hygiene needs to be improved.

So far okay with that price, since my room is just RM 130 ±. Just due to the room being near the main road, the sound is kinda loud when vehicles are passing by. The windows have zero soundproof systems, can hear the sound clearly.

Location is great with lots of eateries and shops . Very near to town and shopping area. Though it is outdoor parking, there is security guards on duty. Place is clean. Value for money.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night only as we have a flight to catch the next day. Pros: - location to the airport. It was a walking distance to the airport. - the family room that we have is clean. The kids love the 'capsule rooms'. They practically have their own room in the capsules, with a tv, a safe, a removable table for them to have their meals. See photos. - check in was easy. - there were lots of shops nearby & a McDonalds nearby. Cons: - room was very tiny. I felt claustrophobic. - when the kids slept in the capsule compartment & they hit the sides, they made a loud banging sound & that kept waking me up. - the blue lights from the so-called controls outside the compartment kept me awake at night cos it was so bright. Not able to switch them off. - there was no signal to the tv. - supposedly to have wifi but could not connect at all but since we have our travel wifi, not an issue for us. - breakfast was nothing much except egg station, fried noodles, cereal, bread with kaya or butter & the usual coffee & tea. - toiletries are not much, so best bring your own toiletries. - the staircase was cluttered. In the event of an emergency, i seriously don't know how the guests are going to evacuate. Overall, my kids love the 'capsule rooms'.

simple budget hotel with excellent location to Senai Airport. if you need a place to stay overnight to catch an early flight the next day, this hotel is just 3 minutes walk away. fixtures are pretty new, workmanship needs to be improved though, cuz nice as it is, some designs don't work as it should. like bathroom flood cuz water doesn't drain out the right way, could be due to uneven floor, basin tap is nice but handle is hard to reach. all in all, hotel is neat, comfy and clean, worth food like McD and a restaurant nearby. also, staff are friendly and helpful!
