Really had a blast time enjoyed every minute of it top class service especially by Ramazan and ozgull who were fantastic in evening bar area and I like their idea of adding you in WhatsApp group service where u can ask them about anything regarding about the hotel services mine was with Esin&Irem they were very helpful👍. The only drawback I had it’s the reception staff who I thought it’s not very reliable they say one thing and do another and if they can improve their service and speak bit of english that would be much appreciated. Apart from that it was very enjoyable the food is delicious 😋 lots of variety they have Starbucks inside and Noodle bar and the main restaurant, drinks at all bars, Nespresso coffee spots and chocolate bar patisserie plus 24hour restaurant available in all Inclusive. If u are bored of all that there are 4-5 Ala Carte restaurants to give more options love the sea water its warm and is the best sea water in Turkey I swim in, although swimming pool water is cold but still it’s good, tried their spa services was very nice 👌 plenty of entertainment to keep you busy and its Fantastic👍and I would highly recommend this hotel to visit. What can I say that I haven't already said before about this fabulous hotel, it never fails to live up to expectations. We arrived late in the evening and were quickly checked in and had our cases whisked up to our beautiful room where was a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us. We quickly freshened up and then went down to the lounge bar for a drink before heading down to the restaurant for a bite to eat as it is open 24 hours which is great if you have a late flight. The next day we booked ourselves into the spa for a Turkish bath and massage and it was fantastic as usual. The whole experience is so relaxing and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly whilst being very professional. It was lovely to catch up with our friends in the animation team who always recognise us and make us welcome. We loved going to the Luna Bar where Ferit, Fatih, Emine and the rest of the team took very good care of us before finishing the night off in the lounge bar. The lounge bar also had some very good performers on most nights and there was some very good entertainment on each night around the pool area.......spoilt for choice really! As usual the hotel was immaculately clean and the food in the main restaurant was excellent as were the a la carte restaurants which we were able to book quite easily. The quality of the drinks is amazing and the choice of premium brands is exceptional. We had a fabulous holiday as usual and we can't wait to return in April/May 2024. The staff are all a credit to this hotel and work so hard to make it such an enjoyable experience to be there. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending the Akra Kemer to anyone looking for the ultra all inclusive experience.
