The perfect place to visit the natural parks in the area. A very high location of the luxury glamping property. You appear like the 5 Stars Hotel. A very high standard in the equipment. The team was very engaged in personally designing the stay. The beds were very good.

Nice rooms overlooking extensive rice paddies. The restaurant and pool were also located so as to overlook the same view. I think most visitors are coming to visit Yala Park. Available material indicated that there were nature hikes and a visit to a place where buffalo curd (yogurt) was produced. However upon inquiry, we were told that the buffalos were gone and that there were no hikes. It would probably be best to remove these suggestions from company material. However we did find a very nice hike through adjacent village back roads. The manager was very nice.

We have booked 5 rooms. Good welcoming and our reservation was handled very well. No welcome drink service. Outside weather was too hot & appreciate welcome drink & a cold towel. Rooms were big and need some attention to maintain the standard. Towels were old. Cleaning was good. Breakfast is average compared to BB package charges. There was fresh papaya juice serve on the table & found fresh fruit also papaya & watermelon only. In the restaurant There we’re Senior manager who was active & interacting with the guests. Other staff not much interacting & there were not much liveliness. Spa was not operating it was closed. Hospitality should be provide service/ experience. At the hotel entrance motor bike hit my car from behind there was no courtesy from the hotel management to see anything to be assist so I found it very poor way of caring the guest.

By far the worst holiday experience any of us have ever had. We did not go to this place expecting five star service, we did not expect uninterrupted wifi, or gourmet cuisine or even terrific leopard sightings. We just expected 2 things - simple decent food and an interesting safari. Starting with the food - meals were an additional $15-$20 per person. Dinner on both days was to be barbequed chicken and pork with sides. Both days the chicken and pork were unbelievably tough, impossible to chew and swallow. The sides were flavorless, half raw and stale. Even the sausages were shrivelled. Evidently the same food had been getting heated and reheated repeatedly and resembled leather by the time it ended on our plates. All of us had to abandon dinner after a couple bites. One of us required gluten free food and repeatedly requested for rice only to have wheat parotta kottu end up on her plate. There are no other options near by, they don't.provide alternatives. So we spent a hungry night. The safari was an additional $40 per person. For this money we got only a driver who could not speak English or understand English. He did not make any attempts to speak, explain, or point out anything. We had to point out wildlife to him for him to stop the car. Or we saw other cars stopping and we also stopped and stared vaguely in the same direction. We have never experienced a ”safari” like this across several forest reserves and national parks across the world. On the way back he drove at a breakneck pace across broken and flooded jungle paths , leading to some small injuries. The camp is lovely, the staff is courteous and try their best but from what I could fathom the owners want to save money by cheating tourists with appalling ”food”and strangely subpar safaris. I suppose we should be thankful none of us managed to eat much over 2 days and avoided food poisoning.

Originally it was just a temporary hotel booked for the Yala Wildlife Park, but it gave us a surprise. The hotel is not very big, typical Sri Lankan style. Our room is upstairs, and the pool and courtyard are downstairs. The toilet is very large. It is relatively clean because we have lived in Sri Lanka for so many days. We set off at 5 o'clock in the morning. The local brother had prepared breakfast in advance and packed very delicately. Once opened, it was even more pleasant: two sandwiches, An egg, two sausages, a box of juice, two pineapples carefully wrapped in plastic wrap, and a banana. Originally I only ordered three breakfasts, but when I saw my three-year-old Erbao, the hotel was very considerate. I also prepared a copy for her. Thank you very much. It’s not far from going to the safari park. It takes only 20 minutes. If there is any problem, the water pressure in the bathroom is unstable. Although the water is very large, it will be hot once it gets hot. It’s good to take a shower. In addition, the small bed is not provided with a quilt, just a thin sheet. The air conditioner is too cold and the remote control can’t be adjusted. I wake up several times at night.
