Top 10 Trinity House Hotels

We have stayed at this property many times. This time there was construction ongoing for our entire stay of six nights, including days with no water. I would think that should have been disclosed PRIOR to checking in so we could have had the option of staying elsewhere. Our room was on the third floor, the construction was on the second floor. Every morning banging, three days with the water shut off mid afternoon. And the construction vehicles took up rows of overnight parking, which left your guests trying to find a spot and walking long distances at night. I would expect more from Marriott, the very least a prior notification so it wouldn't have been a surprise on our vacation, and a discount on the room which was not as expected. The breakfast offerings are minimal, not what they were. Instant oatmeal, no fresh fruit other than bananas, no waffle station. Packaged items and instant eggs ... Our room was clean, as was the lobby and breakfast area. The hallways and stairs had not been vacuumed the entire week of our stay.

Family of four, including kids, stayed 7 nights. We had visited a few hotels in the area and this one was the cleanest, staff was very polite and helpful, and they provided hot breakfast to-go every morning. Nancy, Estela, and Betty at the breakfast stand were exceptional.

The nicest Hampton Inn we've ever had the place of staying is the best way to describe this hotel. The room we had was large, not a suite, with a nice big desk, sofa, shelf unit, and very comfortable bed. The hallway was very quiet even though a lot of people were staying here including the Toronto Blue Jays minor leaguers. We would definitely stay here again, if in the area. The staff was very welcoming and able to answer questions about the area.

The location is great for traveling. It would be great if you are traveling as a family. It's geographically close to going to downtown Tampa or Clearwater.

So clean. Everyone was so accommodating and nice! Awesome breakfast too! Would highly recommend!!!!! Got cuz the ac went out and felt like a mini vacay!! 10/10 would recommend! Because the ac went out we were very frustrated and they made everything better!!! Thank you again!!!

The facilities are well maintained, the lobby is very comfortable, the room facilities are easy to use, the location is convenient, and the services under the epidemic are safe and in place. In short, the residency experience is good and the price is very good.

We had a nice stay while visiting the Tampa area. Our room was clean and comfortable with a layout similar to other Springhill Suites. The room’s lighting was ample in the seating area but a bit lacking near the beds. The breakfast area was clean and comfortable with ample seating. The waffle machine we normally expect at complimentary breakfasts was noticeably missing, but there were pre-made waffles available. Parking was ample and the hotel’s wifi worked well. The hotel is located in a quiet area that appears to be recently built as Google Maps seemed a little confused about the roads adjacent to the hotel. There are many retail and dining options within a 10-15 minute drive away and the hotel is close to the Suncoast Parkway that takes you into Tampa.

The HGI Oldsmar is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. They just got renovated and everything is brand new and beautiful. The location is awesome, not far from the airport and a bunch of really good restaurants are within a 2 minute drive and a few you can even walk to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they have a delicious breakfast.
