"It's very clean and the service is good. It's right in the city center. It's convenient. It's suitable for friends who like to go to scenic spots. But if you drive there, the parking fee is a bit expensive! !"
"This hotel makes people feel the feeling of returning home: there are delicious dishes at home, a warm and homelike environment, and a full range of all-weather services. I'll come here if I have a chance."
"The transportation is very convenient. Almost all Chicago attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are relatively spacious and the front desk service is very warm."

"very good. The quality of the peninsula is always so satisfying. The front desk, concierge and restaurant staff are super nice. The location is also good, it is convenient to go anywhere in the US. Next time I should go to the peninsula, there will be no other choice. Breakfast is a single point, not a buffet. Recommended ~"
"One of the best hotels in the United States I have stayed in. Good location, rooms are very large and comfortable, complete facilities, convenient transportation, hotel services are good, but the hardware facilities have no disadvantages."
"This room is awesome, the Peninsula Hotel is good, the room is large, and the bath is also very big. If I stay next time, I will choose it. I want to live in Peninsula hotels all over the world!"

"Hotel location is a little distance from the gorgeous one mile, but turn left at the hotel for about 6-7 minutes, is the CHICAGO station on the red line, turn right at the hotel and take a BLOCK is Michigan Avenue, the front desk service is very good, the doorman is also polite, opinions The guests approached and took the initiative to help the guests open the door. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, the bathroom is super large, and the toiletries are Ferragamo. Mineral water is available in sufficient quantities. The waiter was polite. That is, WiFi is not too powerful. Breakfast is ordering, there is no self-help, the choice is small."
"The hotel room is very large, the air-conditioning is cold enough, the service quality is good, it seems that you can order a free dessert downstairs, but you don’t go to see it in a hurry~ you need to bring the hot pot together with the hot water, you need a coffee opportunity. A large serving of ingredients was delivered, and the service was very thoughtful. The strange thing was that the hotel staff did not seem to tip. Looking forward to the next stay."
"Favorite hotel in Chicago Upgraded room types, breakfast for members, no discrimination against third-party bookings, excellent service Having stayed three times, this hotel has not disappointed me."

"My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and everything was perfect. We've asked for an upper floor an so they gave us a great room with city view on the top floor. When we arrived at about 5pm, the room was not ready yet but in just a few minute they gave it to us. The hotel is close to the "L" to the town center and from O'Hare airport. Really a great experience, for sure I'll come back. Just a couple of really minor issue. There's no TV in the room and the "reception" is inside the spa and is open at the store opening times. Once you know that, it's all right, you know what to expect."
"What a lovely boutique hotel. Great location, wonderful staff and a delight to stay, Beds were comfy, rooms unique and its great value. You are close enough to all the action but far enough away for a quiet stay. We both booked a treatment in the spa, I had a facial and my parter a massage. They were wonderful! No need for a big chain hotel, would return in a heartbeat."
"Absolutely the best. Love this place. My Chicago Staycation. I will definitely return. Gives me opportunity to explore the neighborhood. Rooms are clean. Staff very nice. Charming, relaxing. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax."

"Can only say that the location of the hotel is very good, on the gorgeous mile head, next to the Water tower place, downstairs is the Canon goose and other monopoly, walk to the famous, beautiful Lake Michigan, 4, 5 minutes, go to the 360 Chicago Building Just 2 minutes, and the favorite Chicago Art Museum! Chicago travel is a great choice, breakfast is a standard American breakfast! They are all single-pointed. Looking for a good season to go to Chicago, will choose this hotel, it is best to choose a lake view room!"
"Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value"
"The location of the hotel is good, the pet friendly hotel restaurant is very impressive, but the room tap is faulty."

"I went to live on Thanksgiving last year. Living in a high place overlooking the city of Chicago, the hotel rooms are large, the supplies are very high, and the facilities are complete. And the service is very good, the wine in the minibar is reasonably priced, and the customer service staff at the front desk will deliver ice cubes. Where the five-star hotel should be done, the Trumptower is perfectly completed."
"Very good hotel with a beautiful view from the room. The view of the swimming pool is also beautiful. The restaurant on the 16th floor has the most beautiful outdoor view, and the price is also right. I ate two meals in a row, and the dinner was especially good. There is a cruise ship dock downstairs."
"The hotel is very luxurious, you have to give tips everywhere, but the tipping service is very good. Different from other hotels, I think the Trump Hotel is four meters high. I live on the 27th floor and can overlook most of Chicago. I strongly recommend staying in a river view room type!"

"As a Chicago local, I’ve recently set off on a journey, with COVID in mind, to explore this beautiful city and find the true gems. In that journey, and thanks to the recommendation of a friend, I stumbled upon The Robey. Let me tell you, after this horribly stressful week of mine– The Robey was like a breath of fresh air. From the two phone calls I had with the hotel, with Sydney and Michael, the customer service was astounding. They were knowledgable, eager to fulfill my requests, and incredibly kind. Starting on the ground floor, there’s the Robey Cafe which is adjacent to the lobby and incredibly beautiful. The front desk staff, Celia, specifically, were super sweet and efficient and made sure I understood and could take advantage of every amenity my room rate included. Contrary to other reviews, I thoroughly enjoyed the customer service I received. On the second floor, there is a gorgeous mid-century modern workspace with tons of space to set up shop and hang out, while masked-up and socially distant, of course. I stayed on the 8th floor, in one of the King suites with a tub. The room itself was one of the nicer rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Truly incredible. And the view? was STUNNING. Watching the sunset with a glass of champagne was truly the pinnacle of my stay. In the bathroom, which was absolutely beautiful, they included a bathtub tray so that I could watch read a book while taking a bubble bath! While I personally did not check out the rooftop or the lounge, I am sure they were just as incredible. In short, I had an incredibly relaxing night and will be returning with more business, both for myself and my family/friends. The Robey is officially the go-to hotel."
"A gem of a historical place turned into a hotel. Great architecture and easy on eyes. Peaceful sleep. Amazing rich diverse neighborhood. At the intersection of 3 major streets, right next to train station. If you are new to the city and want to explore, consider this place."
"Everything went well in our stay despite the pandemic. Room was nice with a great view of the city. Staff was very hospitable during our stay. Great location with a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the stay."

"A 3 week stay and zero complaints! My husband and I kept having to extend our stay and everyone was very accommodating. Grace, the front desk manager, treated us like family and we started literally referring to the hotel at the end of our day as "let's go home!" Grace worked magic again and again to meet our every need. The rest of the front desk staff is also very helpful and welcoming. There is even a well trained adorable little dog named Pita that greets guests. Our stay was the end of September into October and the lobby restaurant was closed but we could still enjoy relaxing there with an unobstructed view of Wrigley. Anthony at West End bakery on the street level made us excellent coffee (complementary) every morning and he is personable and efficient! The valet Tuisant is super helpful and friendly and looks great in his vintage converse low tops. The hotel is very clean and we felt the proper health precautions were taken to keep guests and staff healthy. The beds are very comfortable and our room was large and attractively decorated in a low key baseball theme. Fantastic floor to ceiling windows offered an awesome view of Wrigley and Clark street was still bustling despite Covid. All the non hotel restaurants were open and offer outdoor heated seating."
"Words cannot describe how happy we are with Hotel Zachary and the team. Whenever my family comes to Chicago they stay at the hotel and always have had amazing things to say. So naturally, my wife and I decided to spend our wedding weekend there. The team at Hotel Zachary exceeded our expectations. They consistently went above and beyond for us and our family members staying at the hotel. They are kind, friendly and truly make you feel at home. They played a significant role in not only making our stay, but our wedding weekend special. If you are traveling to Chicago, I highly recommend you stay here. In addition to a warm welcome from the staff, you will love the rooms, beautiful property and the location. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, close proximity the public transit, and right across from Wrigley field!"
"A good impression starts at the valet and the valet at Zachary is the friendliest, most helpful we've encountered in a very long time. Each staff member we encountered matched our expectation based on our initial reception. The rooms are spacious, clean, well planned, and attractive. My pet peeve is showers with little water; this shower was perfect. The location is perfect for a Cubs game, or anything in Wrigleyville, or the near north side. We visit Chicago often, and have always stayed down town, but our experience at hotel Zachary will change that. We've stayed at several Chicago hotels that are rated higher in tripadvisor, but are not near the quality of Hotel Zachary. I've never stayed in a US hotel with a better understanding of customer service. Thank you Zachary staff for a wonderful stay!"
