"We stayed in Fig a two master bedroom suite, it was our first time venturing out since Covid19. The backyard area had clearly not been used in awhile and had spiderwebs and in general needed to be cleaned. The hottub was covered with leaves making it difficult to use. The kitchen was well appointed, the appliances modern and all worked. The living area was dated though and disappointing. Old phones that only worked on speaker. Housekeeping needs to be requested and we were not told that upon checkin. There is also a light by the door that if it happens to be on red, housekeeping won’t enter. The first day we didn’t ask so when we got back it was a mess, we called and they say no problem for the next day (they could not come that evening) but didn’t explain the light, so again no housekeeping on the 2nd day. The pilot light heating our water went out three times in our five day stay and we had to call someone. On the bright side we very much enjoyed the Barn for brunch where they will hold a table for you and the Farm for dinner. It’s delightful being able to sit outside. The market is also a wonderful feature. I was upset when I checked out that no one asked me how our stay was and that there was never any follow up on the many issues we had with our room situation. One last note - we were also given a handicap room which meant one of our two bedrooms did not have a tub which was very disappointing. The staff is lovely even if they don’t necessarily understand follow up on customer service and how to make people happy when there is a problem. I did get an apology on the way out because I complained about not getting one."
"The Carneros Resort and Meadowood differ from most others in one aspect: they both occupy expansive grounds. Spas and restaurants are scattered around so it is easy to live inside the resort while always seeing something new. The architecture, like elsewhere in the wine country, supports the horizon with flat roofs and an occasional towering palm tree. That's the big picture. You can zoom in to an interesting selection of books at the reception or the library, enjoyable and perfectly decent Boon Fly Cafe, fully equipped gym and pools heated to around 80'F. All very pleasant. What lacks is silence. Sonoma Highway is a busy road and audible from anywhere except the northern row of properties (Quince section for example). After your dinner, you can't expect to walk out into a perfectly silent night like you can at Meadowood, Auberge du Soleil, Madrona Inn or Solage. On a busy weekend, I only disliked one thing: the abuse of the word "committed". The Farm restaurant (accepting outside guests) was always booked out, but that's not how the staff said it. They called it "committed". As if "not booked out" meant "uncommitted" or "free". So I guess the restaurant cooks for "free" when not fully booked?"
"Before arriving, I was a bit hesitant (after reading some of the negative reviews) to book since it is a bit expensive, however after arriving, I had to laugh at people and their willingness to find something wrong with an absolutely beautiful resort! The grounds and vegetation are absolutely lovely and well kept. The casitas are cozy and comfortable! The outdoor area is amazing. I read one complaint saying that the outdoor area wasn't green enough. There is a deck and patio with lovely bushes. Some people are never happy. Someone else complained that the outdoor tub had debris in the tub. Well, the tub sits under a tree. Geez! All employees are so very kind and ready to help in an instant!!! Restaurants are outstanding. The Spa is wonderful! Again, employees are knowledgeable and kind! Susan was my therapist and she was the best! Angelina at Hilltop provided prompt and down to earth service! The bartenders at Farm are fun and the waitstaff is professional and kind. Its a 10 minute drive into downtown Napa! We Lyfted for dinner. Thank heavens I80 was closed today. We get to stay 1 more night!"

"We stayed at the Vista Collina Resort for 2 nights and we had a marvelous time. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of their Village courtyard and a view of the property's vineyards in the distance. Vista Collina is a beautiful property with lots of open space, and minutes away from Napa downtown. It is a perfect starting point for visiting Napa's wonderful wineries. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff (Max and Ryan) with our welcome drink which happened to be an entire bottle of French Champagne which were able to enjoy in the privacy of our room. Our room was in building 6 which overlooked the Village area of the resort. The Village is huge courtyard covered by giant shade umbrellas that makes it a perfect location for an outdoor picnic. The Village is the home of 9 different tasting rooms which sad to say that due to our schedule we didn't have enough time to enjoy. The resort has its own vineyard which overlooks the resort and luckily we were able to enjoy a beautiful walk in the morning and evening in the vineyard which was a wonderful way to watch the sunrise and sunset in Napa. The resort has a great gym with treadmills, spinning bikes, and free weights (limited capacity due to COVID) that my husband used each morning. Sadly, we were not able to enjoy the onsite Italian restaurant Olive & Hay since they were closed the days we visited but we will save that for next-time. The staff were very helpful and incredibly friendly throughout the entire property and throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to David at the pool side bar who graciously tracked down a stemmed wine glass and provided a splash of wine so we could take some wonderful Napa "mood" pictures on our walk in the vineyard. This resort is perfect for a getaway and we felt very safe traveling during COVID. The recent horrible wildfires are all under-control and the air quality was perfect with clear blue sky. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely stay here again."
"We are so grateful to the amazing staff and manager at Vista Collina Resort and Spa in Napa California. We were graciously greeted by the Manager, Mr. Ryan Kong. He provided us with a bottle of champagne and extraordinary customer service for our romantic getaway. We had a spotless and most elegant, vineyard facing suite, so I could paint (on canvas), the spectacular view from our double balcony, while my husband worked out at the brand new fitness center. Our courteous and personable Bellman Rico Diaz took the time to golf cart us from one winetasting property to our resort and brought us a new suite key when we decided to stay an extra night; again, an example of above and beyond customer service. One late night I called the front desk and spoke to Kylie and also to a very friendly and helpful Alex Lopez who contacted housekeeping for us that night. We met Javier in housekeeping who provided everything we requested and with a friendly and positive attitude. Mil Gracias Javier. We cannot wait to come back to stay at Vista Collina resort and spa because of the leadership modeled by Ryan and the outstanding customer service and positive attitude from each person employed at Vista Collina. We thank you again for making us feel like Royalty. It was an unforgettable trip and we will highly recommend this beautiful resort to everyone. T and Veronica A."
"We stayed one night here for a much needed break and can’t say enough. You have everything you need in one stop! There are nine tasting rooms, a great pool area, a quaint little store, food truck, restaurant, and room service! Why go anywhere else? We had a delicious meal from the food truck. My husband and I shared an order of pickle fries and fish tacos. The pickle fries were killer! We are in the courtyard under the umbrellas. Felt so nice to be out and about! The room was huge, very clean, and had everything we could ask for. Even a huge soaking tub, which was a highlight for me! The staff was amazing and able to answer all questions and made every effort to make you feel at home! We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant on site Olive and Hay. We couldn’t have asked for a better meal. The staff was safe, friendly, and very attentive. Highly recommend! If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, this is definitely the spot for you!"

"Breakfast is simple and the restaurant is small. Parking is free and the parking lot is quite large. The overall feeling of the hotel is not as good as expected. The Napa River on the side looks like the same, so the river view room is just the same thing."
"The environment is beautiful, breakfast is good in American hotels, and it needs to be in place during the peak of breakfast. Parking free"
"Free parking at the hotel General location, around 10 minutes to the center of the town"

"This is a Hilton resort hotel, the equipment is perfect, the receptionist is very interesting, and also helped us draw a map of the hotel. Parking is available in the backyard with free parking. The hotel serves evening drinks and breakfast the next day. After the Napa Valley viewing, you can have a light meal at the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, and there is also an American omelet. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's homemade chili sauce is really delicious. I read the comment saying that there is a swan inside the hotel, and I woke up in the morning and really saw it. There are two areas in the hotel. In the atrium, everyone can sit and eat and drink and chat. The outside landscape has fountains, swan, all kinds of small scenes, which are lively and interesting. Very holiday feeling, you can sleep lazily to wake up naturally~"
"Yes, it is suitable for vacation. The decoration of the hotel and the room are related to wine. Many materials introduce Napa Valley. If you check in before you play, the experience will be better."
"The interior of the hotel is very good, there are gardens and swan, there is nothing around, and you have to drive out to eat."

"Stayed here in early March & loved every detail! From the wine at check in to the pillow chocolates at turndown service, Napa River does every little thing to make your stay perfect. Location was a huge plus, & we really loved the option of having a pastry basket delivered to our room every morning, or a voucher to visit the bakery next door. What really made this inn special was it’s employees. The genuine care and passion for service they all have is priceless. Did not want to leave - highly recommend. "
"This hotel is beautifully furnished, perfectly situated and the staff are utterly incredible. We have been absolutely wowed by the warmth and willingness of the whole team. They could not do enough to ensure our stay was memorable and relaxing. I especially want to highlight Andrew who ran around in 110degree heat making sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond in so many ways. We’ll definitely be back."
"Everything about this trip was wonderful. Me and my sister visited for her birthday and it was just perfect! Every employee was extremely friendly. Housekeeping was top notch talk about every little detail. The chocolates from the sweet shop was some of the best chocolate I've had. We went down to sweetie pies every morning and enjoyed their breakfast. Even though it was raining during our stay it still was perfect."
