We thank the hotel staff for the wonderful welcome and care during our stay at the hotel. Even for a wonderful and unexpected surprise from the hotel team in honor of my birthday in the form of a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and delicious cake. The cozy room is equipped with everything necessary, the bed is very comfortable, excellent staff service, room cleaning was done daily. Luxurious breakfasts with red caviar, fresh juices, a buffet and plus an additional dish can be ordered. Good location! We were very satisfied!

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

The room is big enough, but the balcony is very small and can’t get out. The balcony wall is very high and you can’t see the river view outside. Of course, you may consider the safety factor to get such a high cement wall. The entrance is under construction when you check in, which will affect the traffic and location. Very good 7.8 minutes walk to the Hermitage, easy to eat around, a few minutes to the Spilled Blood Cathedral
