We loved it. Perfect location to go to the beach in 20 minutes and to mountain routes in 20 minutes. The attention is fantastic. Very familiar. The room and facilities are great, recently built and renovated in a rustic style. There is a tennis court, paddle tennis court and swimming pool. The breakfast was very good. There are homemade sweets from the area. A great option.

The hotel was very nice and has great views. Easy to get to the beach and tons of restaurants within walking distance. Cristina at the front desk was most helpful & professional. We highly recommend this hotel. There is lots to do around town and the weather is great.

It's right beside the beach. Cars can go to the parking lot downstairs through the elevator. The hotel has just been refurbished. There is no coffee machine or kettle in the room. It's acceptable. Not bad and not too good.

The facilities themselves are the best Spanish hotels I tied up, but it's far from the city and there's no restaurant around. The view is really good because it's right in front of the sea. The windows are shaking. Sound insulation is really bad and you can hear the sound of checking out the next room in the morning.

Wow! Fantastic boutique hotel, within minutes walking from promenade and city centre and lots of restaurants. Only issue is car parking, which is secure underground car park about 8 minutes walk. Luckily we could park outside hotel to unload. We had fantastic round corner room on 3rd floor with round bed and super bathroom and very large tv. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were quite looking forward to our two nights in Santander at this boutique Hotel, and it commenced with promise on arrival, glass of champagne in hand. However when we were shown our room…..well let me say categorically, Harry Potters room under the stairwell certainly does exist! And nothing like the marketing pictures. -the room was one of two downstairs below street level, and so small there wasn’t room for open suit cases and people to move around the bed. (Photo attached). -the air con temperature is fixed at 23 degrees which is warmer than we set out heaters back home- however even that didn’t function. I spoke with the on site staff member who was extremely reluctant to enter our room but advised the windows must be closed for it to function. Wrong-it didn’t work at all! - the small double bed was broken and squeaked every time you moved. -and in room breakfast for two! Really? (Photo attached). So, a broom closet for a room that had the temperature of a sauna! We booked another hotel and left. Be very aware if you choose this boutique hotel as the difference between the rooms is enormous. It was a disgrace.

A hotel that helps a colleague make a mistake. This family was good in all aspects of the evaluation and chose this family. The hotel's been making good comments. Nice position, too! Good recommendation!

The hotel is less than 20 minutes from the airport and takes a taxi about 20 euros. The hotel is right next to the center of Pottinger, the suite is large, the room has toothbrush, slippers, coffee machine. Breakfast is very simple, the restaurant can see the sea. The other side of the hotel is the square, and you can walk into the city through the street. Along the seaside, you can see the sculpture of the homeless. There is no beach in this part of the port. Another sign building in Santander, the Magdalena Palace, is on the peninsula three kilometers from the hotel. It is a bit far away, it takes an hour to walk, and it takes ten minutes by taxi.
