We booked this hotel post cruise because it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight the following day. We got off the ship and got a rent Car and arrived at the hotel at 9 am and they actually had a room ready for us and allowed us to check in which was amazing because we were hitting the road and needed to drop our luggage. They front desk stuffed offered to help us with our luggge, explained all of the amenities and offered us breakfast. We weren’t at the hotel long and retuned late at night. The beds were amazing and the rooms were very used even though we were close to the import. Highly recommend this hotel for top notch quality, comfortable sty and great staff. The drive to the airport was maybe 6 or 7 minutes. They do be an airport shuttle if you needed it.

This was our first time back in the USA since the pandemic started. We have been volunteering in a foreign country.. We were so happy that the staff was so accommodating to our requests. Andrana at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The lady staffing the breakfast did so with a smile. Our housekeeper was sweet and nice. The pool was clean and well taken care of. Everything we saw in the hotel was clean. The beds were so comfortable! We loved our stay, and will hopefully be back on our way back to our assignment in 3 months. Thank you so much!

Andrew who was at the front desk was amazing. I called to verify that they had shuttle service before reserving and he said yes. After reserving the room and landing and gathering our luggage, I called to request a pick up and he kindly obliged. He told me where to wait. Within 1 minute he called me backed informing me of an issue with the hotels vehicle and that he was sending an Uber to pick up. He then texted me all the drivers information. The driver called me and informed me that he would be flashing his hazards so that I would know it was him. We arrived safely at the hotel and Andrew had all the paperwork ready for me so that he could quickly go to our room. He then explain alley the amenities of the hotel and wished us a great stay. Wish more hotels had employees like this.

2 Room Corner King. Spacious and nice view of planes landing if facing north. Some consistent positives are the morning breakfast, keyless check-in and checkout. Decent size hotel with one ice machine, which is fine because the full-size fridges have an ice maker. One elevator, but there are a couple of stairwells. Pool is open from dawn to dusk and the fitness center is 24hrs, with a couple of treadmills, ellipticals, bike, and free weights. The beds are comfy with 4 pillows. Clean rooms. Outdoor seating area with grill. there aren't a lot of restaurant options close by, just a short drive. 20 minutes or so from a beach, with no traffic. Plenty of outlets in the room are good. Free parking. This place is worth the stay.

Absolutely not staying at this wreck of a hotel ever again! Tiesha (so) the front desk agent was a complete unprofessional! Yelled at us, became racist in a heartbeat, and when confronted with hotel issues called the police!! Even agitated other guests to cause more drama to the situation. She failed to have correct information about the hotel, refused to notify her manager or get management involved. Other issues like amenities were not as advertised. Hot water didn’t work. Rooms unkempt, and disgusting hallways. Overall experience of a well travelled and frequent hotel guest: absolute zero. Past reviews should be taken as truth as the staff and hotel quality are not even close to the Cambria marketing as the top Choice Hotels option. Choice oughta be ashamed of this hotel and is staff.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the tri rail, the disadvantage is a bit noisy, both the plane flies over and the train passes
