We have two children a 3 and a 1 year old. The staff went out of their way to help. We had an amazing holiday and we can’t wait to go again. The rooms were lovely and had plenty of space for us all. At 18:00 they have someone in the bar playing piano. My eldest keeps asking to go back. Thank you. We look forward to our next visit.

Meet the five-star hotel standard, breakfast is varied, and can order (free), there are hot dishes and various dishes, the room is moderate, the service is very warm, the fly in the ointment is that the elevator is a bit small

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed! I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì

DOES Not cater for British guests. we were made to feel quite unwelcome. We stayed for 2 week . Id saved up for over a year and expected something a bit special. Luckily lake garda could never fail to be something special, but the hotel was a let down. The Room was sparsly furnished with not enough draws or furniture to unpack 2 suitcases. We kept on asking the reception staff for our TV to be looked at as it didn't always work. Air con kept going off but this was fixed ok but TV wasnt fixed, I asked for a loan of an iron which we never got, .ost hotels ha e them as standard. Small things but you were made to feel a nuisance if you asked for anything. Although one lovely lady at reception gladly opened bottle of wine for us and cheerfully! ,which made all the difference. There is no where on the site you can get something to eat past the closing time if the pool cafe (about 6) I asked for the sauna to be switched on so I could use it but it wasn't switched on , I was told tby staff they would ask their manager if it could be switched on but it wasn't. The next morning I asked about it again and I was told I should have asked again which isn't very good customer service. I've I said earlier, English were made to feel quite unwelcome. in the avertisement the hotel boast a spa. The hotel is at least half a mile from the main road. Something that IS NOT highlighted. There is no shuttle bus service, so if you have poor mobility your not going to be able to leave the hotel unless you pay for taxi. There is very limited taxi services avaible in the area. The dust road to the hotel is dangerously uneven and unlit. Because the hotel is quite rural there is no street lighting. Every morning you are reminded by reception that you owe tax Which is not highlighted in the jet 2 brochure and SOME of the reception staff are quite bossy reminding you about it EVERYDAY!!! As if paying more to stay in this very basic hotel wasn't an insult enough. We wondered how the hotel got 4 * because there are. Ery few facilities at the hotel. The bar area is a counter about 4 ft long with some drinks behind it and the reception area has about 10 communal seats in it. There is no atmosphere and no friendly relaxing ambiance. one couple we spoke to couldn't wait to go home. I'm not that unhappy here as i love the area and lake and i would come back to kake garda againand again. I always en joy my holidays and nake the best of them . I work hard for them.. but I wouldn't come to this hotel again. It would e nice if people remembered how hard us Brits have to work to visit . The mist pleasant and hospitable staff I've met in the hotel are the wonderful cleaning team who met us dIly with a smile .
