"My husband and I came to Dallas to attend the Eagles concert at American Airlines Center on March 1st. We arrived in Dallas February 29th and stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for two nights. Check in was a little irritating; we arrived a few minutes early 2:30, check in is 3) and were told our room wasn't quite ready. No problem, we went to the Rattlesnake Bar to relax. BUT, our room wasn't ready until 4:00! We had dinner reservations at 5, across town! So, the start of our stay was a little less than desirable, but the remainder of our time there was amazing! The staff is what absolutely makes this place a success. Everyone we encountered was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Everyone called us by name all weekend and took the time to converse with us, making us feel more like friends than guests. The Rattlesnake Bar is great; they do not skimp on the alcohol they put in a drink! Fearing's Restaurant was great! We had breakfast there both mornings and wish there was one in our small hometown! We also had room service after the concert; we both had sandwiches (one with French Fries and one with onion rings). It was served very elegantly and was delicious! I particularly recommend the Spicy Chicken sandwich with onion rings! The "big" things you come to expect from a nice hotel; a spacious room, a comfortable bed, etc. But it's the little things that add up to make the Ritz-Carlton the best choice. Remembering your name, offering a complimentary drink or snack while waiting for our Uber, asking before we left if we needed help with directions and offering bottled water for our trip home. The entire staff are so thoughtful. We'll definitely be returning!"
"What a wonderful experience and hotel/spa. The stay was extraordinary due to the staff at this hotel. The gentlemen at the valet and bellhop are amazing and very attentive. The front desk staff, Genesis was so pleasant and had wonderful customer service skills and was very patient and informative. I got a corner king room with the club access and it was a wonderful experience and way to stay at the Ritz. The cleaning staff were wonderful and kind. The hotel is just beautifully decorated and set up nicely. One of the best workout centers to have in a city hotel. The spa was the reason I went and EVERYONE was great. The front desk staff were wonderful, Maria and the other staff inside the spa area were so kind and helpful. I got a massage that was the best message I have ever experienced, from the oil to the techniques used in the relaxation massage were another level of wonderful. I did a hyrdrafacial with Akhtar and I will never go to another other spot for a facial. The stay was wonderful and all the amenities are worth the price and you really leave this hotel on cloud 9. Don't pass up a chance to stay here and experience the spa. If anything just go to the spa if you can because you will not regret it!"
"We stayed for one night at the Ritz. We have been to other Ritz Carlton properties and this is one of their better ones. We stayed in a corner club king room with beautiful views of down town. The bathroom was spectacularly done in marble with large tub facing a window with electronic drapes. Windows everywhere which were gorgeous. The club lounge was up to par. Good service and nice additions. It was filled with wedding party goers that night. Bed was comfortable. All amenities were nice. Staff were helpful, sent hand written notes. Bell boy prompt and friendly. Valet staff professional and did not move the drivers seat. Like with everything at the Ritz, everything that is upgraded you pay a fee for, but we expected that. We would stay here again."

"According to the feedback, the hotel is very good. The children live there and have a good time. The various services are very good. The only thing is that the hotel does not have a direct pick-up and drop-off service. You need to take a taxi outside. Very inconvenient"
"Hotel location is not far from the airport, is a local resort hotel, hotel dinner is only 6 o'clock, Texas people like afternoon wine, one afternoon is a glass of white wine to sit in the afternoon so the hotel also has, but the room I live in hot water is not heat. With cold water, but cold water is biting"

"My wife and I just celebrated our 26th anniversary at The Virgin Hotel on Turtle Creek. We’ve gone somewhere special every year, typically to Four Season properties. This time, due to the Covid travel bans, we sought out a first-class experience in Dallas. Forget about ‘The Mansion’ or the Four Seasons in Dallas, the Virgin Hotel was amazing!! Our first ever experience- and couldn’t have been more impressed with the room, pool, gym, view of Dallas skyline, food, service, etc. If you are looking to impress your wife/husband/significant other, then give Ricardo a call! Outstanding. "
"The staff at Virgin Hotels Dallas really made the stay for me. Everything was excellent, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is what truly made this a great stay for me. I was here for business for a week and every staff person I came in contact with was friendly and kind. Amanda, who works at the coffee shop, knew my name and order by around day two and we had a lot of great conversations. I can't recommend this hotel enough, especially the quality of service provided by the staff. "
"I stayed at the virgin hotel for the weekend with a few friends and I’ll say I’ll never stay anywhere els it’s the most beautiful hotel in Dallas. Spencer made our trip so wonderful he was so kind helpful and caring. He made us feel like we were family. I can’t wait to go back to the virgin hotel."

"From before we even arrived Daniel with the concierge worked with me to plan a special suprise for our anniversary. He even made accommodations so that we had a super early check in 9AM! Above and beyond, even scored an amazing view of mainstreet. Tre was very sociable and was able to take us and pick us up from one of our destinations. Christian with the front desk was super kind and and dedicated by helping us take a perfect photo and making sure we liked it. He too got us to a destination on time and he was very professional. Savannah we only ran into for a moment, but the left the surprise of champagne and chocolates in the room with a trail of roses. She is so sweet! And lastly Autumn, she helped us at check out, she was very kind and understanding. Thank you to the team at the joule and anyone I didn't mention that made our brief stay a dream. We will definitely be back again and again. Specs: the beds are comfortable and after a long day traveling, AMAZING. The robes are like big fluffy blankets The bathtub is basically a jacuzzi and the rain showers are wonderful. The food is amazing and you have many options without going far. The hotel itself is stunning inside and out and it's like stepping into another world. I would recommend to anyone looking to feel like a million bucks."
"I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel. From the Valet Danny to the guest services... Ty Richard, Helvic and Danielle amazing customer service and Tre who was especially refreshing. He did everything from carry our bags to an upgraded room, gave us the 411 for all of the amenities in our room and drove us to and from the concert! He was professional but so down to earth! This guy is a keeper for sure! The room service was far better than any I have ever had and the one on one service they provide makes them a five star all the way! I will be back and definitely splurge for premium King Room 851!"
"From working with Megan Milkavich for months on rooms, the check in process that involved surprise upgrades, the bell men who had to help us every day- we were overwhelmed with their customer service! Smiles through their masks, answering all our questions, letting us use a ballroom at the last minute for our rehearsal, SUPER clean rooms with wonderful amenities- our weekend was fantastic! The Staff were beyond amazing. We had many ups and downs planning this wedding twice but The Joule staff were amazing! Thank you!"

"Hoped for more, but left disappointed. Let me share my two-night experience: Pros: - valet experience was a highlight and worth noting: professional, friendly, and prompt. I was even greeted by name the following afternoon! - beautiful design and decor. Cons: - cold front desk and 'restaurant' staff. Check-in consisted of three employees standing at the front desk staring at me (without saying hello), while another assigned our room. I finally said hello to break the stare and awkward silence. - breakfast was a pathetic attempt: two stale croissants, luke-warm yogurt, and bottled water ($24). I stayed at a Home2Suites the night before and they offered WARM breakfast sandwiches and bagels from a local cafe. Likewise, other full-service hotels are operating their full-service restaurants. The first morning no one was in the restaurant, but the items were sitting out on the bar. I was told it was either grab-n-go or we could sit at a table. Not a soul was around, so we grabbed a couple of items and sat at a table. No utensils, so I managed to find some below a POS station. As we were almost finished, a guy appeared out of nowhere and welcomed us. He then brought over plastic utensils and made it a point to mention the hotel is only using plastic. - the toilet lid obviously was not attached when housekeeping cleaned the room, but they placed it on the seat anyway. The lid slid off on the floor the first time we used the restroom. - no mention of Gold status or benefits (breakfast, upgrade, etc.). The first room was the size of a broom closet. Called down and asked for a larger room. Asked the front desk about breakfast benefits and the lady was clueless. - Checkout took forever: elevators are extremely slow, front desk was trying to assist a line of four customers with only one person working. - Room took forever to warm up. Set it on 74 and four hours later it finally reached 72. - The tablet used to control the temp, lights, and TV would be great if it worked 100% of the time. - Requested for the room to be made up, but they were offering limited housekeeping (understandable). Was told they'd send up fresh towels and toiletries. Never arrived. Used the tablet to request these, which had to be done one item at a time. They eventually arrived. - The shower design is awful: when exiting one must be mindful to avoid the large pool of water on the tile floor. They should offer actual bath mats so guests don't have to stand on a completely soaked and soggy towel. Or, find a better way to seal the shower door. - Spotty wifi. Used my personal hotspot for part of the trip."
"Go to Ellie's at Hall Arts Hotel in Dallas' centrally located Arts District for any meal (I've been to Saturday lunch and weeknight dinner) for amazing fresh food, but allow time to tour the museum. Not a literal museum, but a provocative collection of modern art with an actual curator! The lobby, dining room, hallways, patio and conference /party rooms are full of surprises! We arrived in time to watch a magnificent sunset in the light-filled cocktail lounge, and the lights come up on the city as we sat down to dinner. House cocktails are all originals - ours was topped off with ginger kombucha - but don't miss the wine selection from the Hall family vineyards in Nappa! Everything offered has a unique twist - Even the bacon biscuits and Vermont butter were special! All in all, we were delighted and inspired by the inclusive, affordable, friendly experience! Special note to theater patrons: Avoid being late for curtain! According to dining room Manager Danny, you may valet park your car at Hall Arts, enjoy a fixed price three course meal for $38.00, walk across the street to your show at Winspear, AT&T, DTC, or Moody, then come back for your car afterwards.... and maybe even enjoy a night cap! "
"Brand new & already seasoned for a marvelous getaway from the norm!! We stepped into the gorgeous Hall Arts Hotel and was immediately surrounded by staff welcoming us with open arms! Totally Texan friendly welcome but modern in every way. The rooms and bathroom are perfection— felt like sleeping in a dream with artwork touches everywhere. I even loved the crinkled chambray wallpaper in the washroom. The highlight was eating at their new restaurant Ellie. They were extremely busy but found a way to accommodate us for dinner. We had the most delightful server we nicknamed Edward the Prodigy. He was genuinely warm & friendly— a dedicated world changer. My husband had the fabulous pork chop and I swear I saw a glimpse of a tear how delicious it was. I had the maple glaze salmon and told Edward it was probably the best I’ve ever had! Ever. We split dessert their now famous banana cream pudding pie. Everyone was SO friendly and treated us like family for the 2.5 hours we lavished over our meal and relaxed together. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks for making our romantic getaway REALLY perfect in every way! "

"We stayed at the Adolphus for NCA’s last week. Great hotel overall. I travel quite a bit for business and the character & customer service Is excellent here. Everyone tried to help if there is a need and the attitude if everyone I dealt with employed by the hotel is great. 2 small downsides. The Valet was not great if you’re parking. I think a lot has to do with the employee running the valet stand, not the valets themselves. I waited almost an hour for my car the first time and asked her 3 different times what the wait was. I finally went to an actual valet driver because I was pretty sure she had messed something up and sure enough she had pulled the wrong key but never checked it on any of the 3 occasions I went back to her. The next time it took 35 minutes. After tent I just went straight to the Valet drivers rather than call to the stand. Second is the cost of room service. I don’t mind paying for a good meal but by the time they add delivery & all the surcharges breakfast can be $50 - $60 for just a few eggs, toast, and coffee. Luckily the downstairs restaurant and sitting areas are very nice so if you are there for enjoyment and are not pressed for time it’s a great atmosphere and the price becomes more reasonable. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel in the midst of many cookie cutter national brands. If you’re there for work and are looking for everything to be fast and efficient this may not be the first choice. However, if you are integrating the hotel as part of your experience in Dallas it’s hard to beat. "
"We arrived around midnight on a Wednesday and still experienced exceptional customer service. Our room was upgraded to a terrace suite for a bit extra and wow was it worth it. We loved the overall architecture, dark wood, fine accent pieces, modern rooms, spacious bathroom, and deep tub the hotel had to offer. Just walking around and experiencing the atmosphere, bakery, and shop was a pleasure. I forgot my phone after checkout and it was there waiting for me at the front desk, staff was excellent. Professional, always greeted through the doors, great valet, and social distancing and masks were a welcomed sight."
"Booked a stay for a family celebration. Accomodations were fantastic on every level possible. My family had to cancel because of the COVID-19 outbreak, however, the concert they were to attend is postponed, so they will be traveling to Dallas and staying at the Adolphus when it is rescheduled. The staff was incredibly accomodating and the Concierge, Whitney, helped me plan the event so that it was one that was truly a celebration of 50 years of marriage. Thank you so much."
