Valet parking, excellent service, large rooms. When I arrived, there was a feeling of Alice in Wonderland.

An absolute shambles! We looked on booking.com where the prive was $254 plus tax so we drive over to meet the owner ken he told us we couldnt check in until 2pm as the toom was being cleaned and gavr us a sheet of nearby restaurants as there is no food whats so ever rhe resraurant Only opens on a friday and saturday so we drove for 20 minutes to one of the restaurants blue moon which was amazing, we went to a supermarket to get drinks and snacks in case we got hungry, when we arrived back there were confused guests looking for staff we waited 30 minutes before a guy arrived called ceasir who was a lovely man but he explained he was the only member if staff in the hotel which beings as there were children a pool and many guests is a dangerous situation we asked about checking in to be told it was now $399 plus tax taking into account the spa is closed there wasnt a restaurant no bar and no staff it was a ridiculous price we mentioned the earlier rate to be told that he would called ken who he said was the manager, Ken arrived 20 minutes later he told us he was the owner and was extremely rude and threw us out of the hotel! I have travelled the world and never experienced anything like this, the hotel is a health hazzard with no life guard for children no staff if there was a fire or accident the guy ceasor told us he had to try and do everything as he was a one man band! The hotel needs closing down until they can afford to run it efficiently

Hotel health and facilities are good. Next to it is a shopping plaza. The air-conditioning outlet was a bit noisy, and the room was changed like this, and I ended up sleeping with earplugs. The black milo next door was noisy and smoked on the first night, the sound insulation was not very good and the smell of smoke reached my house. Relatively bad. Then the hotel's cleaning work is not 24 hours.

It was clean, friendly and staff was very helpful. My only complaint the pool should be a b it updated.

We arrived early evening and immediately the valet parking attendant was at our door, handing us a ticket stub he says: Don't worry, take all the time you need to get your things ready and i'll take the car when you're ready”. That immediately relaxed us and the rest was a breeze. ”We have complimentary re-entry service so you can leave and return s much times as you desire”. Parking is $37, but as we were using points it was the only charge and worth it for us. Check in was quick and courteous. Elevators were quick and quiet whisked us up to our floor. Lighting in room can be a bit brighter we thought, but otherwise we managed. Beds were extremely soft and comfortable, with large feather like pillows - the kind you sink into. Bathroom is a room for itself, wit ha separate shower, toilet and bath area with a double vanity- two sinks. Plenty of storage space and all in all a true 4-5 stars. The rooms are very quiet as well. Only issue i would pass on to management is this: The main lobby should no be the gathering place for any type of socializing/eating. there are plenty of rooms in this very large building for that to be out of the way. Guests checking in would rather appreciate the relaxed and private walk to the elevators.

We had a pretty unpleasant experience here in February 2022. It was our third stay at the hotel and the service has gotten worse each time. We heard the front desk staff constantly arguing with guests while we were waiting in the lobby. The staff was generally pretty unfriendly, after some time in the lobby it seems the majority are burnt out. They would make fun of guests after berating them on the phone in earshot of other guests. We were pretty shocked by this behavior. They would always default to answering “no” for even simple requests and then eventually acquiesce. It seemed like a waste of time to start at no and work their way to yes but we witnessed this with at least 6 separate guests while we were sitting in the lobby. There is no business center or place for you to take work meetings outside of your own room. My husband was taking a business call on the second floor in the empty space and the salesman for the hotel came in with a potential client. He said within earshot “I have no idea how this guy got off the street and in here, I’m going to have security escort him out immediately.” If he had asked we would tell him that we had been told that it was ok to use that space by the front desk while housekeeping was in the room and we walked up the stairs. The facility is okay. It is pretty clean, with some signs of wear and tear. If you miss housekeeping you will have to wait until the next day (we called at 2pm one day because of work meetings and it was a no). There is no turndown service. The suites are large but are missing a dining table. Gym has all the basic equipment, pool is too small to do reasonable laps. The pool was completely packed every time we tried to go, maybe because there was an event at the hotel. The room service is not great, stick to the basics (burgers and fries). Terrible that they lost the steak house which used to be in the hotel because you could get a popover there in a pinch! Honestly, it is very unlikely we would stay here again even though we are often in the area.

What a strange, strange hotel. I'm a Hilton Diamond member. Hilton is running a promotion, encouraging you to stay in different brands, and The Roslyn (note the pretentious ”The”) is in one of their sub-brands. At Check-in, there was ZERO recognition for being a Hilton Honors member, let alone a Diamond member. I'd requested a Diamond Upgrade when I booked, which is supposed to be automatic. No upgrade. Instead, I was put in a room overlooking a rooftop with HVAC units, and looking up at the underside of a concrete bridge. SRSLY? The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, so there's that. But the bathroom? What a joke! The mirror is centered at 4” 2” over the sink! I'm not a tall guy, but I had to haul the ottoman in and kneel on it to shave! And the toilet seat is 14” off the floor! If you are older, overweight and/or have bad knees, how the heck are you supposed to do #2? Every Hilton property in the universe begins the che3ck-out process with ”How was your stay?” This place? Fuddedaboutit! The desk staff is either clueless, or they know the property is a joke and they don't want to hear about it. Wish I'd stayed at the Hampton Inn or even the Holiday Inn Express instead.

Not only is this place classy, they went above and beyond with customer service. They allowed me to charge my car (wasn't even a question if I could or not-that is not usual). I really loved the added touches! And the bathroom mirror knocked my socks off!

The hotel service is warm, our language is not available, but through gestures and other exchanges, the stay is very smooth. The egg roll for breakfast tastes good. The room decoration is simple but very clean.

Stayed here 3 times it’s a great place to stay away from Manhattan. Close by to a liquor store and supermarket for everything you need since all the rooms have a kitchen with utensils. The breakfast is great too

In general, it is attracted by the photos on the hotel page of Ctrip.com, and it is too great to exclaim the photographer after arriving at the hotel. Just a small roadside hotel, this price is not worth living.

Past reviews had feedback about construction. It’s over, and the place is engineered for a relaxing place if you are visiting Rye for biz or family/pleasure. Rooms are clean and I loved that they had housekeeping done each day before 10:00 am. We are here to celebrate a new grandbaby and have made this our “nest”. The cafe is excellent (I assumed nasty motel breakfast and got a delish Gruyère burrito.). Decent wine and excellent little convo spaces with TVs ( Succession!) where we felt like this is a home away from home. The staff are aware this is a turnaround and anxious to please in the best way. Lovely people. Once the night nurse is done, and the guest room is open, we may not need to Courtyard but as our family grows in Rye I’m so happy to know this is an option! Good job, people who work here 👍

We requested a ground floor room that was on the courtyard and not by the train track. Room was very clean and as expected. The check-in staff was courteous and pleasant. We did not receive the two extra foam pillows; but we did not press the issue. We could have walked to the desk and ask but we did not. What I didn't expect was NO lobby coffee and breakfast was $12.00 for one regular black coffee and one toasted bagel with normal cream cheese. Bed comfort was okay This was the First Marriott Courtyard that we ever stayed in and although acceptable, I believe that I will stick with the other two chains that we normally use.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I've checked into this hotel for a 2 week stay and I was nervous checking in because of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. My one bedroom suite was very clean and smelled very clean. So far it has been a pleasant stay. However, the sofa seemed broken. It sunk in the middle as if the springs gave out. Also, there was damage on the fabric probably from cat scratching. But, we expected damage like that being it is a pet friendly hotel. It wasn't too bad. But the sofa slumping pretty severely in the middle has been very annoying. The bathroom was good but they have 2 towel bars that are very poor quality and broke right away. I know it is a Residence Inn but they can have towel bars that don't fall apart. This was very annoying because there was only 1 hook in the bathroom....nowhere else to hang our towels. The pool......I don't know why it isn't opened yet. It had water in it but no one is allowed in the area. Actually, the swimming pool room looks more like a storage area for chairs, large equipment, and other stuff the hotel needs to store. It doesn't look like they are actively trying to get the pool up and running for their guests' enjoyment. The weather was lovely while we were here. So I was looking for ”a” seat or ”a” bench, but there were none outside....NONE. I asked management about if there is a place to sit outside with my dog so I could enjoy the weather. Management said they threw out their outdoor furniture during COVID and are awaiting new outdoor furniture. Really? Since 2020? How about going to Costco or B.J.'s for a bench. Just a suggestion. Fortunately, the Courtyard Marriott, across the parking lot, has an outdoor seating area which we were allowed to use. It was very nice, had a Western exposure and a lovely breeze. The hotel is in a business complex which had many, many lovely areas to walk my dog and relax. Also had some great restaurants in the area. Breakfast......has really gone down hill! The days they had fruit, they only had oranges and bananas. Other days there was nothing! I asked the hostess if they had a banana. She said we have no fruit today, flat out none. No fruit salad, no fruit cups, no apples.....nothing! Muffins/bagels were each individually wrapped which was nice, but the muffins had a funny ”chemical” taste to them. Waffle machine....non-existent. There was a lot of empty counter space in the breakfast area..... I suggest you bring your own food. Coffee was nice and plentiful throughout the day. It has a great laundry room with very new washers and dryers. They accept your credit card and do a good job cleaning/drying without damaging the clothes. $2.50/load. Maid service is every day if you like. If not, you can place your garbage cans and dirty towels outside your door. Daily, there was someone picking it up. They did a really good job keeping the hallways clean. The hotel always smelled and looked super clean. So, all in all, it is a good place to stay for long-term and if you have a pet

I booked the wrong date at the courtyard across the street and they were nice enough to contact the residence inn. Jennifer set me up with a great room for the night. They have a nice breakfast menu and the rooms are very nice and clean. I had a great experience with the room until I lost my wallet. They found my wallet in the room and mailed it back to me. Jennifer was so thoughtful and amazing. I never write reviews but in this case, I had to. Thanks for the great service.

Enjoyed this hotel very much. Stayed here two years ago and was very pleased so used them again. The blackout window shade option was great for our afternoon naps. The hot breakfast was so convenient. We were not disappointed!

The stay was very nice. It was a short trip. The only issue is that they charged me for the room on top of paying it through Trip.com. this is the second time this has happened through your site.
