Top 10 Water Planet Hotels

The location of the hotel is wonderful, easy to find and located at the beach front. However, the hotel is pretty old and the facilities are aged without proper maintenance, unfortunately. The air con was the old style and was extremely loud. Service is kinda below my expectation thought - overcharged the resort fee and put it on my credit card again even I made the cash payment upon check in.

If we would have stayed in any other room this would have been a five star rating. The hotel is great, the staff mostly helpful, the pool area one of the nicest in PCB and the beach access is nice We booked an inland view knowing fully well what to expect. But we were given a 5th floor room that only has a view of a ledge and wall. That’s part of the game if staying in a hotel in Chicago or New York but not expected here. Plus they’re painting the hotel exterior so all we had workmen walking past our window all week. We twice requested a move and they said they could not accommodate us as they claimed our rate was already ”too low” even though it was the standard rate booked directly through the Marriott website. Internet is good as even the basic Wi-Fi is both 100meg up and down so that if you're stuck working

Live your place. Peaceful..clean..friendly staff ! The outside accommodations..grills..bar ..games..pool..hot tub. Well equipped. Family friendly & close to attractions. Beautiful views. Would love to stay all winter at the osprey!
