Top 10 Watson Lake Hotels

We stayed here one night. The manager gave us an upgrade to a king suite. It has a coach and two easy chairs, a fireplace, mircorwave, fridge and coffee maker. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient to downtown. We walked to the square and also to dinner. The breakfast was varied. Olie made tender biscuits and gravy while T circulated and made sure everyone was happy and having a pleasant morning. Laurie kept everything well stocked.

We booked a a1 king bed, shower only room at your hotel on January 25, 2022 for Saturary, February, 19, 2022. I picked this room based on the Hilton website for Hampton Inn and Suites in Prescott Valley , AZ. The picture on their webpage showed an nice arm chair and a reading lamp behind it. I choose this room because my wife is handicapped, 79 years old, and needs the armchair for back support. She can also comfortably sit and read with the light positioned as shown in your picture. When I arrived I was assigned room 109. The room did not have the arm chair nor did it have a decent chair she could sit upon. I returned to the lobby so that I could get the room I booked and expected. I expainned the problem and asked for a room with a arm chair so that my wife would be able to sit comfortably. They told me there were no rooms with arm chairs and the pictures on the web page were old pictures. They also said the hotel was full and they could not move us to a different room. I asked them to book us into another hotel and they informed me all hotels were full without even trying to check if any were available. They showed me the chairs in the breakfast area but none were suitable. They offered to let us try the chairs from the office. I tried both office chairs to see if either of them would work, but neither were suitable. The chairs were ripped and falling apart with NO back support at all. At this Point they decided to comp the room as there was nothing else they could do. Without a decent chair my wife could sit in, she decided to just lay on the bed even though it was too early for bed time. I have traveled to many hilton brand hotels over the years and not once did we ever get a room that did not look like the images on the web site. I think they need to correct this situation What Prescott Valley Hampton is doing is not who HILTON is.

This historic building is full of charm and character. The 1930s design has been preserved as much as possible and the result is a quirky, atmospheric and rare hotel that’s refreshing change compared to modern, corporate chains. An outdoor terrace, cafe lobby, separate bar and throwback dining room are all great places to eat / drink / relax. Great location right downtown and free parking across the street. Our room was very small, which we were expecting but competitively priced ($110). Fine for 1 night, wished we’d stayed longer but would have chosen a bigger room. As it is an old building there are stairs, narrow corridors and the original elevator can only be operated by employees (but try it!). If you have restricted mobility this may not be for you. Service was excellent.

This resort has beautiful views and is close to downtown and close to lakes/trails. My husband and I had a King Suite with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The room was dated and the lighting was awful, but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice heated pool and jacuzzi. The servers at the bar were great. We had a lot of fun hanging out in the bar area listening to the live music they had. We were definitely the youngest people staying here, so keep that in mind if you're younger like us. We ultimately enjoyed our stay!

This is the finest Holiday Inn Express we’ve ever visited. It has all the usual features you’d expect, but all of them are done better than their counterparts nationwide. The breakfast is ample and tasty, and there is a really nice outdoor patio area adjacent to the dining area. The best part of our stay was the friendly staff. They truly seemed to care about their customers. Their smiles were genuine, and much appreciated. Keep up the great work!!

All was exceptional except entry. Whole bldg had no outside lights or unit door lights where I had availability. Breakfast was exceptional! Front desk helped as much as possible. Room was modern and spacious. CLEAN

We have been to this location in Prescott many of times. This hotel has always suited our needs if we have our dogs or just ourselves. They provide great service, great breakfast and even a gym to workout in! We will continue to reserve a room as long as there is family that lives in Prescott!
