Stayed here for new years, we went to friends for a party and as like many guests returned around 2:30. Only when we arrived back we were met with a woman and two teenage girls stuck outside as nobody was on reception, we pressed the intercom multiple times and knocked on fire doors etc. There was nobody around, we even went to harvester to see if the member of staff was in there as I think their staff was in having a drink still, the member of staff was nowhere to be found. Half hour had passed and another couple arrived so the numbers of stranded guests was growing, another 20 minutes passed and lucky for us a guest had heard us banging and came out for a smoke saving us. Still no sign of the receptionist!! After our tarnished sleep due to being stuck in the cold for an hour longer than planned we got ready to leave, while leaving we spoke with a now present member off staff telling them what happened, the lady in questioned was incredibly dismissive and short trying to make an excuse that the member of staff was off sorting out a heating issue for an hour. This was obviously a lie and they had clearly fallen asleep somewhere. Since this my wife has left two lots of feedback with no response and this was left 4 weeks ago, clearly premier inn are so big now that guest safety and happiness is not important to them so I would recommend the nearest hostel before choosing premier inn again.

a good stay, good food, very nice staff, very clean room, clean, bathroom, everything you need in the room, but it would be nice to have a plug socket on both sides of the bed and Wi-Fi needs to be better

Room just too hot that was the only negative but other than that I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was nice and loads of choice. Kids loved it. Would go again jus hope room windows opens next time

The suite we ha was good. The air conditioning was like an Asthmatic blowing on you. If you want to have a shower then you have to put ut on at least 15 minutes before you get in it. To get luke warm water. Our room was right above the wedding venue so got not much sleep. The room cost £200 a night and no breakfast included. Not worth the money.

The hotel itself wasn't too bad, strangely situated in Services which was noisy. Parking was okay although busy. Staff were friendly enough but not always available. I was with other family members who ordered a cooked breakfast which took an hour to arrive and then was basically cold, not impressed. The worst part of the stay was the room temperature, trying to get ready and then later to sleep was awful. I was on the ground floor, the first evening my room wasn't that bad but my daughter on the second floor, along with other family members, were far too hot. Our family party had booked for two nights to celebrate my son's wedding but my daughter couldn't stay the second night due to the room temperature, she actually chose to drive home rather than stay and another family member was thinking of sleeping in her car! Overall not the best stay.
