The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. But the surrounding facilities are generally in the suburbs of Paris.

Very nice Hotel in a central place, but yet far from the hectic. Train and bus stop in walking distance. Very nice room, spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom with shower and usual bathroom amenities. The Restaurant for Breakfast is nice, and the selection OK. For Dinner we invited friends over, and the waiter was fantastic. Spoke English, sadly the menu was only in French, but our friends helped out and we had a great time. My favorite waiter was the Bar waiter. He was funny and very attentive. He made great drinks and ensured I had a good local brew. We came with a 5 year old child and he spoiled her with sweets and tried everything to find a drink for her. We played Billiard in the Lobby and it was fun. When we come back to France and the Paris region, we will return to this Hotel. Really enjoyed it.

Novotel Orly I have been lax in writing reviews lately, and never imagined writing one for an airport hotel, but this place is definitely worth the effort. I had an early morning flight out of Orly and decided to stay at the airport rather than schlep in from Paris on a Monday morning. My check-in was quick and easy and they allowed me early access to my room, which are well designed, modern, clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. Public spaces are very warm and informal (not the usual cold reception desk in a sterile lobby) with well thought out colours and textures in a variety of seating areas and a bar that served snacks also. Also a place for kids to play video games and board games. Even a small library of interesting books. Now the real surprise was the restaurant. The baked filet of sea bass dish I had was worthy of a 5-star restaurant in terms of taste and presentation. The bread was warm, the butter soft, a sommelier brought out the wine and the creme brûlée among the finest. The dining room was warm and intimate, and I had a lovely waitress attend to me. There was a buffet breakfast offered and take away food ready at 5am. Once at Orly you are somewhat isolated as you cannot get access to the terminals without a boarding pass. There is a Franprix close to the hotel that will open soon apparently as well as proposed business park in the Couer d’Orly area of the airport. The Novotel is a great place to spend a relaxing afternoon/evening with a very pleasant and accommodating staff. Not one complaint whatsoever.

Good business hotel for south of Paris area, between Orly airport and Saclay, with outdoors private parking (free) and a few options for restaurants within walking and driving distance. Breakfast is good, staff is professional and rooms are quiet. Bathrooms could use a little refurbishment. Has a fridge, kettle and a large TV. A good option if you travel with kids is the third bed in triple rooms. Stayed in Feb 2022, Nov 2021, Oct 2021, Mar 2020, Fev 2020, Jan 2020, Dec 2019, Sept 2019, Aug 2019. Always my choice when driving in south of Paris, although not the cheapest in the area.

Good hotel. Family suite excellent size and Ammenties. Close to Paris-orly airport and only 5 mins walk to train - 20 minute ride to Paris. Safe area. Walked to many restaurants and supermarket. Would stay again.

The first thing you notice is how big and well kept the place is. Upon entering you realise it is modern and extremely welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful the place is clean and well kept. The person that made my stay memorable is a man named Werner , he floats around the place and is extremely attentive to the gust needs. Every time I needed something he was around to help with a big smile. I love his energy and how he makes you feel welcomed and important , incredible service skills. Werner makes an ideal ambassador for the Brand and I will definitely be using Novotel again.

Very close to the airport, the hotel has a good environment and convenient parking. The hotel staff is very welcoming and very friendly. In addition, there are a lot of buses going out, and it is very convenient to go to the big shopping malls nearby.

stayed 10 days in september2021. Room are clean and well equipped. no cutlery but front desk provided some on request. No housekeeping at this time due to covid. parking garage is tight but more than adequate outside parking was better. Front desk is very welcoming and helpful. Essentially walked everywhere and only drove to tourist areas. For the city it was better to take an uber than driving in as parking and traffic are a hassle

The hotel was just fine for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The best feature was room service until 11:00, which was great, since we arrived after the restaurant had closed. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable. HOWEVER, do not, under any circumstances use the free shuttle to Orly. The shuttle stops at many hotels between the Best Western and Orly. When we boarded the shuttle it was already quite full. At each stop, the driver allowed every passenger and their luggage aboard, well past when it was totally and dangerously beyond full until it was literally (this is not hyperbole) impossible to move. Even without covid and most passengers unmasked it was an accident waiting to happen. I would absolutely advise the hotel, actually all of the hotels on the shuttle route, to discontinue using the service for hotel guests. Do yourselves a huge favor and take a cab!!!
