Family trip with two 1- and 6-year-olds Even in midwinter, the indoor hot water pool temperature was 27 degrees (slide pool), 32 degrees, and jacuzzi, so I had fun playing in the water. The temperature was not very cold for a 1-year-old baby, and the outdoor pool was a little too much for a baby, but the water was enough for children to play even in winter. I chose a half board, but if you are not Turkish for afternoon tea, breakfast and dinner, there is not much to eat. However, it is located right in the outlet mall, so if you walk right out, there are restaurants, so I don't think you will add meals next time you stay. The kids club is very big and clean because it is not carpet. It is good for young children to play. There are playgrounds everywhere, so children can play well. The bathtub in the bathroom is a bit narrow. Overall satisfied and good for traveling in winter.

Merhabalar, Otelinize farkli zamanlarda üc kere geldim (en son Subat 2024) Hizmet anlayisi, hijyen, personel ve yemekler konusunda asina oldugum kalitenin, daha da yukarilara tasinmis oldugunu görmek sevindirici oldu. Ancak istekte bulunan misafirlere alkollü icki servisi yapilmadigini müsahade ettim. Oysa termal havuz sonrasi icilecek bir bardak bira, piyano dinletisine eslik edecek bir kadeh sarap ya da gunun yorgunlugunu gidermek icin aksam yemeginin yaninda alinacak bir kadeh rakı, günün keyfini daha da güzellestirebilirdi. Bu konuyu halkla iliskiler sorumlunuz ile de konustum ama yapilan aciklamalarin tatminkar olmadigini söylemem gerekiyor. Selamlar, iyi çalışmalar Bülent Özel...

Odalardaki termal havuzlar harika,Fizyoterapist uygulamaları muhteşem,Konumu harika,güleryüzlü hizmet,sömestr etkinlikleri keyifli Teşekkür ederiz Harika 10 gün geçirdik .Gelişimizde ⛄️ karşıladı bizi.Ailemle birlikte şahane 10 gün geçirdik. I highly recommend this hotel since you have private termal pool and Turkish bath in your room.And the rooms are very comfortable and large enough.You have nearly everything you have in your kitchen and house in your room.The meals in the restaurant is delicious too .On the other hand you can cook in your own kitchen in your house.In addition to these Hotel is very close to the main shopping centers It takes 5 minutes to reach by car. We spent ten great days with my family . Hope to come again next year during the mid term holiday. Thanks for being so helpful and kind.

I satyed at DoubleTree Afyonkarahisar for 1 night, it has been the worst hotel experience that i have ever had! our rooms was 708 & 710 on 13/7/2022 conformation no is 3266790803. from the begening the hotel was cuting cost starting from the lights in the lobby was off all the time ! then when checked in the rooms was so hot like sauna room! the AC was off and they told me it will get cooler, after 1 hour nothing have change, they send a techniction and he said directly under the AC it is cool! i talked with the receiption he told me it was from the sun ( but it was cloudy day! ) and it was at high floor which i didn’t ask for! after 3 hours the room is the same, when I talked the night shift manager he told me wait 1 hour more! it is already 7 pm !! when I told him I want a refund and I will go out to anothrr respected hotel he changed the room to upgraded one and he act like he is doing a favour to me with unstaisfied face!! at night on 11 pm I ordered a dinner from the room service for me and my kids, untill 12:30 am nothing there, when I called to ask about food they told me my order was on hold because they don’t know my room no !! they can monitor the room temprature from the system but they can’t know that! I belive that they did it on purpase! my kids went bed that’s night without having food! and don’t let me start with the breakfast buffet! it was a shsme!! there was 1 technician guy ( I spoted him from his uniform ) he came from inside the kitchen and giving orders to kitchen employee! and there was another technician guy who was flirting with the resturant receptionist while we entering!! my stay was a nightmare!
