Breakfast is a very simple cold meal, placed on a small table in the lobby, only boxed cereals with yogurt, apples, snacks or something. It's better to go to the cafe to eat hot. Room air conditioners and refrigerators are noisy enough to affect sleep. There is a parking lot. The location is very good, opposite the large lawn of high school, very close to downtown. When checking in, you must ask for a room with a balcony. Otherwise the window is very small, as long as you stay, you will not change rooms.

As I said in the title, it doesn't get any better than this. As an old guy who has traveled extensively at home and abroad, I know whereof I speak. Is it perfect? Of course not. But to call out those things that could be improved is to be churlish. The staff's attitude and service are the best I have ever experienced. The location is charming and just a very short walking distance from some fabulous restaurants. It sits at the entrance to beautiful Big Basin Redwoods State Park. Quibbles? The rooms could use more hooks for hanging towels and clothing; blackout curtains would be a welcome addition. Don't let these minor matters stop you from staying in a facility that comprises one of the West's most enjoyable lodgings.

Very good hotel, very sentimental, stayed six years ago, after six years, I feel consistently good, especially for people with petty bourgeoisie, basically can be a net red hotel, everywhere can take pictures. The location is also very good, recommend a place to stay in the Bay Area. Breakfast time is very human, usually until 10 o'clock, weekend to 11 o'clock, especially suitable for people who sleep late

We live in the Bay Area and have driven through Saratoga a million times (I even went to pre-school there a million years ago). As we started to ease out of the pandemic (or hopefully ease out) we wanted a 'staycation' so we could pickup wine from a nearby winery without having to drive far, enjoy a neighborhood we don't spend much time in, and visit Hakone gardens. The hotel has recently been updated, and everything was very refreshed. Service was delightful. The hotel was extremely clean. The location - right on the creek - was peaceful and idyllic. The bar was open that evening which was a nice extra, and there was an espresso rickshaw in the parking lot on Sunday morning. We accidentally left an item behind, and they reached out to us to let us know. Another great example of great service. Would cheerfully stay again.

Don’t expect to get any rest at this DoubleTree. We booked a hotel room for 3 nights. Room 201, the East wing of the hotel, right next to the retail shops (Marshalls), and above their delivery dock and industrial trash compactor. The rooms were nice & clean. However, you will not be able to have a restful stay at all. Friday night, we were awakened at 3:30am, by a big rig truck, delivering or picking up something. Not sure if it was working for the hotel or the retail, but after this, it was not easy to fall asleep again. Song with this nuisance the doors below us (staff entrance) would open and be slammed non-stop for the next hour. Saturday morning we told the front desk staff about the issue. They said they would move us on the other side of the hotel, but they had to wait for guests to check out (which they assured us they would have) and they could hold a new double room for us. We told them we would be back later after our event, to get the room. Later that day, upon returning to the hotel around 4pm, we came back to the front desk, there was new shift working the front desk. They told us they did not have a new room for us, and that they were fully booked, and were “prioritizing large groups” and did not have a new room for us. Extremely disappointing! Nothing we could do. The next issue was Monday morning. Awakened again, by the hotels laundry delivery service truck at 6am!!!! Rolling his Containers into and out of the truck, using the load lift gate each time. The rooms should be made sound proof, with sound proof windows as well. The hotel should also have an agreement with the retail businesses to not disrupt hotel guests with their deliveries and use of the trash compactor in the middle of the night! Bottom line, the fact that guests could not have a restful nights stay at a hotel, is not good for a hotel! I mean, isn’t this the main purpose for hotels?! For guests to be able to sleep comfortably without disruption?! So beware of this HUGE issue if you decide to actually book a room with this DoubleTree Hilton Hotel.

My husband, dog and I have been staying at this location since beginning of November. We have nothing but good things to say. Staff is polite, reliable and grounds and rooms are exceptionally clean. Amenities are open with required reservations (due to COVID) which is the pool, gym and even the FREE laundry. They are serving a ”grab N Go” breakfast due to COVID as well. Inside the rooms are either one or two bedroom. We choose the 1 bedroom, which has a very good size kitchen, full size fridge, microwave, cook top and even a dishwasher. Only complaint is no oven, but that is not uncommon in places such as extended stays. The cooktop does not heat up very quick and the pans provided are not non-stick, but it was easy to buy a nonstick pan to use. Living area has a couch bed sofa with a side chaise lounge and small chair. TV and desk in the living space. Bedroom is good size, great walk in closet and bed has been very comfortable. Location is great, close to major highway and just off a cul de sac so feels more private. Seems to be very safe area, have had no problems. Meet some other nurse travelers who also seem to enjoy staying here. Would totally recommend this place for anyone!! We will be extending our contract so we will be here for months!!! The nursing rate per day is excellent for the area!! Can not be beat!!!!!!
