The entrance is facing the chain bridge, the environment is beautiful, everything keeps the level of Four Season, the spa here is average, there is a small swimming pool and gym, but overall is good

The location was great as it was close to the Christmas market and had a spa.
I had lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious and the service was good.

Cleanliness was ok, breakfast fine, the stay was alright, a bit noisy being at the road but otherwise fine room. The reason I give only one star is because of the reception. Even though I can pay for the room with my credit card, because it was trough booking probably, everything else had to be paid with cash and every for every order they were adding a service fee even though I was waiting at the bar to pick up my drinks, coffees and sodas. And the worst part. I was there for the Formula 1. So I had to get to the track and the receptionist, (the one I’m giving one star for) advised me to take a taxi, easier to get there. I asked him to call one for me. After some time, a car arrived, not taxi, private car, and he told me that he’s the taxi driver and that I can pay with card but I should pay before we start, because at the track the signal for the card reader is not so good. It started to sound weird already. I asked how much for the ride and he said 20.000 HUF, that’s 50 euros. It seems expensive considering the track it’s not that far. I said I won’t take him and I’ll find myself a cab. I downloaded a taxi app, and I got a taxi in 2 minutes and I paid 8200 HUF, that’s 20 euros one way, and they had special car lane, no waiting times, everything was smooth. On the way back I took a taxi, same company, and paid 12.000 HUF, 30 euros, because it was a little bit busy, of course, after the race. So all in all, I paid approximately 20.000 HUF and that was what the first guy tried to make us pay for only one trip. I find it disgusting that the receptionist will do such thing to its hotel guests. Only because they are not local, it doesn’t mean that you can rip them off with weird service fees or fake taxi drivers and so on. I recommend the place for the stay, for what you pay you get good service. But don’t ask the reception for taxi, even though they display certain taxi companies on their desks, you don’t get one, it’s just misleading. Use taxi apps, they are plenty and very useful.

I have booked this hotel because it was conveniently located (close to my business destination place) and the price was very reasonable, however all good things I can write about this hotel finish here. It is located at the very busy road and even triple glazed windows and external blinds are not good enough to reduce the noise. The room facilities are very basic and everything is worn out (however I should be honest and admit that room was clean). Not much parking space in front of the hotel. I rated it 3 out of because the price was relatively low comparing alternative option for accommodation in this part of the city.

Hotel service is very good, room service is always responsive, and the attitude is warm, because the anniversary of the hotel also presented champagne. Macarons are given every night. However, I returned to the hotel on the first night and found that the room had not been cleaned. I communicated with the hotel to confirm that this situation did not occur again after daily cleaning.

As early as the hotel, although it contains a single point and self-service part, but the types are very few, are relatively basic types, and the hotel stayed for four days, almost no change early. There is a happy hour from 4pm to 6pm, offering drinks, wine, cheese and snacks, just four days. Overall, it’s a good niche boutique hotel, but Ctrip’s overall rating is high.

A very nice establishment very well located for visiting Budapest, because the location is central and it is very well served by means of transport. In fact, you have a metro line and a bus line right in front of the hotel. The decor is very beautiful and the staff provides top-notch service. The only downside to our experience was that our room on the 5th floor had 2 very high windows offering no possibility of having a view of the outside. This information was not brought to our attention when booking.

I like the hotel very much. It is an old building with more than 100 years old. It was formerly a ballet school. It is full of historical heritage. I highly recommend it, especially the spa on the first basement floor. It is a perfect experience!

Hyatt Hotel, a super beautiful and new hotel, was a little worried to see no comments at first, because the hotel was 19 years old, and I did n’t meet a Chinese when I went there, but I was very happy when I arrived, especially the lobby, which is too beautiful Come on! But the breakfast was expensive so I didn't buy it and I ate around. The fourth one is about 500 meters away from the hotel. It snowed on the last day so I ate at the hotel. I ordered some without breakfast buffet and the price was ok. Everyone has a very good attitude and must be rated 5 points.

The Deluxe View Room faces the main road and is arranged on the first floor. I feel like I'm standing on the road, listening to the surrounding vehicles galloping by, and have a headache. I called the front desk and no one answered. , Tell me that there is no room of the same level, only standard rooms, the room is 10 square meters small and no view, I asked if I want to refund the money, the answer is no, and I ask if I want to give some compensation, such as free breakfast, answer no The manager is off work and I don't have permission. The service is really bad. There is no permission at this point. What is your front desk? !!

I received a warm and personal welcome and I was allocated a suite which was of the highest order. The large space was excellent and the bathroom with a recessed bath tub and quality products possibly one of the best of any I have had at any 5 star property Ali Demirok went over and beyond the call of duty, a great personal guide and character. I am pleased to whole heartedly endorse this property.

The service was very good and the breakfast was great! There are also supermarkets, various cafes and restaurants at the subway station downstairs. The hotel has its own Michelin restaurant, and the historical building feels very good. However, the water pressure was not very good in the morning, but there is nothing else to fault.

The lobby is just fabulous and the Cafe de Paris, which is attached to, but not owned by (as I understand it) the hotel is totally amazing. Wonderful marble lobby, friendly and very efficient front desk/concierge staff and the rooms are good, but not exceptional. For sightseeing the location is not the best - there are no good restaurants around and about and the food on the hotel’s balcony overlooking the Cafe de Paris is boring and very expensive - as is the wine, and drinks in the lobby. We would recommend the hotel highly to friends but point out that the location is not the best for sightseeing - that said there is a Hop on, Hop off bus stop right outside the door.

Rarely one can find a hotel in which every aspect has to be rated TOP. The staff from bell boys to restaurant staff to front desk and house keeping! Little details were looked after and the friendliness of everyone was amazing. The food / selection / presentation .... from breakfast to dinner - all above expectations. The rooms are wonderful, well appointed and the beds as comfortable as one can hope for

We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk ”miscommunicated” us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

When I got the room I found 2 single beds instead of one king size bed I ordered. I asked to replace it and they just moved 2 beds tothether)). Disapointing !
TV is very small for today standards. Something like 27”.
The lamp near the bed was covered in cobwebs). For the hotel with such level is unaceptable. May be this room wasn't in use long time ?
The room is relativly small, I expected bigger. The brakfust was great, but dinner not at all.
Garage parking is crazy expansive: about 30 or 40 euro a day. Most of the cars in parking was Bently, BMW or Porshe. If you come with VW it looks vierd))).
