Rooms are large and clean. There are many power outlets. And the lights are easily controlled. The hotel is large but the elevators and breakfast never felt congested. The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the Shantou train station and about 10 minutes by car from the old town. The MixC and another mall are within close walking distance. I could not open the bathtub drain for some reason.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it has been pleasant indeed. The staff at the reception desk, Daisy, Rita, Ivy and Ella were very helpful. The bell boy, Wesley Xie was exceptional as he paid first for our Didi taxi ride out of his own electronic purse without pressing or reminding us to reimburse him. The front desk manager, without disclosing his name went out of his way to exchange hkd200 for us, using his own Rmb cash on our day of departure. This saved us the trouble for going to the Bank of China for Forex Exchange. Overall, this hotel 's staff served us with the attitude: Customer is the king.

If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the area well connected to the train station, this is it. Everyone in the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and specious, although if you are a non smoker better inform the hotel to prepare a room without the cigarette smell. They have Chinese style breakfast. During the weekdays, with only few guest, there weren't much choice, but everything was good. During weekends with more guests there were a lot of options. Only if they have real coffee, not instant... Hot Springs Area was additionally paid 88 per person, open 14-21. It was a very nice experience, but expect a lot of people during weekends. Unfortunately while inside, you cannot to go to the hotel restaurant to eat something, but you can order waimai. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and big thanks to the front desk staff for all the support 😊

This hotel is so well maintained. A big thanks to Ms Wen Jin from Liu Ling Bar for being so attentive and helpful. She delivers her services with great passion and enthusiasm. Also like to give a word of compliment to Mr Derek for arrangement a good room for our stay.

Facilities: Don't book a room without windows... The smell and moisture in the room are very strong, and the air is not circulated. Although the room is large, it is very depressing to live in. Location: Very close to Vientiane City. There are many restaurants nearby and it is very convenient to eat. Service: The management is not very standardized. When I went to check in, both front desk staff were playing with their mobile phones.

We are from Singapore, and this is our first visit to Shantou after Covid-related restrictions in China caused some confusion with Alipay and WeChat before we arrived. The two front desk staff, 彤彤 and 小 珊, truly made us feel safe and hassle-free during our stay. 彤彤 was incredibly patient, guiding us on how to use Alipay and WeChat to book taxis, make payments for food delivery, and even have food sent to our room. 小 珊 took the time to explain and recommend excellent local dining options around the hotel. My husband and I are genuinely grateful for their sincere assistance during our three-night stay. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated the tea set and the complimentary tea samples that allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea in the room. Chaozhou is famous for its tea. Tea bag in the room and the welcome tea are very good. Spacious room, very clean, staff is very friendly. Need staff’s assist to access the Wifi if you don’t have a local phone number.

Room is clean but bathroom toilet won't work, call front desk More than 20 minutes but nobody pick up the phone. I need to get down to speak to them.

This hotel was amazing. It had a great big outdoor pool, fantastic amenities, many restaurants, spa. Honestly for this price, it exceeded my expectations.
