Suzhou Four Seasons is located on an independent island in Jinji Lake. The design is full of Chinese aesthetics, the facilities are very new, and the service is ceiling-level. It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

Because of the gold diamond hotel, the requirements will naturally be higher, not to compare with the traditional five-star. Make some suggestions, I hope the hotel will be better. First, the hotel is a member system. I heard that it is more polite to the members, and I feel it and I am generally satisfied. There is this one in the country, unlike Four Seasons, Marriott, Park Hyatt and other chains. Therefore, it seems that membership is not very cost-effective. Second, the hotel service is acceptable, but not amazing, overall stable. Will take the initiative to say hello, not the kind of chain brand hotel is a bit of a standard, a bit casual, earthy feeling. This hotel is located in a scenic area with a great view of the lake. The sunrise greets you in the morning and the drivers take you to where you want to go. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of eastern and western dishes. My friend and i really enjoyed being surrounded by fall foliage. It's great for taking photos. The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there.
