"The environment and room type of this hotel are OK, it is the best I have ever stayed in the UK. Breakfast can be. Most of them are British natives. But there is a service I don't know whether it is a hotel or a Ctrip agent. I took three big bags, and the room is like a nine-curve bridge. From the bottom, the elevator is small, and the room is in the last room. , caused a lot of trouble for me."

"I was lucky enough to stay in your Beechnut Summerhouse Suite. We arrived late afternoon and was greeted by your fluffy cat and a warm welcome from the gentleman on reception, as soon as I saw the cat I knew I this was my type of hotel. Check in went smoothly and we were shown to our suite and offered a glass of fizz after been shown round. We were blown away, the suite was perfect. Well laid out, comfortable and pure luxury. We didn’t use the locally sourced paper box but this was a lovely extra touch. The wellies were also a fantastic idea, we used them while walking around the grounds while we still had the light. Dinner was wonderful. The food was presented well and cooked to perfection. Portions were a perfect size and I was able to eat all 3 courses (my favourite was the pudding, poached pear was simply wow and I’m not a pudding person!) The staff were friendly and polite. After our meal we wanted a drink but the bar was full so took advantage of relaxing in the lounge. We slept well, the bed was massive and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, a wide choice of food and juices. We both had a couple pastries and my hubby also had the full English. I’ve never seen such a well presented breakfast, he said it also was one of the best breakfasts he has eaten. Whenever we saw a member of staff we were greeted with a smile, everyone seemed so happy and eager to help. My only disappointment was that the treatment room was fully booked, if you want a treatment make sure to book in advance. I really hope I get the opportunity to visit again."
"We were celebrating 50 years together this weekend, obviously with lockdown restrictions going out for a meal was not going to happen. We ordered afternoon tea for 2 from the Norfolk Mead Hotel and collected it by driving to the door. A friendly employee put the box in our car boot and collected the envelope of money waiting there. We all wore masks. Felt very safe at this arrangement. The tea was really great, beautifully presented with minimum plastic packaging and most items lovingly wrapped in paper or cardboard with brown string. It all looked so lovley and tasted fantastic. We particularly liked the berry cheesecake, the thick slices of ham and the brownies. Now we want the restrictions to end so we can go back and sample a meal there and sit outside by the river in the summer. Well done, we are glad to support you in this great idea."
"We arrived and Dean could not have made us more welcomed. He was friendly and helpful and made us laugh (always important as far as I am concerned). We had two cottages and both were spacious and spotless with adequate amenities replenished daily. The cottages were really lovely, comfortable and private. Ours look out onto the garden and the river. The hotel has a number of walks around it which were very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent too with a good choice of cooked and fresh dishes. The location is perfect for easy driving to the marshes as well as inland to Norwich. Will definitely recommend. "

"Just had a lovely relaxing overnight break with the hubby for our anniversary and couldn't believe our luck when they kindly upgraded us yo a lodge! It was beautiful, overlooking the fields and the sunset! Thank you Park Farm! We enjoyed a couple of hours in the pool area which was lovely, not busy despite the hotel being full. The staff we encountered were so welcoming and helpful, even when we changed our dinner reservation and breakfast slot last minute. We had breakfast room service for a small charge, well worth it to enjoy the lodge and very tasty. Dinner in the restaurant was ok, not the best food we ever had but was fine. This was the only minor point we felt could be slightly improved on. Would stay again :)"
"Went here for a birthday trip yesterday and what can I say? It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. I cannot stress enough how nice and welcoming the staff were considering the current circumstances. They made our stay as special as ever with a room upgrade to the oak suite which was astounding! Not to mention some birthday goodies too. Food was crafted with care so compliments to the chef/s!! Can’t wait to stay here again hopefully when all this has blown over so we can enjoy the leisure facilities. Overall, an absolute pleasure and nothing negative to mention!! "

"The ground is not flat, and it is easy to trip because it is an old building. There is no elevator in the room on the third floor, and you need to drag your luggage up. But the room was clean and the service was good."

"After having three holidays cancelled due to Covid decided to head south to avoid Boris bans up north. Chose Norwich after a short visit a while ago. Hotel was superbly situated with ample parking and a friendly welcome on arrival, all COVID restrictions in place but managed very well. We initially had booked two nights but extended to the third. The room was typical premier inn clean, spacious and a decent bathroom, there was no room cleaning available unless specially requested due to the pandemic. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent despite it having to be table service and the choice was all still available, we also ate twice in the restaurant and the food along with the service was excellent and good value. The city centre shopping is a ten minute walk away along with several decent bars, one mention for the pub across the road from the inn ( the complete angler) which was both lovely and friendly "
"We live in the city centre but due to having a new floor laid decided to stay here for a Fri and Sat night. Great welcome and lovely comfy family room. My 2.5 Yr old was having the time of her life as she thought she was on holiday (not much to compare it to this year unfortunately).. We booked full breakfast both mornings and even though we intended to go out for dinner.. both nights we ended up in the restaurant downstairs. Great service.. All the ladies and gents who looked after us, were superb. A big thankyou you made things very enjoyable. The food was good no complaints and the atmosphere was really lovely. Times are very tough in the hospitality industry at present so we definitely appreciated all your hard work. "
"No plug sockets next to bed. WiFi did not work on laptop and was very slow on mobile phones Air con noisy and did not seem to warm up or cool down the room. There were cobwebs covered in dust on the ceiling and on top of head board. Only get one set of pillows so need to ask reception for another set. Due to covid, coffee and tea etc does not get refilled every day so have to go to reception to get more. Could do with modernising compared to other Premier Inn hotels. Easy to check in and out. We had the top river room. There are two separate windows so didn’t hear the traffic. Only 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bowling. Big tv with very comfy bed. Decent bathroom with powerful shower and big towels. Shower gel available and big mirror in bathroom. Black out curtains were a live saver."

"Very good customer service offered by Table Table at the Nelson Road, Norwich Premier Inn restaurant by Manager Peter Ramsey on Sunday, 4th October. Due to a genuine miscommunication and oversight, we arrived to our pre-booked table within the required time and found there was no booking. The kitchen were closing and were unable to take our order. We were informed by a member of staff that we would be unable to order food. Peter handled the situation in a professional manner and resolved the problem. Peter was able to sort out the issue by speaking to the kitchen and proceeded to arrange for us to be served with food and drinks. We understand we’re in unprecedented times and we thank Peter for his display of clear leadership. Thanks once again Premier Inn for a wonderful stay."
"We were so disappointed with our stay, after having a lovely night at another premier inn location the night before. I really dislike having to be negative but this hotel stay was a chain of unfortunate events. On arrival ( after 3pm) our room wasn’t ready and we were offered another. Unfortunately this was badly positioned for us with a young child, so we declined and waited for our original room. On entry, we were hit by an alarming smell and investigated to find the bins positioned directly below our room. It wasn’t an overly warm night but our room felt like the tropics and the window had to be left open for the small amount of cool/smelly air that it let in. When putting my daughter into bed, I moved a large cushion to find a huge nail clipping on the floor; refrained from vomiting and persevered. The heat in the room was so intense that we needed to put the fan on, to circulate the smelly hot air. However, I firstly had to spend 20 minutes completing the next challenge of taking the fan apart and cleaning the thick dust off the blades and cover! Thankfully I had a stash of kitchen roll and zoflora in my Mary Poppins bag! Eventually the loud hum of a generator helped me to drift off into a sweaty sleep! For such a beautiful city, it was the worst hotel room I’ve ever experienced. "
"Stayed here for four nights with my teenage son. Rooms really clean and comfortable-great nights sleep. Good breakfast and I had one meal in the restaurant which was also very good. Main thing I noticed was how hard the staff work to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. Won’t hesitate to book again next time we stay in Norwich."

The Bridge,Wroxham, Wroxham, Norfolk, United Kingdom
"We have just returned from a stay in a cottage straight across from this Hotel. I asked the owner of the cottage for a restaurant recommendation for a nice meal for my husband's 60th birthday. Straight away she said this one, but we would need to book as it gets very busy. We arrived on Saturday and looking at the Hotel from across the water it didn't look anything special so we called for a drink to take a look. Inside is beautifully decorated and well laid out, it's a credit to the owners. You cannot beat the location, directly on the river. We had no hesitation on booking a table for Tuesday evening. I really wish now that we had eaten there every night, but we just called for a drink. Our meal was delicious, they bring a beautiful bread roll complimentary which the chef has made that day. The seafood starter was amazing, garlic bread and hummus with a hint of Cumin was also delicious. Our main of surf and turf, a special on the night, was very good, steak cooked to perfection. The portions are not small and we couldn't finish it but had a good try. It was that good that we ate there on Wednesday as well, the fish pie is to die for, piping hot with king prawns, mussels, etc, and a creamy mash. I can honestly say I have never had a fish pie as nice. My husband had the fish & chips, that was also delicious. I have put a pic on. The staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would say it's the best place to eat in Wroxham and you can sit and watch the world go by. Places with good quality home cooked food are few and far between. Can't wait until we return in September. "
"I am staying at the Wroxham hotel every Tuesday & Wednesday night for the next 7 weeks for work. When I first arrived, the staff member on reception was very friendly, told me where to park, and checked me in - he was very helpful and asked about dining preferences, I booked in to eat later that evening. My room was very very clean, decorated lovely, had really nice touches including some biscuits and hot chocolates in the tea & coffee pack. It had all amenities you could need in the bathroom plus a hairdryer (which I had actually forgotten so was thankful for). The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. I went for dinner at 6:30, the waiters were helpful and made sure to keep coming back to see if I needed anything. I ordered the Wroxham burger & a Diet Coke. The Burger was out of this world, it came with fries, coleslaw and onion rings, presented beautiful and tasted amazing - I just wish it was slightly smaller as I felt awful leaving some food. The owner - Wendy, is so friendly and very helpful. As I am staying for 7 weeks for work over lockdown, she went through food preferences with me for breakfast and told me about the take outs for dinner. She even accommodated making me a sandwich for next days lunch!! I was overwhelmed by the kindness and helpfulness. I am only on week 1 of 7, and so far I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Very friendly & helpful staff, beautiful rooms and tasty food. Would recommend everyone I know to stay here."
"I drove over the bridge and got my first view and thought oh dear what have I done here. Once you walk in though mu god did I change my mind, lovely reception area leading to a great bar and restaurant. The staff are exceptional really friendly and can’t do enough for you. We where shown to our room which was lovely, well decorated and modern and the view was fantastic. We popped to the bar had a few drinks and went for a walk around. Booked a table for 7 in the restaurant it was a busy night but service still great. The food was lovely, few more drinks by the log fire then bed. The quietest and best sleep I’ve had in years in a really comfortable bed. I git up nice and early and had a cuppa on the balcony, great to watch all the local fishermen pulling out pike the size of small crocodiles out of the water, The breakfast was beautiful and again the service superb. My understanding this is a work in progress and once the outside has been spruced up it will be outstanding. Absolute gem of a find"

"Absolutely fantastic stay, with exceptionally professional and welcoming staff, an incredibly clean and comfortable room to stay in, and fantastic food! Couldn't recommend them more! Despite returning to the hotel after drinking, only to discover my room card had been left inside the room itself, a member of staff was quick to resolve the issue, and helpful in every way!"
"Stayed for 5 nights during September. All relevant provisions were in place to help with the Covid problems. Reception staff as always with Premier Inn were polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and spotless. As we were there for 5 nights they made sure we had adequate towels and drinks to last us for the duration of our stay."
"Staff are excellent and provide a well above average service. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent. If you ask for anything- extra sugar and tea or extra pillows - they are supplied cheerfully "

"We stayed here early Nov on the special weekend deal RO. Clean cosy room, door a little thin as we were woken very early Sunday am by someone chatting before he went for a run. Very close to town, 10 mins walk maximum. Parking no problem. Very attentive staff, breakfasts were great, coffee could be a little stronger, but the proper tea we had on Sunday was spot on. We will definitely return."
"Currently staying here in The Stables which is an apartment across the road from the main hotel. Returned back from theatre tonight to bar at 9.45 pm and asked for food, bar staff told us that even though they usually serve til 10 pm, they were cleaning the kitchen down and so we were too late. Recommended a pub up the road a good walk away. We asked for cheese and biscuits or anything cold, but we were told ‘no’. As a result, evening ended in a mad dash around Tesco before they closed. Not how I thought our evening would end. Good job we were sober and could get ourselves there!! I can understand that a hotel may not want to accommodate walk-ins but it seems that even as a hotel guest, you will receive the same treatment. A disappointing first night here for us, but lesson learned - eat in the city if on a night out."
"Visited last week for a long weekend with girlfriends. Service was excellent throughout our stay. Food very good. Recommend The Nest if you are in a group as it has a separate sitting room. The centre of Norwich is easily walking distance. Highly recommend The Sainsbury Centre, a short drive from the hotel."
