Отрегулировать температуру нельзя - летом она дует только 22,5 градуса, а зимой теплом. Это мне сказал мастер по их обслуживанию в этом отеле, когда я пожаловался, что не работает пульт. А он, оказывается, и не должен! И еще. Передвигаться между этажами можно только на лифте - на лестницах двери открываются лишь в одну сторону, что неудобно. Поэтому только 4.

В отеле ничего не понравилось. Отель позиционирует себя на 4 звездочки. В холле весят фотографии известных артистов с благодарственными отзывами. Да, холл красивый, но я живу в номере. А номер и сервис не соответствует заявленным звездам. Отель расположен неудобно, на узкой улице, подъезд затруднен. Завтрак не соответствует 4-м звездочкам. Мы пришли на завтрак в 8:45, нарезка, салатики и прочее было съедено. Потом, правда, вынесли, но народ уже закончил завтракать. У нас было два номера. Лето, жара. Мы приехали в 22:30. Бутылок с водичкой в номере нет, чайника и чашек нет. Даже за деньги в баре нет минеральной воды! Номпера 317 А и 324 А. Вентиляция в ванной не работает. Духота жуткая. Если открыть окно, то стоит гул от какого-то устройства, хотя окна во двор. На регистрации очередь. Работает один человек. Регистрация заняла минут 20. У отеля есть парковка, При бронировании номеров мы указали, что нам нужна парковка. Когда приехали, парковочных мест нет. Посоветовали искать бесплатное место или поехать на платную парковку. Это нормально? Мы бронировали заранее. Почему мое место отдали кому-то другому, кто приехал раньше , но без бронирования. Мое бронирование должно меня ждать. Одиннадцать часов на платной парковке обошлись нам в 520 рублей.
