If you don't like the hustle and bustle, you can choose this hotel. You can hear the sound of the waves when you sleep at night, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery quietly without leaving the hotel. The road in the hotel is relatively steep. If you contact the front desk before going out, there will be a car to pick you up at the door. The service is very good. Every staff member is very friendly. If you need help to find the hotel staff, they can respond quickly. In addition, the hotel breakfast is really delicious, and it is different every day. I have been to Thailand for fun in recent years, and I think the service of Thai hotels is really good. I think you must be mentally prepared when going abroad. After all, it is different from China. |10.57km from Uwc Thailandoverall, it was an average experience—you get what you pay for right. The hotel offers the bare minimum in terms of comfort, but having access to the gym, sauna, swimming pool, and laundry facilities definitely made the stay more manageable.
The rooms are cheaply made, and sound insulation is practically nonexistent. Every single noise from the hallway is loud and disruptive, from people talking to doors opening and closing. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and I woke up exhausted every morning.
Another thing you’re only allowed two towels, and you have to bring them downstairs yourself to exchange them. The same goes for any other amenities you need; you have to go down to the front desk to request them. The pool area lacks didnt have soap in the bathrooms. They also do not provide washcloths, so be sure to bring your own.
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the cleaning staff was not as accommodating. When I asked for toilet paper, the cleaning lady was visibly irritated and slightly rude, which was surprising, as I had never encountered a Thai service worker with such a prickly disposition before.
On a positive note, I did enjoy being able to watch the sunrise from my room—it was a nice touch. However, the constant noise and lack of sleep made my stay far less enjoyable than I had hoped. If you're looking for a budget stay with basic amenities, this hotel might work, but don't expect much beyond that.
Would I stay again? Probably not.

It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea, along the way there is a 7/12, barbershops, cafes, all kinds of fruit stalls where you can make any fresh juice from tropical fruits, massage parlors, etc. On the beach itself there is a smoking area/beer/fresh juices/jet skis/toilet/shower, in general, everything your heart desires! We spent 2 weeks in complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone!

There are bottles of shampoo, etc. The pool is good, there are sun loungers around it. The whole area is planted with trees and flowers. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the beach (Kata), 35 minutes to Karon. But you can rent a bike, 250 baht if the owner's bike is free, 350 for others if the owner's bike is busy. The owner herself speaks English well, you can solve any problem. Remoteness has advantages, there are inexpensive but tasty cafes with friendly staff and a 7-11 store nearby. I definitely recommend this place.

It only takes 10 minutes to call the hotel and the fare is about 170 Thai dollars.

The hotel does not have slippers or toothpaste, but toothbrushes are provided
However, the hotel staff was kind and informed that if you want to purchase, you need to go to a convenience store.

We had booked a round-trip airport transfer and was provided assistance when departing from Phuket Airport by the airport representative. Anton helped us get checked in to our airline and dropped off our luggage. This was a nice touch provided by the hotel. We booked a partial ocean view pavilion. The room was very clean and modern. The decor makes the room feel comfortable and each room has a private pool. Attention to detail is top notch and is what sets this hotel apart. Breakfast at Red Sauce was exceptional as there were plenty of food selections to choose from. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors during breakfast. Sitting outdoors will grant you a view of the pool. The dishes we ordered from the a la carte menu came out quick and everything we ordered was delicious. The service here is what truly makes this hotel a definite return for me in the future.

Due to the room not being ready yet, we were told to wait for 15 minutes; however, after more than 30 minutes, when I checked with them again, they told me it was ready and led us to the room. Once in the room, I felt that the room was not thoroughly clean. The bedsheet has a bit of a stain on it. When we called to check if we were able to change the bedsheet, they said housekeeping ended work at 5 pm and suggested giving an extra blanket to cover the stained bedsheet first and changing the next day. Overall, the staff are very friendly, but the hotel room is on the old side, and the location was a bit remote as well.

The rooms are very tired...for 2-3 days it's ok. Just right before a flight or for tourists who have just arrived. I wouldn't stay longer.
The houses overlook the road. It's not noisy at night.
A lot of mosquitoes. It's better not to keep the door open.
The air conditioner works well, it's quiet. There is Wi-Fi.
