I was here for 10 days during the lantern festival. Chose this place for the price and the location (right next door to the bus station) and was pleasantly suprised by my room, which was enormous and the shower was much better than it looked, plus the wifi was good too. So excellent value for money but it was the staff who get this place a 5 star review . The staff could not have been more helpful and really go out of their way to answer all guests questions. I hired a scooter for a week and they gave me a very good price and a nice bike too. I was worried about noise, being so close to the bus station but there are hardly any busses so no noise at all.

The room was spacious and well equiped, dinner in the restaurant was pretty good and breakfast is an extensive buffet with a mix of Asian and more Western foodstuffs, so most people will surely find something that they like. In fact, we liked our stay so much that we wanted to be there again during the birthday celebration of my companion. And the staff knew that we had been there before as the words ”Welcome back” were written in flower petals on the bed when we arrived. Nice gesture. Because we would be traveling before we got this hotel, I did not have time to arrange for a special surprise myself, so I contacted the hotel staff. Their response was amazing. Not only did they arrange for a beautiful bouquet of red roses to be given at breakfast, they also added a hand drawn birthday card ... and offered a birthday cake while the entire staff sang ”Happy birthday”! Even some of the other guests joined in the song. Needless to say that the surprise worked wonderfully... The staff was wonderful throughout. On the first evening I had a special request for a wine that they did not have available and they just went out and got me a bottle of very nice wine! The hotel is pretty much well described elsewhere on these pages, so I can be quick about that: lovely setting, beautiful buildings (make you think that you are visiting a Thai palace), great swimming pool, nice, clean rooms... In brief: the works. When we left, we had to catch a plane on Sukhothai airport. The hotel provided a shuttle service for the one minute or so drive, so great time overall.

I happily stayed here for 3 nights. Sukhothai Garden ticked all boxes. The historical park is walkable. Many choices of breakfast from Thai to Continental. Coffee, tea, water, ice, cup noodle and fruits are available all day. We can have breakfast while enjoying a beautiful garden. Room is simple and clean with hot shower, fridge, television and balcony. Towels and slippers are clean. The location is heaven. Restaurants, coffee house, convenient stores are in walking distance. It’s so close to the market make it convenient to get food to give alms to monks at dawn. Plenty of bicycles to borrow, including ones with child bike seats. Owners and staffs are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The owner’s wife made breakfast for their guests and she also shared me her family meal to try some local food. I’ll come back again definitely!

Great place, great service, great room. Had a decent breakfast and the staff speak amazing English. The place was quiet and we'll kept. There is bicycles to rent for 50 baht and a large pool to relax. Would def. Come back.

I still have one night to go. But our experience has been fantastic. We came with no expectation and were totally surprised with the beautiful property, the helpful staff and good food. The rooms are big and spacious. Bathrooms very clean. The property itself has a lotus pond at the centre and a rustic yet elegant vibe and feel. Look forward to tomorrow night and to try out the spa.

This EZ House is located on the west side of the new city of Sukhothai. There is a tourist information near this inn. There are free bicycles here. We cycled to Sukhothai Historical Park.

A large 4 story hotel along the bypass line in the northern suburbs of Sukhothai city. It is a hotel with modern facilities in Sukhothai City, where there are many hotels in the old state of small grain property, and it is characterized by the appearance that reminds me of the traditional house of Thailand style. It is difficult to have a little 々 distance to the old merchant house and the rotary area with the downtown area, but because it is a suburban location, access to this hotel was good without getting lost. The rooms are small 々 but the hardware is solid and the cleaning is done properly, so if you consider the low room rate, you will pass the score. I noticed the lack of amenities (no shampoo), which was divided into a common custom for hotels throughout Sukhothai Prefecture. Although it is a management attitude that emphasizes cost performance, it is not cheap or bad, and the quality of stay is above average. The reception staff was polite and I liked it. Incidentally, there was a large super Marquette of the local system which seems to be due to the management of the same owner in the site of this hotel, and it was saved without having to go out to buy food and so on.

This was part of a package tour. The property is quite charming and rustic...with a Thai feel throughout. The room itself was a bit quirky but in a good way. There is a river flowing through the middle of the property with lots of trees. This is good and bad since there seems to be a lot of mosquitos. The restaurant had decent breakfast and dinner. The property is close to the historic landmarks. It is possible to walk out of the property for local restaurants.

What a lovely place! Clean, new, nicely located (about 30 minutes from Sukhothai Historical Park, market and busses to Chiang Mai and Bangkok. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Worth renting a bike from the hotel and move around. Even you can enter the park by paying extra 10 B for the bike, which is very convenient for seeing everything in an hour or so. Big C and a shopping center are a few km away from the hotel, there there’s only place to exchange money.

Great place to chill. If you stay a few days, make sure you get a room overlooking the ponds so you can relax on your balcony in beautiful surroundings. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but you do need to get used to the early morning cock crows and radio wake-up call at the back. The lady on the front desk seemed a bit abrupt at first, but turned out to be really friendly and helpful. We rented bikes from here for 90 Baht a day. They need maintenance so check the brakes and seat before you set off. Yes, you can rent bikes near the park entrance for 40 or 50, but you have yo get there first. We also needed them to get to the Phum Por and Sinvana restaurants. The hotel restaurant is ok, but the others offer much better choice and fare. Breakfast is the usual Asian 3-star Hotel offering

Everything was perfect- beautiful resort -friendly staff- good food- we had a room by the pool, the room was very Clean- The gardens were some of the most beautiful that I have seen. We were on a tour of north Thailand and it was the best Hotel of the 6 that we visited. would highly recommend it.

Beautiful middle-class hotel in Sawankhalok. The room was absolutely very good and the staff very friendly. Whoever seeks some rest from tourism and nevertheless does not want to be aside from a city is right here.

The hotel is a few minutes from the airport (there are very few flights and noise is not an issue). It is set in the countryside with rice fields and 'dinosaurs' surrounding you. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and our room was large and very comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk to Sukhothai Heritage Resort where meals are served and the evening meal we had there was very good. An excellent choice for an overnight before a flight although too far away from Sukhothai to consider staying here for longer than that.

Clean accommodation, good service, very nice atmosphere. Convenient parking. Accommodation near the Yom Kippur River near Sukhothai Historical Park is convenient and quick to book through Ctrip.
