It is the college dormitory that opens for traveler/visitor during the peak season in Edinburgh. Overall, it is okay to stay as the hotel near downtown is fully booked during the festival. The staff at the front desk is nice.

The location is not downtown, but near a local community and the beach, which is peaceful and clean. The only thing is that have to take 30min bus to the city centre. The service and facilities are all great. Soundproof if ok and acceptable.
