The room is spacious, clean and tidy. It is recommended. The breakfast is also very good. The front desk ladies are also very enthusiastic. The room aunt is also very good. The restaurant guy and aunt are very good. Very good stay experience.

Have hair. Told the front desk. No reply. No service at all. I don't understand the family room I booked. There is only one breakfast. Either you have nothing or you have it all. What the hell. Very bad experience.

房間挺大的，床挺舒服的，酒店前台服務很好，一樓有兩個洗衣機，兩個烘乾機，有停車場，有點小，電視網絡有問題看不了😂如果需要淋浴拖鞋需要致電前台。

房間真的很大，衞生間很大，真正的山景，位於市中心，到哪裡都不遠，打車非常方便。酒店工作人員的服務非常好。在高層能夠通過窗户看到遠處，讓心情變得更好了。

星程酒店品質不錯，服務很好。在下關區，交通方便，周邊1公里內有很多美食餐廳。這次在大理的三晚都住在這裏，比較滿意。前台幾個小姐姐工作負責認真，值得表揚。

位置房間都很滿意，面積不小，非常舒適，服務也不錯。就是停車位不算多，門前加後院一起也停不了太多輛，前台説還可以停在路口對面的小區裏，步行距離一二百米左右。淡季停車應該無壓力。
