Bath floor is rotten with mold. I got sick and had to take anti-biotics. I booked and paid for 3 weeks, but they only setup my card key for a week. Was locked out in the middle of the night. Staff don't get back to you. This place is a health and safety risk.

There were always men at the entrance door loitering or keeping watch. Pit bull in the hallway. Razor found by child in the bathroom. I heard the outside door slam 20-30 times during the night (around 2am-4am). The renovations did not include any repairs to the water damaged doors, door trim, or popcorn ceiling stains. The frontdesk person who is also the housekeeping person was very courteous. No personnel on property after dark - I don't blame them, I didn't want to be here after dark either. Walking distance from "Knights Library" bar and plenty of men loitering around the door. Bring your own soap and toiletries, there aren't even mini-versions available. Kitchen appliances but no kitchen items - no coffee pot, no mug, no spoon.

My stay at this place was almost identical to another reviewers', so I wont get heavy with the details. All I will add is that on the first day I checked in there were little ants crawling in the kitchen, I told the front desk and they scoffed at me and told me the room was cleaned but that they would put in an order for their "pest control" to come and check it out. I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies to take care of it and a few days later I see a train of ants crawling around floor, along the wall. Again, I go to the front and they tell me that I "need to not be so messy" which is absolutely unprofessional. I knew the ants would be a problem so i've been taking the necessary precautions to avoid this and instead of taking care of the issue they tell me that they will call their "pest control".... while it's been recently "renovated" it's like a bandaid barely covering all of their problems. this place is a sketchy ass dump with zero services. Not even the bare minimum like sweeping/vacuuming the floors.
