This was my second stay at this property. The location of this hotel is excellent. Across the street next to the hotel there are many dining options in addition to a shopping center. Uludag mountain and other touristic spots are easily accessible. There is also the option to use the tram if you choose not to drive. The warm welcome and hospitality provided by each single member of the staff is what made me come to this hotel a second time and will guarantee a third return to this location. Very friendly and genuinely welcoming. The property was very clean. The spa was a great addition to go and relax after enjoying the snow in uludag mountain. Breakfast was great in morning. There’s a huge open buffet and you can have things made to order as well. Taste and Quality of food was excellent. Hands down this is my go to hotel in Bursa. Highly recommend this location.

Me and my family stayed for 13 nights in this hotel and our experience was perfect. The reservation staff accommodated our requests without any issues. The reception staff was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and so was the housekeeping staff. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby area and the hotel cafe are good and comfortable to lounge in. And the hotel spa has a fantastic indoor thermal pool and a nicely sized outdoor pool. I would highly recommend Celik Palace to anyone visiting Bursa, especially families. Looking forward to our next visit.

Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve tesis hakkında bilgi veren hanım hariç yüzü gülen kimse yok. Spa ambiyansı adına danışmanlık almanızı tavsiye ederim. Bunların hepsi geliştirilebilir ancak orada çalışanlara bağırıp duran elindeki eşyaları gözümüzün önünde sağa sola vuran Hanım orada çalışmaktan pek hoşnut değil gibi geldi bana. Ben spa ya rahatlamaya, stresimden arınmaya gelirken masaj odasına kadar gelen azarlama sesleri beni rahatsız etti. O kırmızı pantolonlu hanım orada oldukça da bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

A 3-star hotel situated in strategic location just meters away from Ulu Camii, within very short walking distance of ”çarşıler” and ”hanlar”, 30 minutes walking from Muradiye Kulliyesi, and easy public transportation to go everywhere in Bursa include to Telefrik. The hotel has certificate of safe tourism and clean. Basic Turkish breakfast served in plate, friendly staff especially Orhan Bey. In the reception there is a mini coffee shop with superb filter coffee (better than Starbucks!). Many kebap and iskender restaurants around but for vegetarian like me, just one block away there is Şehir Lokantası with vegetarian options. The only cons is the single room has neighbor's wall view.

I visited the hotel around 5-6, there was always a problem with prices and cleaning. We came here by chance. The cleaning is very beautiful in terms of both location and rooms, the staff's relationship with the rose face is more important than all. At the same time, the prices are appropriate. Convenient location as it’s 2 minutes from nearest tram. Note it is not possible to walk to city centre due to motorway and no visible pedestrian path ( we tried ). This hotel itself was average in terms of the room furnishings, carpet and bathroom. Room size was generous. One room had a funny smell probably from the shower. Unfriendly staff who did not make you feel welcome at reception or at breakfast. Below average breakfast because it was the same on 3 days, and when the coffee machine broke down they didn’t bother to fix it or offer you any alternative! Shocking service. I saw a football team check in there I wonder how they felt it. I think if they improve their staff attitude and hotel cleanliness it could be a better option in future. At this point I will not stay there again I would look for alternatives at the same price that offer more value.

I took 2 adults 1 children from the Ets tour for our holiday trip we paid 125 tl. The location is very beautiful. You can go to the very centre of the city with comfort. I was waiting for a much worse hotel. Just for sleeping too much. I thought it wasn't necessary to pay. The only thing bad is that the room is shaking while walking in the rooms as if it wakes a feeling of falling every moment. In one night, people from 2 to 3 hours above have sounded as mad in the room. You're looking for the reception nobody He doesn't look at the phone. I called from the phones they didn't open again. We were going to take the next day, at least we wanted them to adjust, but we couldn't reach anyone. At least he could have been official. The room was clean.

The standard triple room is awful. Restroom/shower is an extension to the building. It was quite cold there. The floor slope is wrong. Therefore water of the shower floods the floor near toilet. Ancient furniture. The receptionist was a nice guy. He allowed to leave our bags between checking out and further checking in. WiFi coverage is unacceptable in the room. The WiFi coverage was acceptable in the hall.

The hotel is newly opened, all furnishings are new, the room-bathroom-toilet is really clean. Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

Location is perfect for shopping. It is very centrally located as its name suggests. It is located on a busy street, but luckily you don't notice that in your room. Now we were not on the street side. But opposite the elevator, you could unfortunately hear it all evening and morning. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is a bit dated as are the furnishings. Breakfast was very sp****, but all in all good value for money. We stayed for only one night, so it was not that bad.

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!
